新型最小流量装置开发研究

新型最小流量装置是将原来给水泵的再循环阀与再循环减压装置于一体。其作用是当汽轮发电机组启动、停机时 ,给水泵流量小于最小值时 (一般为额定流量的 30 % ) ,为防止泵内流量过小出现过热或汽化 ,此装置自动打开 ,故称最小流量装置。当流量超过最小值时 ,则装置自动关闭。此装置对于确保火力发电厂发电运行参数的稳定 ,保证机组发电安全 ,有着重大意义。Turbo -bascade多级节流最小流量阀 (新型最小流量装置 )目前国内尚无开发。开发该项目应用前景广阔 ,社会经济效益巨大。     

学前课程编制的后现代

发端于化、建筑、艺术领域的后现代主义不是一个时间概念，它是一种思维方式，其根本宗旨在于重塑现代性，自利奥塔《后现代主义下的知识状况》（1984）一发表后，后现代思想以其多元性、开放性、多样性、差异性、不确定性、非连续性以及复杂性等逐渐渗入到人与社会科学领域，并对心理与教育研究产生重要的影响。后现代主义关于课程及课程编制的新的见解与主张。在多尔（Doll)、舒伯特（Schubert)、斯拉特里（Slattery)等一些后现代主义那里都能见到。     

WTO视野下我国高校国际化范式的思考

通过对高等学校在新一轮高等教育国际化的浪潮中主体作用的揭示，分析了现时代我国高校国际化的WTO背景及“后发优势”，对我国高校国际化的战略选择与范式提出了思考，以期对我国高等学校的国际化进程有所帮助。     

甘肃省职业教育发展问题研讨

近年来甘肃职业教育取得了长足的进步,但同时也存在不少问题。本文在对此分析的基础上,提出了进一步发展甘肃职业教育的若干意见。     

Action learning guided by Tao for lifelong learning

Information Technology brings about rapid changes in working environment, quickly rendering skills and knowledge gained in formal learning institutions obsolete. Even as they prepare students for their first career, institutions also need to equip students with skills necessary for lifelong learning. The Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore has accordingly structured its curricula into Academic Studies and General Studies where the former focuses on core subjects (broad based knowledge-specific studies), and the latter on general knowledge (multi-disciplines catering to various interests for lifelong benefits). A 12-week course, ‘Introduction to Tao for Effective Action Learning’ which focuses on learning processes was developed and has been taught by the author, for undergraduates at NTU since July 2001. The course materials were derived from the author's Ph.D. thesis ‘The Tao of Action Learning’ (Sam, 2000). This paper explains the nature of the action learning programme at NTU and includes one account from participant students.

略论电大开放教育教学过程的质量控制

教学质量是电大的生命线，加强开放教育教学过程的质量控制，首先必须制订明确切实的质量控制目标，其次要构建一个高效，有序的质量信息反馈系统，再次要采取适宜的灵活多样的控制方式，把事前，事中，事后质量控制结合起来，把制度控制和目标控制结合起来，把集中控制与分散控制结合起来。     

Ce3+浓度对Er3+/Yb3+共掺K2YF5发光性质的影响

利用溶剂热法合成Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+)/Ce~(3+)共掺杂的K_2YF_5微晶.在980 nm红外激光激发下,微晶产生有效的可见上转换辐射及1.5μm近红外辐射.随着Ce~(3+)掺杂量的增加,上转换荧光逐渐减弱,而1.5μm红外光随Ce~(3+)掺杂浓度的增加先增加而后减弱,当Ce~(3+)掺杂浓度为4%时,1.5μm近红外辐射最强,约为不掺杂Ce~(3+)样品辐射强度的4倍.微晶发光性能的变化被归因于Er~(3+)、Ce~(3+)之间的能量交叉弛豫.结合掺杂离子的能级结构,对微晶的发光机理进行详细的讨论.     

Instructional Dissent as a Function of Student Conflict Styles

The purpose of this study was to examine how students’ conflict styles (i.e., integrating, avoiding, dominating, obliging, and compromising) were related to the expression of instructional dissent (i.e., expressive, rhetorical, and vengeful). Participants were 160 undergraduate students, who completed a questionnaire measuring their conflict-handling communication with an instructor and how frequently they engaged in instructional dissent throughout the semester. Results of a canonical correlation revealed that (a) when students used the integrating, dominating, and compromising conflict styles, but did not use the avoiding style, they communicated more rhetorical dissent, and (b) when students used the dominating style, but not the integrating or obliging styles, they communicated more expressive, rhetorical, and vengeful dissent.     

The linguistic advantage of the intellectually gifted child: An empirical study of spontaneous speech

This study compares the linguistic development of a gifted bilingual child from birth to 7 with that of subjects in first language acquisition research. The aspects analyzed are phonology, morphology (word formation), lexicon, modality (encoding of speaker's attitude towards the truthfulness of a proposition), syntax (sentence construction), semantic and syntactic logic, metaphoric use, ambiguity, humor, and social competence. The comparison shows not only the gifted child's acceleration through the normal course of development, but also subversion of that path. This article, in presenting linguistic evidence that offers insight on cognitive and psychosocial development, raises questions about the established idea of domain specificity and the intelligence/creativity dichotomy. As a first project of its kind ‐ a longitudinal study of spontaneous speech ‐the findings here suggest that investigation of performance in real time can help provide a fuller picture of how the gifted mind is truly exceptional.
