互联网对高校思想政治教育的影响

互联网的出现和发展,既给高校思想政治教育带来了机遇,也形成了严峻的挑战.本文对机遇和挑战进行具体分析,认为应该扬长避短,主动出击,采取相关对策,切实解决问题.     

Pharmacokinetics of mycophenolic acid in Chinese kidney transplant patients

To assess the influence of cyclosporin A (CsA) and tacrolimus (FK506) on mycophenolic acid (MPA) and correlation analysis of the pharmacokinetic parameters and patient characteristics, clinical outcome in Chinese kidney transplant recipients, the pharmacokinetics of 1000 mg mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) twice daily was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). PKS (Pharmaceutical Kinctics Software) 1.0.2 software package was used for the calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters. The meanC _max,t _max, and AUC_(0–12) were (21.88±10.52) μg/ml, (1.20±0.95) h, and (52.546±13.215) μg·h/ml, respectively. The level of AUC_(0–12) in the FK506 group was significantly higher than that in the CsA group. MPA appeared not to be affected by renal function. MPA AUC_(0–12) showed statistically significant difference according to the patient's gender. Project (No. 20040462) supported by the Foundation of Education Bureau of Zhejiang Province, China     

Equivalent thickness of materials of fused silica and stainless steel in the flow of microtubes

The deviation of flow characteristics from the predictions of the conventional theory for microtubes was attributed to the change of fluid viscosity resulted from the interactions between the molecules on solid wall and in fluid. The degree of this departure is dependent on the microtubes materials. A concept of equivalent thickness with which conventional theory can be used to predict the flow in microtubes without modifying the fluid viscosity was put forward. The values of equivalent thickness for fused silica and stainless steel materials were determined as 1.8 μm and 1.5 μm, respectively, by repeated numerical simulation.     

美国在关贸总协定机制下的对捷政策（1948-1951）

作为对捷克斯洛伐克“二月事件”的反应，美国在关贸总协定机制下的对捷政策随即发生了根本性转变，其战略意图就是孤立和排斥捷克斯洛伐克，其主要目标是寻求中止对捷克斯洛伐克的关贸总协定义务。凭借美国在关贸总协定机制中占据主导地位的影响力并经过积极的外交努力，美国的战略意图和政策目标基本实现。因此，1948—1951年问美国在关贸总协定机制下的对捷政策再次表明，美国在一定意义上已经将1947年关贸总协定机制作为推行“冷战”战略和遏制政策的有力工具。     

Frequency and type of inheritable mutations induced by γ rays in rice as revealed by whole genome sequencing

Mutation breeding is based on the induction of genetic variations; hence knowledge of the frequency and type of induced mutations is of paramount importance for the design and implementation of a mutation breeding program. Although γ ray irradiation has been widely used since the 1960s in the breeding of about 200 economically important plant species, molecular elucidation of its genetic effects has so far been achieved largely by analysis of target genes or genomic regions. In the present study, the whole genomes of six γ-irradiated M₂ rice plants were sequenced; a total of 144–188 million high-quality (Q>20) reads were generated for each M₂ plant, resulting in genome coverage of >45 times for each plant. Single base substitution (SBS) and short insertion/deletion (Indel) mutations were detected at the average frequency of 7.5×10^?6–9.8×10^?6 in the six M₂ rice plants (SBS being about 4 times more frequent than Indels). Structural and copy number variations, though less frequent than SBS and Indel, were also identified and validated. The mutations were scattered in all genomic regions across 12 rice chromosomes without apparent hotspots. The present study is the first genome-wide single-nucleotide resolution study on the feature and frequency of γ irradiation-induced mutations in a seed propagated crop; the findings are of practical importance for mutation breeding of rice and other crop species.

论钧窑釉的历史传承和创新发展

钧釉最好的传承方式是创新,但钧釉的创新有三个前提:必须以铜、铁为主要着色剂;必须是高温还原烧成;必须是自然窑变。新钧釉的特点是:釉中除加有铁、铜等着色剂外,还加有其他的着色元素;窑变色彩、纹理、斑点、意境等变化更加丰富;适当地突出了缺陷美;具有时代气息和现代艺术美感。钧釉创新的方法,一是调整烧成方法,二是不断调整釉的配方。只要不断地试验、摸索、研究、总结,钧釉品种定能不断推陈出新。钧瓷的窑变永无止境,钧釉的创新亦永无止境。     

基于LDA模型的Twitter中文微博热点主题词组发现

提出了潜在狄利赫雷分布模型与自然语言信息处理相关技术相结合的一种挖掘Twitter中中文微博的热点主题词组的方法.选取了20923条中文Tweets作为样本,获取了相关热点的主题词组,与预期的效果基本吻合,表明该模型具有较好的热点识别效果和对主题进行描述的能力.     

Relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetic comparison of two different enteric formulations of omeprazole

In order to comply with the requirements for a drug listed in China, the study was developed to compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of two different enteric formulations of omeprazole (OPZ) in healthy Chinese subjects. A total of 32 volunteers participated in the study. Plasma concentrations were analyzed by nonstereospecific liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) method. After administration of a single 40-mg dose of the two OPZ formulations, the comparative bioavailability was assessed by calculating individual AUC_0−t (the area under the concentration-time curve from time zero to the last measurable concentration), AUC_0−∞ (the area under the concentration-time curve extrapolated to infinity), C _max (the maximum observed concentration), and T _peak (the time to C _max) values of OPZ, 5-hydroxyomeprazole (OH-OPZ), and omeprazole sulfone (OPZ-SFN), respectively. The 90% confidence intervals (CIs) of AUC_0−t , AUC_0−∞, and C _max were 85.4%–99.0%/88.8%–98.6%/87.6%–99.4%, 85.5%–99.2%/89.0%–98.6%/88.5%–101.3%, and 72.3%–87.6%/79.6%–91.1%/88.4%–99.1% for OPZ/OH-OPZ/OPZ-SFN, respectively, and T _peak values did not differ significantly. In this study, the test formulation of OPZ in fasting healthy Chinese male volunteers met the Chinese bioequivalance standard to the reference formulation based on AUC, C _max, and T _peak.

宋明理学作为我国封建社会后期的统治思想有其自身的不足,但其提出的一些思想命题如“存天理,灭人欲”、“格物穷理”、“天人合一”等对现代社会有一定的积极意义.在摒弃其不合理因素的前提下,探究其值得我们学习和提倡的某些人文精神,从中可以得出一些有益于当今现代化建设的启示.
