礼拜六的沉浮——现代小说史写作的"雅俗"观

现代小说史的写作中,对现代小说发展历史面貌、通俗小说的容纳、涵盖问题有不同的认识:一种是视五四小说为自足的系统,拒绝或部分容纳通俗小说;另一种是认为雅俗相加才是"现代小说",致力于独立通俗小说发展历程的勾勒;还有一种是强调雅俗对峙的"整体"现代小说特征,力图描绘雅俗互动与融合.这些小说史都存在一些问题,如雅俗二元对立模式,站在精英文化立场评价通俗小说等.

中国高校合并前后科研生产率动态变化的Malmquist指数分析

This paper describes the dynamic changes in research productivity of Chinese higher education institutions (HEIs) before and after merger with Malmquist index, and decomposes the total factor productivity change index into catching-up effect, scale effect and frontier-shift effect. 择业观念对大学毕业生就业影响的实证研究

The concept of job-hunting is an important factor affecting university students’ employment. This empirical study shows that while hunting for a job, graduates witness negative correlation between their expectation of the nature of work and the demand for occupational types and the accessibility to a post and monthly income; positive correlation between students’ initiative and employment opportunities; positive correlation between salary expectation and real income; negative correlation between mental preparation for hardship and job satisfaction. 师生和谐，从同感沟通开始

师生矛盾频出是其人际关系不和谐的表现。社会大背景、教育体制与管理以及当事者双方的思想观念与行为方式等都在一定程度上制约和影响着师生和谐。由于师生和谐并非是社会关系层面的角色适应,而是建立在深层互动基础上的情感的和谐状态,因此,构建师生和谐更需要从情感的体认与表达开始,运用同感沟通方式来促进并实现师生的和谐交流。

Dynamic response analysis of a moored crane-ship with a flexible boom

The dynamic response of moored crane-ship is studied. Governing equations for the dynamic response of a crane-ship coupled with the pendulum motion of the payload are derived based on Lagrange＇s equations. The boom is modeled based on finite element method, while the payload is modeled as a planar pendulum of point mass. The dynamic response was studied using numerical method. The calculation results show that the large-amplitude responses occur at wave periods near the natural period of the payload. Load swing angle is smaller for crane-ship with flexible boom, in comparison with rigid boom. The ship surge motions have large vibrations for crane-ship with flexible boom, which were not observed for a rigid boom. The analysis identifies the significance of key parameters and reveals how the system design can be adjusted to avoid critical conditions.
