重大科技事件纪念日题材展览创作手记——以“东方红一号发射成功50周年科学家精神展”为例

“东方红一号”卫星发射成功,拉开了我国探索宇宙奥秘、和平利用太空的序幕。中国航天事业从无到有、从小到大,走出了一条具有鲜明中国特色的发展道路,孕育积淀了深厚博大的航天传统精神、“两弹一星”精神和载人航天精神。在重大科技事件、科学纪念日日益受到社会关注的当下,本文以“东方红一号发射成功50周年科学家精神展”为例,探讨在科技馆中弘扬科学家精神主题展览的策展机制、展览策划与布展创作。     

图书馆信息集群研究

信息集群是在信息共享的基础上提供的一个新理念。它是把各类型图书馆在特定的地域范围按照一定的专业信息集中,按地域组成。构成一个类似生物有机体的信息群落,形成强劲、持续信息竞争优势的服务网络。信息集群是使信息组织精细分工而成为高级、复杂的综合体。信息集成具有程序化、共享化、协调化、范围广、动态性等特点。

本文论述了大学城高校图书馆联盟建设的模式、运行机制、合作内容等,阐述了我国大学城图书馆联盟与国外图书馆联盟的主要差距,提出了大学城图书馆需要面对的问题。     

Key issues of the development of the information infrastructure and information support of innovation activities

We consider some issues of the development of the national information infrastructure in the field of innovation, including a national system of accounting for the results of scientific and technical activities (RSTA) and a national new-generation research computer network (NNGRCN). The current state of the national system of scientific and technical information and its resources for information support of innovation processes are analyzed. In the context of further development of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), we propose a Conception of scientific and technical support for programs and projects of NIS member-states in the field of innovation, making it possible to incorporate the existing innovation-oriented information resources into a joint distributed integrated information system as well as to create new information resources and technologies.     

全民健身与高校体育课程建设之初探

本文以＂健身育人＂为目标,对高校体育课程设置、学制、教材、教法、教学形式以及场地设施等系列问题展开了研讨,尤其对意识性、现代性健身教育、健身技能与运动教学的有机结合、科学渗透进行了探索。
