家族所有权和控制权是影响家族企业绩效的重要变量,但是否会影响家族企业R&D投入,现有的研究并没有定论。基于家族所有权和控制权视角,通过对全国私营企业抽样调查数据库中372份数据进行的处理结果显示,家族所有权及控制权和家族企业R&D投入之间呈现倒U型关系。这表明家族所有权和控制权对R&D投入存在正面和负面两种作用。而其负面作用可以通过增加董事会独立性来予以消除,这既符合非家族利益相关者的利益,也符合家族及企业的长远利益。
