高原训练的生物学效应

高原训练对人体有着复杂的生理学效应和训练学效应，是提高运动员运动能力的一种较好的赛前训练方法。对高原训练的起源及对人体呼吸、心血管、血液、骨骼肌、中枢神经等系统的影响进行了分析，为科学认识和实施高原训练提供参考。     

新形势下高校篮球教学改革的思路

本文面对高校扩大招生和高校篮球文化的迅猛发展 ,以及上篮球课的学生人数逐年大幅度增加的新形式 ,探讨并提出了教学目标注重兴趣、习惯和能力培养 ,练习要求弹性化 ,知识传授实践化 ,测评方法综合化、团体化 ,准备活动专项化 ,按水平分组练习 ,教学内容精简化、实用化以及练习手段娱乐化、健身化等篮球教学改革的思路。     

新世纪我国老年体育发展的困境与出路

通过对新世纪我国老年体育发展所面临的主要困境与产生困境的社会背景进行分析和讨论，指出应加大政府宏观指导的力度、完善老年体育管理体制，注重老年体育消费市场的开发，加大老年体育专业指导人员的培养力度，拓宽筹集老年体育活动资金的渠道，丰富老年体育活动内容等。     

对加入WTO后我国高校体育教师素质的思考

分析了我国普通高校体育教师素质的现状，论述了加入WTO后，优秀的高校体育教师应具备的素质，并提出了提高我国普通高校体育教师素质的建议。     

Graduate Studies in the UK: Some Impressions and Suggestions

Many western countries are paying increasing attention to the organization and administration of graduate studies. Such attention has developed from primary concerns about completion times, completion percentages, programme quality, and student quality, as well as secondary concerns about supervisors, funding, coursework, inter-organizational co-operation, and policies and practices of both universities and research councils. Using information about British graduate programmes as a basis, the article presents policy issues related to research councils, funding councils, and control, followed by discussion of the themes of the nature of programmes, supervision and evaluation, completion time, quality, and innovation. The final sections address several concerns and offer some suggestions.     

A New Approach to Quality Assurance for Higher Education

This article describes the Engineering Professors' Conference (EPC) approach to quality assurance for Higher Education Institutions, which is currently the only formalized alternative to British Standard 5750 'Quality Systems'. The EPC approach is based on principles of quality assurance and Total Quality Management which have been developed in industry. These ideas are briefly outlined, and an opinion expressed on the interpretation and application of BSS7S0 for HE. The EPC model is explained, illustrated with example elements taken from the EPC Specification and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. A top-down approach to the development of an institutional quality system is described, based on a quality policy statement. Areas of activity which have an important impact on the quality of education are identified, emphasising the quality assurance requirements of academic departments. Supporting and administrative quality system requirements are also described, as these also play an important role in the quality of education. Formal quality procedures and documentation in key areas are proposed.     

训练及类固醇药物对动物骨、肌肉肌腱和韧带生物力学特性的影响

本实验对训练动物予以类固醇药物,发现其肌力增强,但工作时间缩短,肌肉断裂强度和能量吸收无改变。胫骨、跟腱、屈趾肌腱和膝内侧副韧带的某些生物力学特性受到不同程度的影响,使其在激烈运动中易于受伤。     

对推铅球最后用力阶段左侧支撑用力技术效果的进一步研究

本研究用两部高速摄影机及两台瑞士产KISTLER测力台对我国10名优秀铅球运动员最后用力动作进行了测试。结果表明:①左脚着地后的突停制动与蹬伸动作对提高投掷效果有良好效应;②左腿强有力的支撑与快速蹬伸与投掷效果高度相关;③左臂、左肩及躯干的转动式鞭打动作与力效应特点,以及力梯度、垂直冲量、平面力矢分析进一步表明了左侧支撑用力技术与提高投掷效果的关系;④为用术语方便起见,可将左侧支撑用力技术简称为左侧撑蹬。
