Rethinking the World Bank Agenda for Chinese Higher Education Reform

This article explores the way in which the World Bank has worked effectively with China in higher education. It investigates whether or not the cooperation between the two has changed in line with their changing relationship. More specifically, it discusses whether the World Bank’s China agenda reflects the reform package of socio-institutional neoliberalism which the World Bank has tended to promote worldwide in the era of the Post-Washington Consensus, and how China’s higher education reform has been influenced by the agenda. The article argues that as China is transferring its role from that of a recipient country to that of a donor country, it is increasingly important to position itself as a global player. Other than mastering the game rules of the international community, China should also expand its influence within and through these major international organizations.     

Synthesis of polyketone by copolymerization of styrene and CO using carbon nanotube-complex Pd2+ catalyst

The dipping method was devised to deposit Pd onto carbon nanotube as supported catalyst(Pd/CNT) for the copolymerization of carbon monoxide(CO) and styrene(ST) towards the formation of polyketone(PK).The Pd/CNT was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).The construction and crystallization property of PK were evaluated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),13C-nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and XRD,respectively.The catalyst showed excellent activity and reusability in promoting the fabrication of PK.It can be recycled 14 times with the highest total catalytic activity of 4 239.64 gPK/(gPd·h) at Pd content of 8.63wt%.The results indicate that the prepared catalyst is effective to catalyze the copolymerization of CO and styrene.     

长沙市民间自办公共阅读空间发展研究——以雨花区“和+共享图书馆”为例

[目的/意义] 针对"和+共享图书馆"的建设现状进行分析,反映长沙市民间自办公共阅读空间的一般性问题,为长沙市民间自办公共阅读空间可持续发展提出优化建议。[方法/过程] 通过现场观察、问卷调查、访谈法等方法对"和+共享图书馆"建设现状和特点进行剖析,认为存在专业人员短缺、空间利用率偏低、营销形式单一等问题。[结果/结论] 提出优化建议包括：构建运营管理机制;加强专业人员培养;增强公共阅读空间服务的可及性和丰富服务营销形式等,以促进长沙市民办公共阅读空间的良性发展。     

论计算机辅助工业设计教学中师生教与学新型关系的建构

计算机辅助教学手段被广泛用于工业设计教学,极大地方便了师生之间知识的讲授、迁移、掌握与运用,但仍然存在教学互动、人机互补等诸方面的问题。立足工业设计专业的教学实践,应完善课程设置,采用虚拟项目教学和社会实际项目实践相结合、案例引导教学等教学方法,促进学习重心的转移与衔接,注重学生设计思维与创新能力培养,以实现计算机辅助设计在教学中的支撑应用。     

小组活动对于提高高职英语课堂教学的实效性探讨

文章从小组活动的理论依据出发,分析了高职英语课堂教学的现状,结合小组活动的课堂教学实践来探讨小组活动对于提高高职英语课堂教学实效性。在实践教学中,从小组分组,确定活动主题,教材讲解和评价这四个环节上结合笔者教学实例进一步验证了小组活动的在高职教学中的优势。最后,阐述了小组活动的几点局限性。     

响应面法优化胡麻粕总黄酮提取工艺

通过单因素试验考察了乙醇浓度、液料比、超声温度和超声功率对胡麻粕总黄酮提取量的影响,利用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面法进行优化。结果表明胡麻粕总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度58.00%、液料比27.50:1(mL/g)、超声温度57.00℃、超声功率240.00 W。在此条件下,胡麻粕总黄酮提取量实测值为29.02 mg/g,与预测值相符。

军事院校是我军培养高素质人才的主要阵地。在当前国际竞争日趋激烈的情况下,对新型军事人才的英语能力也提出更高要求。针对当前军事院校英语教学存在的普遍问题,结合自身的教学体会,提出了军校英语教学的改革建议。     

大学生责任意识培养的原则及途径——从思想政治教育角度看大学生责任教育

责任意识是大学生社会化水平的重要表现。当前在大学生责任意识的培养中,存在着非个体责任意识淡薄、个体责任意识向实践转化乏力、责任意识的功利化等现实问题,基于思想政治教育视角,大学生责任教育应遵循主体性、层次性、渗透性及人文性原则,并在与大学生社会化进程、理想教育、生活实践、时代发展与社会进步的结合中加以实施。
