社交媒体用户消极使用行为：多源数据融合视角

[目的/意义]通过融合不同来源数据的方式探索社交媒体用户消极使用行为影响因素,为用户健康合理地可持续使用社交媒体提供理论支撑,并为平台改进服务提供参考信息。[方法/过程]对访谈数据进行三级编码,结合爬虫获取的包含部分受访者数据的用户行为轨迹数据分析社交媒体用户消极使用原因,构建社交媒体用户消极使用行为影响因素模型。[结果/结论]通过多源数据融合能够解决单一来源数据有效性不足问题。研究发现外部环境因素(任务情境、信息过载、社交过载、不良言论)和平台因素(系统功能、品牌形象、付费服务)通过内部个人因素(信息需求、认知差异、负面情绪、使用成本、使用习惯、隐私关注)影响用户使用社交媒体,产生潜水、屏蔽、间歇使用、转移、退出和抵制等不同程度的消极使用行为,一定程度上反映了用户作为弱势对象在技术环境下的自我保护。     

国外基于任务的信息交互研究现状与进展

[目的/意义]本文旨在对国外基于任务的信息交互(Task-Based Information Interaction, TBII)的研究成果进行系统的综述,并以此为基础构建TBII的集成化研究框架。本研究有利于为今后探索TBII的研究提供理论基础。[方法/过程]基于文献调研的方法,对国外基于任务的信息交互研究的现状与进展进行了归纳总结。[结果/结论]研究发现国外学者对于该主题的研究涉及TBII基本概念、TBII阶段的划分、TBII子活动的影响因素和TBII活动完成的影响因素四个主题。研究构建的TBII集成化研究框架将以上四个主题按照一定的逻辑关系进行整合。该框架的功能如下:第一,可以揭示TBII各活动阶段的交互关系;第二,可以识别出用户、任务、TBII活动阶段、信息系统及任务产出、效果、绩效之间的关系机理;第三,提出了TBII研究的四种基本研究路径。     

论习近平红色资源观

红色资源集中反映了中国共产党领导人民百年来的艰苦奋斗与光辉历程。习近平总书记一直高度关注红色资源保护与红色基因传承工作,提出了一系列重要论述与指示批示。全面系统梳理这些观点与论述,对于加深全党全国人民对红色资源的认识,合理开发运用红色资源,凝聚主流价值观,丰富新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设理论体系都有重要意义。文章在分析红色资源相关研究的基础上,梳理习近平总书记有关红色资源的论述与观点,提出"习近平红色资源观"概念,并从红色资源价值观、红色资源保护观、红色资源运用观等方面阐述红色资源观的主要内容,从时代背景、思想来源、实践经验、个人红色情怀与工作经历等方面分析红色资源观生成发展的逻辑与依据,最后从机构职能定位、业务流程、方法体系、学科研究等方面提出我国图书档案事业在红色资源观指导下的转型发展路径。     

中外图书馆联盟组织文化管理模式比较研究

文章阐述了组织文化对图书馆联盟的重要意义,从物质层次、行为层次、制度层次、精神层次上界定图书馆联盟组织文化管理的构成要素,以国内外高校、公共、科研、跨系统4类图书馆联盟为调查对象,总结各自的优势与不足,提出了人际关系模式和层级管理模式两种适合我国图书馆联盟的组织文化管理模式。     

Review of criteria used to measure library effectiveness

This article reports the results of a survey of literature on measures of library effectiveness. This survey led to the formulation of six criterion concepts (accessibility, cost, user satisfaction, response time, cost/benefit ratio, and use). The advantages and disadvantages of each method of measurement are discussed. Several points which became clear during the analysis are discussed. First, there is a relative lack of concern with the rationale behind the evaluation process, although the results invariably lead to a confused interpretation when there is no clear understanding of the purpose of an evaluation. Second, the total library system is rarely considered; instead, each evaluation criterion is taken in isolation rather than as part of the whole. Third, the library's preservation function has not been considered at all.     

An annotated bibliography of education for medical librarianship, 1940-1968

An attempt has been made in this bibliography to represent the various viewpoints concerning education for medical librarianship equally. The topics covered include: general background reading and readings for those interested in establishing courses in medical librarianship. The former includes annotations on the history and international aspects of the subject. The latter consists of annotations of articles on early courses and present courses in medical librarianship. A final area discussed is the Medical Library Association's Code for the Training and Certification of Medical Librarians.     

Sources of information on medical geography

Adequate research in the peripheral field of medical geography requires familiarity with the literature of medicine, geography, and other environmentally oriented fields. The pertinent literature of the two primary disciplines, as well as that of anthropology, nutrition, and human bioclimatology, is surveyed from a bibliographical point of view. A brief review of historical sources is presented, followed by a discussion of the contemporary organizations, both international and national, active in the field. Emphasis is placed on the publishing programs and projects, maps, atlases, symposia, reports, and other literature sponsored or stimulated by these organizations. Regional bibliographical surveys for East Africa, India, and the Soviet Union are also noted. Pertinent aspects of bibliographies, indexes, abstracts, library card catalogs and accession lists, and other resources are listed, with emphasis on the various subject headings and other approaches to them. Throughout, the sources of information are approached from a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary viewpoint.     

The hospital library committee: its composition and tasks

Since a sizeable hospital must have a library, it must have a library committee. Like all hospital committees, this one is to help maintain standards of medical care and to mediate between staff and administration. Unlike others, it clusters around one elected member (the chairman) and one employee (the librarian). A dynamic librarian can, and should, influence and inspire the committee's deliberations; and must be able to depend upon the support of the physician members of the committee.
