模糊分析在足球队排名中的应用的C程序

针对 93个全国大学生数学建模竞赛B题及文献① ,运用TurboC语言程序设计 ,讨论了足球队比赛的排名问题 ,给出了其程序设计 ,使原来复杂的计算过程变得更为简洁 ,使其应用范围进一步拓宽。

完善我国劳动争议处理体制的法律思考

我国近些年来的劳动争议案件逐年递增，而现行劳动争议处理体制中劳动仲裁程序的强制前置、劳动仲裁委员会的法律地位、能否有效保护劳动者合法权益等问题成为理论和实际操作关注的焦点。我国劳动争议仲裁体制改革应当由单轨制转向双轨制，对现行法律程序进行合理的调整和完善，才能更好地解决劳动争议问题。     

社会科学的性质和功能：知识社会学的视角

认识社会科学的性质及其在现代社会中的功能和意义,不仅是一个知识学的课题,而且有着重要的现实意义。社会科学与现代社会和现代性之间有着内在构成性关系,社会科学的明显而强烈的实践性在一定程度上决定了其在认识论上的社会性、经验性、因果性和客观性。正是这种“科学性”品质,使社会科学成为现代社会制度的知识和智能基础,成为现代社会秩序的重要前提,也成为现代社会自由、民主和公正等信念的精神和价值基础。     

何杰金氏病肿瘤细胞生物学特征研究

目的对何杰金氏病肿瘤细胞进行形态学观察和免疫表型研究.材料方法福尔马林固定,石蜡包理的何杰金氏病组织12例(NSHL6例,MCHL5例,LDHL1例)进行HE染色和CD30、CD15、CD20、CD45RO、Ki-67抗原免疫组化在肿瘤细胞和背景成分中的表达情况.结果(1)R-S细胞有各种变体形式.(2)各型HL具有不同的背景成分和组织学特征.(3)NSHL肿瘤细胞表达CD30(6/6)、CD15(1/6),不表达CD20(0/6).MCHL肿瘤细胞表达CD30(5/5)、CD15(0/5),LDHL肿瘤细胞表达CD30(1/1).CD30阳性率明显高于CD15(0.01＜P＜0.025).结论(1)NSHL中纤维组织增生形成结节,瘤细胞以陷窝细胞为主;MCHL中诊断型R-S细胞及其它变体细胞数量较多;LDHL以淋巴细胞减少为其特征.均以表达CD30为其特征.(2)在何杰金氏病鉴别判断中一定要应用免疫组化.CD30、CD45RO、Ki-67、CD20一般为一线抗体.     

非言语手段的交际功能与文化差异

非言语手段在跨化交际中起着重要的交际功能。化的差异要求进行非言语手段的选择，而且东西方不同化背景下非言语手段有不同的含义、交际功能及交际效果。     

Summation and configuration between and within sensory modalities in classical conditioning of the rabbit

Three experiments examined “atomistic” and “configurai” processes in stimulus compounding using the rabbit’s conditioned nictitating membrane response. Two conditioned stimuli (CSs) were trained separately and then tested together in a compound. Animals trained with CSs from different modalities—namely, tone and light—showed summation in both acquisition and extinction. That is, the probability of a response to the compound could be predicted by the statistical sum of responding to the CSs. In contrast, animals trained with CSs from the auditory modality, tone and noise, showed a level of responding to the tone + noise compound that was the same as that of the CSs, well under the level predicted by the statistical sum of responding to the CSs. In conclusion, atomistic processes appear to predominate in cross-modal compounding. Configurai processes may occur during compounding within the auditory modality, but atomistic alternatives—namely, common elements and selective attention hypotheses—may be able to explain the results.     

权变理论在高校学科建设管理中应用的思考

高校学科建设处于不断变化的内外环境中。笔者从权变理论的内涵特点入手,剖析其在高校学科建设管理中应用的依据,提出权变理论可以在环境诊断及适应、管理者权变素质培养方面提供借鉴。在学科建设管理中,完善权变理论的应用,可以实现学科建设管理绩效的最优化。     

Enhancing self-regulation of practice: the influence of graphing and self-evaluative standards

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of graphing of self-recorded outcomes and self-evaluative standards on the acquisition of a motoric skill with 70 college students. It was postulated that students who were provided with graduated self-evaluative standards would surpass those who were provided with absolute standards or no standards (control) in both motoric skill and in motivational beliefs (i.e., self-efficacy, attributions, and self-satisfaction). Regarding graphing of self-recorded outcomes, it was hypothesized that students who graphed their results visually would show higher dart skill and stronger motivational beliefs than participants who did not graph their results. Support was found for these hypotheses. The implications of findings of this study were discussed for instructors in terms of how the effects of self-directed practice can be enhanced.     

A longitudinal study of attitudes of students and parents coincident with court-ordered school desegregation

Attitudinal data were collected for a sample of 492 parents and public school children before implementation of a metropolitan desegregation plan and for 2 years after implementation. The variables measured included racial attitudes, feelings out desegregation, and school-related attitudes. There were small but significant changes on 7 of the 11 measures, with most of the changes occurring during the first year. There were race and grade-level differences on some of the variables before desegregation, but race and grade level were generally not related to changes over time.This research has been supported by a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation, Division of Social Sciences.
