民主党派服务体育文化建设的研究——基于民盟的视角

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,深入研究了沈阳民盟如何为体育文化服务的问题。阐述了体育文化的定义和价值,提出了现阶段沈阳民盟服务体育文化建设的具体措施:深入挖掘和提炼辽宁体育精神,弘扬辽宁体育文化精髓;为全运会建设锦上添花,严格履行监督职能;投身全民健身大潮,争当强身健体的生力军;助力体育经济格局的构建,促进沈阳全面振兴。旨在为发展体育文化和促进沈阳市和辽宁省的全面振兴提供有益的参考与借鉴。     

Investigation on the application of reformed coke oven gas in direct reduction iron production with a mathematical model

To investigate the application of reformed coke oven gas （COG） in producing the direct reduction iron （DRI）, we simulated a countercurrent gas solid moving bed reactor in which the iron ore pellet was reduced by reformed COG. An ordinary differential equation （ODE） was set based on the unreacted shrinking core model considering both mass and energy balances of the reactor. The concentration and temperature profiles of all species within the reactor were obtained by solving the ODE sys tem. The solid conversion and gas utilization were studied by changing gas flow rate, solid flow rate, reactor length, and the ratio of O/CHa to guide the practical application of COG in DRI production. Model results showed that COG was suitable for the DRI production. In order to meet the requirement of the industrial production, the minimum gas flow rate was set as 130,000 Nm3/h, and the maximum production was 90 t/h. The reactor length and the mole ratio x（O）： x（CH4） were depended on the actual industrial situations.     

戎昱诗歌用韵考

唐代是我国古典诗歌的黄金时代,诗人们的作品也从各个角度广泛而深刻地反映了当时的社会现实,其中也有一定的音韵学价值。戎昱诗歌见于《全唐诗》,诗中用韵已渐趋成熟。此时诗歌用韵还在不断发展之中,戎昱等诗人的作品也是当时诗歌发展的一环,有其历史地位和文学价值。诗中韵部的使用多合于规范,可为研究唐中期诗歌用韵提供参考。     

我国刑事被害人国家补偿制度的构建——以和谐社会的构建为视角

刑事被害人国家补偿制度体现了以人为本、公平正义、安定有序等价值理念,与社会主义和谐社会的构建正相契合。重刑轻民思想、资金供给的有限、实际操作的困难等因素制约我国刑事被害人国家补偿制度的构建,只有针对以上因素进行破解,才能尽快建立适合我国国情的刑事被害人国家补偿制度。     

张谷英村旅游发展中的文化价值与文化保护——兼论岳阳旅游文化开发

作为一座具有六百多年历史的古村落,张谷英村文化遗产的保护与开发利用已成为当前研究的热点。本课题通过实地考察、问卷调查等,围绕"提升张谷英村的文化价值和处理好其文化资源的保护与创新"这一研究主旨,探讨分析张谷英村旅游发展中的文化价值与文化保护,以提升张谷英村文化资源的价值,实现古建筑和历史文化的保护和传承,推动岳阳旅游业的发展。     

Exercise cardiac power and the risk of heart failure in men: A population-based follow-up study

Background:Little is known about exercise cardiac power(ECP),defined as the ratio of directly measured maximal oxygen uptake with peak systolic blood pressure during exercise,on heart failure(HF)risk.We examined the association of ECP and the risk of HF.Methods:This was a population-based cohort study of 2351 men from eastern Finland.The average time to follow-up was 25 years.Participants participated at baseline in an exercise stress test.A total of 313 cases of HF occurred.Results:Men with low ECP(<9.84 mL/mmHg,the lowest quartile)had a 2.37-fold(95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.68-3.35,p<0.0001)hazards ratio of HF as compared with men with high ECP(>13.92 mL/mmHg,the highest quartile),after adjusting for age.Low ECP was associated with a 1.96-fold risk(95%CI:1.38-2.78,p<0.001)of HF after additional adjustment for conventional risk factors.After further adjustment for left ventricular hypertrophy,the results hardly changed(hazards ratio=1.87,95%CI:1.31-2.66,p<0.001).One SD increase in ECP(3.16 mL/mmHg)was associated with a decreased risk of HF by 28%(95%CI:17%-37%).Conclusion:ECP provides a noninvasive and easily available measure from cardiopulmonary exercise tests in predicting HF.However,ECP did not provide additional value over maximal oxygen uptake.     

巧用哲理培养学生健康的心理素质

一、对学生进行心理健康教育的必要性和紧迫性 心理素质是人的整体素质的重要组成部分,任何人想获得成功都必须具有健康与良好的心理素质.现在的中学生基本上是独生子女,从小生活在父母的百般呵护中,人生阅历与人生经验的相对缺乏使他们在直面真正的实际生活时往往手足无措、顾此失彼,若得不到及时的心理调适与疏导,极易产生心理上的偏差与失落,进而诱发严重的心理问题.报刊报道的以及发生在我们身边的青少年学生逃学、违法犯罪甚至自杀的行为便是明证.因此,我们急需对学生进行心理健康教育,培养学生稳定的心理素质,尤其要培养学生自尊、自信、自立、自强等心理素质,这既是一个人心理素质中决定性的因素,更是新世纪人才必备的品质.     

Global sampled-data output feedback stabilization for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with time-varying delay

This paper studies the global sampled-data output feedback stabilization problem for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems. The considered system is in non-strict feedback form with unknown time-varying delay. A state observer is introduced to estimate the unmeasured states. With the help of the backstepping method, a linear sampled-data output feedback controller is constructed. By choosing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasoviskii functional and an allowable sampling period, it is shown that the stochastic system can be globally asymptotically stabilized in the mean square sense under the developed control scheme. Finally, two examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the designed control scheme.     

State and unknown input estimations for discrete-time switched linear systems with average dwell time

In this paper, the problem of state and unknown input estimations for a class of discrete-time switched linear systems with average dwell time switching is investigated. First, a proportional integral observer with an exponential H_∞ performance is constructed to estimate the system state and unknown input simultaneously. Second, both of the observability and the stability of the estimation error system are analyzed, then the derivation of the observer gain matrices is transformed into the calculation of linear matrix inequalities. Third, the obtained results are extended to the systems with output disturbances. Finally, two simulation examples are provided to show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed methods.     

Static group synchronization of second-order multi-agent systems via pinning control

This paper investigates the expected static group synchronization problem of the second-order multi-agent systems via pinning control. For directed communication topology with spanning tree, based on Gershgorin disk theorem and the matrix property, a static pinning control protocol with fixed gains is first introduced and some sufficient and necessary static group synchronization criteria are also established. It is worth mentioning that a rigorous proof is also given that only one pinning node is needed to guarantee static group synchronization, which could be inferred that our protocol might be more economical and effective in large scale of multi-agent systems. Then, for weakly connected directed communication topology with nodes of zero in-degree, an adaptive pinning control applied to the node with zero in-degree is also proposed to achieve static group synchronization. Finally, the efficiency of the proposed protocols is verified by two simulation examples.
