明清徽商高度重视家庭教育的现象及原因分析

高度重视家庭教育，是明清徽商家庭一个引人注目的现象。这种重视不仅深深植根于明清徽商及家人的思想意识中，而且在其日常行为中也有种种表现。他们之所以特别看重对家庭子弟的教育，既与当时统治阶级的倡导和推广、徽州地区社会舆论的推崇密切相关，更重要的则是与他们“亢身亢宗”的教育动机紧密相联。     

略论职业教育的振兴

职业教育振兴的原因,除了党和政府的高度重视,还有两大重要原因:一是职业教育业已经历140年的风风雨雨,从没中断过发展脉络,经得起各种环境的考验。二是职业教育具有崇高的奉献精神,为社会各界所首肯。     

自聚焦克尔类电介质中非傍轴光束调制非稳的研究

Propagation stability of non-paraxial beam in nonlinear Kerr media is investigated with a linear stability method.Both theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that modulation instability(MI) gain spectrum has three different distribution features determined by the times of incident power P0 and the non-paraxial parameter a. Furthermore,the corresponding criterion is put forward to distinguish the three different distributions.     

‘The sky is the limit’: higher education,gender and empowerment in the Bedouin community in the Negev in Israel

This article addresses the meaning that female Bedouin from the Negev in Israel give to higher education. I shall focus the discussion on the processes in which personal and social contexts merge into one another. Although there has been an increase in the number of investigations of the ways in which Bedouin women in the Negev in Israel participate in the public sphere, a survey of the literature reveals that no investigations have been conducted on the meaning educated women attribute to higher education during the course of their lives. Through an analysis of ten in‐depth interviews carried out between 1998 and 2001, this article examines issues such as gender, empowerment and social mobility amongst young Bedouin women in Israel.     

ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION OF INTELLECTUALLY GIFTED STUDENTS WHEN CONFRONTED WITH CHALLENGING AND UNCHALLENGING TASKS

Two groups of gifted adolescents solved two similar intelligence tests with differing levels of task difficulty in reverse order. Under both conditions the performance level on the less complex test was much lower, a result not observed in a control group of average intelligence. Behavioural observations revealed that the low performance of the gifted students was combined with lack of effort. This performance pattern is discussed with respect to recent postulates of achievement motivation theory, which empasize the impact not only of the achievement motive, but also of the informational value of a given task for evaluating own level of ability. It is argued that the perceived informational value of the easier test was not high enough to create an incentive for the gifted students to perform at the highest possible level

传统婚娶、庆寿、丧葬等仪礼上出现的楹联表现出浓重的生命意识多子和成双成对观念;对自由和现世生活质量的追求;融入家国群体而不朽和成仙的希望.     

贵州少数民族大学生生育价值观现状调查研究

选取657名少数民族大学生为调查对象,采用"生育价值观问卷",考察了少数民族大学生生育价值观的年级特点、性别差异、城乡类型差异及文理科的差异。结果表明:少数民族大学生在生育需要、生育方法、生育愿望和生育职责上有显著性别差异,女生显著高于男生。少数民族城市大学生在生育需要、生育方法、生育愿望和生育职责上显著高于农村大学生。少数民族大学生生育价值观在年级类型上差异显著,大一学生在性别偏好、生育数量、生育时间、生育质量上显著高于其他各年级。少数民族理科大学生在生育数量、生育时间和生育职责上显著高于少数民族文科大学生。     

新疆民间文学艺术知识产权的法律保护研究——从“木卡姆”商标专用权纠纷论起

民间文学艺术,是由特定社群创作,并由该群体世代相传代表该社群特色之艺术、文化等文化表达形式。世界知识产权组织称之为传统创作和文化表达。新疆地域广袤、民族众多,在独特的地域文化和历史进程中所存续下来的民间文学艺术成为了这里独具特色的人文景观与历史财富,作为其中之一的维吾尔木卡姆艺术是维吾尔传统文化的杰出代表。目前,对维吾尔木卡姆艺术以及新疆民间文学艺术知识产权的专项保护体系尚未成形,立法工作和相应制度亟待完善。     

马歇尔计划赴美考察队与美国企业文化在英国的传播

马歇尔计划并不仅仅限于以促进自由贸易和恢复生产为核心的经济援助,它的主管机构经济合作署还十分重视以美国企业文化影响欧洲企业的经营方式。经济合作署资助大量英国生产考察队赴美国企业实地观察,这些专业考察队在对美国相关部门先进的生产和管理方式有了一定了解后,通过发布考察队报告、举办论坛等方式向本国传播美国的生产技术和管理模式。经济合作署实际上是希望通过这些考察队来展示美国的生产技术、管理经验和经营理念,并采用美国经验来解决西欧企业生产中面临的问题。可是,美国的生产方式和管理经验并不一定具有普世性,在推行上难以达到所期望的目标。
