回顾与前瞻:用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效途径

自党的十七大提出积极探索用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效途径以来,学术界对此给予了极大的关注,并围绕着提出的必要性、有效途径和制度保障三个部分进行了广泛的研究,取得了丰硕的成果。但还存在着如:基础研究薄弱、宣传解读性成果较多;不同理论观点缺乏碰撞与争鸣等,这些问题还有待于进一步深化和拓展。     

理解公共文化服务：资金、人才与市场化道路的分歧

围绕公共文化服务建设,相关研究成果数量呈现快速增长趋势。但是关于推进公共文化服务的具体主张,则呈现出外在集中性、一致性与潜在矛盾性并存的格局。因此,在对相关研究成果特别是其主张进行梳理的基础上,揭示当前学界研究的主要观点及其内在的可能分歧或矛盾,对于推进公共文化服务研究及实践有着基础性作用。     

An Analysis of A Woman on a Roof from the Feminism Perspective

The British female writer Doris Lessig has devoted most of her time to the problem of the female and produced many works about the female. Her short novel A Woman on a Roof tells us a story about a nearly naked woman and three working men.This essay tries to present the originality of the characterization of the heroine and the absurdity of the patriarchal society from the perspective of feminism and get the conclusion that Doris Lessing has expected the harmony between the male and the female.     

我国图书情报领域期刊论文的科学数据引用特征研究

[目的/意义] 探索期刊论文科学数据引用特征与规律不仅有助于描述学科领域对科学数据的利用情况，还能够揭示学术成果表达中的数据引用模式。[方法/过程] 以我国图书情报领域6种期刊2017年与2018年第一期刊载论文为样本，结合国家标准《信息技术科学数据引用》的引用元素，采用内容分析法从9个维度对样本论文的科学数据引用行为进行数据编码，应用统计学方法描述图书情报领域期刊论文科学数据引用特征并探索不同维度特征间的关联关系。[结果/结论] 图书情报领域期刊论文广泛引用来自国内外的统计整理类科学数据，对期刊论文中个人研究科学数据的引用量较大；科学数据引用标注方式与科学数据类型存在一定对应关系，但多样化的标注方式缺乏统一性；二手引用现象较为突出，二手引用程度与科学数据创建者类型相关。     

Wearable skin-like optoelectronic systems with suppression of motion artifacts for cuff-less continuous blood pressure monitor

According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, an estimated 17.9 million people die from cardiovascular diseases each year, representing 31% of all global deaths. Continuous non-invasive arterial pressure (CNAP) is essential for the management of cardiovascular diseases. However, it is difficult to achieve long-term CNAP monitoring with the daily use of current devices due to irritation of the skin as well as the lack of motion artifacts suppression. Here, we report a high-performance skin-like optoelectronic system integrated with ultra-thin flexible circuits to monitor CNAP. We introduce a theoretical model via the virtual work principle for predicting the precise blood pressure and suppressing motion artifacts, and propose optical difference in the frequency domain for stable optical measurements in terms of skin-like devices. We compare the results with the blood pressure acquired by invasive (intra-arterial) blood pressure monitoring for >1500 min in total on 44 subjects in an intensive care unit. The maximum absolute errors of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were ±7/±10 mm Hg, respectively, in immobilized, and ±10/±14 mm Hg, respectively, in walking scenarios. These strategies provide advanced blood pressure monitoring techniques, which would directly address an unmet clinical need or daily use for a highly vulnerable population.

《四库全书总目》之《开元天宝遗事》提要辨正

《开元天宝遗事》为宋前记载唐开元天宝年间重要史料的笔记小说,学界目前有两种观点:一、洪迈认定为伪作,并否定其价值;二、《四库全书总目》以苏轼《开元天宝遗事四绝句》及司马光《资治通鉴》有"张彖指杨国忠为冰山语"为证,为《开元天宝遗事》辩护。经考证苏轼所作诗与此书无关,"张彖指杨国忠为冰山语"亦见于孔平仲《续世说》,与司马光同时,疑另有渊源。《四库全书总目》观点不足取,洪迈之说当可信。洪迈之言记录此书较早成书流传情况,且《遗事》的成书与流播,反映了早期笔记小说成书过程中不断被增扩的轨迹,进一步印证《总目》所言有失。     

台湾地区图书馆RDA实施对大陆高校图书馆的启示

本文对台湾地区图书馆实施RDA的过程做了详细的介绍,包括了其筹备工作、具体开展情况,以及RDA开展调查结果。并总结了台湾地区图书馆具体实施RDA的经验。结合大陆地区高校图书馆的实际情况,借鉴台湾地区图书馆相关经验,对大陆地区高校图书馆具体使用RDA规则开展编目工作提出了几点建议。     

基于知识创新体系的高校专利管理

知识创新是通过科学研究获得新的基础科学和技术科学知识的过程。知识创新所获得新技术可以通过专利活动来转化。知识创新体系的功能是知识的产生、扩散和传播。高校专利技术具有转移性和融入性的特点。基于知识创新体系的高校专利管理应当注重强化知识产权意识,发挥信息情报作用,健全专利管理体系、推进专利实施转化。
