名人手稿的典藏、保护与利用刍议--以四川省图书馆馆藏刘咸炘手稿为例

四川省图书馆收藏了丰富的地方名人手稿,尤以刘咸炘手稿居多,共计77种5531页,是目前国内最重要的刘咸炘手稿收藏单位。本文以对刘咸炘手稿的典藏、整理和保护利用为例,探讨了图书馆处理手稿这一珍贵特色资源的方法和措施,以期为图书馆珍稀文献资源的保护、研究和利用做一些实务方面的探索。     

竞技武术套路运动员力量素质的训练措施分析

在现代竞技武术比赛中,超强的力量素质对创造优异的运动成绩起着重要作用。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,针对竞技武术套路的运动特点指导和制定科学合理的力量素质训练方法,旨在使竞技武术套路训练走向更加科学化和规范化的道路,以期促进我国武术事业的发展。     

某电厂超滤膜污染分析及离线化学清洗

针对某电厂超滤膜组件运行后出现膜污染的现象,通过检查膜组件运行时的水质分析、SEM扫描分析和能谱分析寻找造成污染的原因,证明超滤膜组件的污染物是有机物和胶体,为此,采取离线化学清洗,以先采用碱洗,后酸洗的方式,使膜性能得以恢复,并对此后超滤装置的维护提出有效的建议.     

Social media use in the career development of graduate students: the mediating role of internship effectiveness and the moderating role of Zhongyong

This paper proves that social media use can contribute in important ways to employability outcomes. Specifically, results from a survey of 196 recent graduate students in China indicate that social media use is positively related to employability skills. Internship effectiveness serve as a mediating mechanism through which social media use affects employability skills. Zhongyong has a moderating effect on the social media use-internship effectiveness relationship. In addition to the direct moderating effect, Zhongyong is found to moderate the indirect relationship between social media use and employability skills. We discuss implications of these results for research and practice.     

Teacher Beliefs in Action: A Cross-Sectional,Longitudinal Follow-Up Study of Teachers' Personal Practical Theories

Based on a cross-sectional, longitudinal follow-up study of graduates from our master's-level elementary education program, in this article we examined changes in espoused beliefs elicited in the form of personal practical theories (PPTs) of three graduates with 2, 4, and 6 years of experience teaching in the same partnership school where they did their student teaching. We compared their original PPTs collected during their teacher education program with their current PPTs elicited in follow-up interviews, and then observed their classroom practices. Case summaries of these teachers are presented, and analysis and implications focus on changes in their PPTs, how their PPTs played out in their classrooms, and perceived barriers and supports to enacting their beliefs.     

护理专业女生人际沟通技巧及不良品质的调查与评价

为提高学生人际沟通技巧,笔于2000年2月至2001年6月对我院98级英语护理专业女生进行了《人际沟通》授课前后调查,以了解护理专业女生人际沟通技巧的现状以及人际沟通不良品质影响因素。结果表明：人际沟通技巧的13项调查内容除“交谈语言技巧”一项p＞0．05,其余各项技巧P＜0．01或P＜0．05,效果有显性差异;影响人际关系的不良品质出现率,课后与课前比较下降明显,其中前五项P＜0．01或P＜0．05有显性差异,教学效果较为满意。

刍议农业可持续植保与有害生物的综合治理

本文在介绍可持续植物保护概念的基础上，分析了可持续植保中有害生物综合治理在我国的发展以及存在的问题，提出了实现有害生物综合治理的措施和方法，同时特别强调加强生物农药及其它非化学防治方法的推广和利用，减少化学农药的使用，减轻生态环境的压力。     

我校学生身体素质状况调查分析

通过对我校９６──９９级学生的身体素质状况进行调查分析，提出了几条建议，为搞好体育教学，发展学生身体素质，提高教学质量提供依据。
