面向安全教育的儿童阅读推广研究

图书馆肩负着儿童阅读推广的重要使命。在我国儿童伤害案件频发的背景下,将安全作为儿童阅读推广主题,既可弥补学校、家庭安全教育的不足,又是图书馆实现破局发展的必然要求。面对这一形势,本文从加强政府重视、改善图书馆服务、创新主题活动、联合社会力量等方面,提出了面向安全的儿童阅读推广策略。     

人工巢箱下麻雀窝卵数和生长发育初探

2010年3～5月在人工巢箱条件下,对河池学院校园的麻雀繁殖生态进行了研究。收集的数据有麻雀的窝卵数、卵的特征值、雏鸟生长发育特征等。统计分析表明:麻雀4月初产卵,卵长径为18.85mm±0.98mm、短径为13.76 mm±0.54 mm、卵重为1.89 g±0.31 g、窝卵数3.33枚±1.00枚,育雏期15～18 d。雏鸟体重及外部器官的形态学参数可以用Logistic曲线方程很好地拟合,体重、翅长、跗跖、嘴峰长及18日龄前的尾长均呈"S"型。     

Multiplying the origins of mass schooling: an analysis of the preconditions common to schooling and the school building process in Sweden, 1840–1900

The emergence of mass schooling is undoubtedly one of the most significant transformations that took place during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. This article takes a new approach to this fundamental issue by analysing the historical conditions required for the construction of school buildings and the advent of mass schooling, in the 1840–1900 period. Using the school building process as a point of departure, the growth of schooling is tied not only to well-known factors such as industrialisation, state formation processes and the decentralisation of school systems, but also to the expansion of the market economy, modernisation of the credit market, liberalisation of the real property market, changes in local tax systems, and the expansion of the building materials market. Thus, a broader and largely novel explanation of the emergence of mass schooling is accomplished.     

大学生思想政治教育新媒体合理利用路径探析

大学生思想政治教育新媒体利用是指利用新媒体手段来进行思想政治教育,以达到思想政治教育的最佳效果。目前,大学生思想政治教育新媒体利用既面临机遇,又遭遇挑战。为应对挑战,高校要创设大学生思想政治教育新媒体利用的良好环境;教师要充实自身,加强新媒体利用的教育、引导、沟通;大学生要提高新媒体应用技能和辨别力,提高自身媒介素养、学会广泛利用新媒体平台、正确对待新媒体平台上的思想政治教育舆论。     

Reconciling Political and Economic Goals in the Net Neutrality Debate

The net neutrality debate is one of several sites of struggles to adapt and redefine rights and obligations of stakeholders in the Internet-centric communications system. Its outcomes will shape the future of the Internet and influence the level and distribution of its benefits. We identify key values that drive the net neutrality discussion and examine the governance mechanisms proposed to achieve these objectives. We find that there is no single policy instrument that allows realization of the range of valued political and economic objectives simultaneously. Contrary to some of the claims advanced in the current debate, safeguarding multiple goals requires a combination of instruments that will likely involve government and nongovernment measures. Furthermore, promoting goals such as the freedom of speech, political participation, investment, and innovation calls for complementary policies.     

Small Circles: Mobile Telephony and the Cultivation of the Private Sphere

This article examines how we use mobile telephony to maintain our physically and socially closest social circle. The analysis is based on traffic data gathered from Norway using approximately 24 million calls and texts made by private individuals. Previous research has shown that our temporal and spatial movement is highly predictable and that the majority of calls and text messages are sent to only four to six different persons. This article extends this research by examining both tie strength and the distance between the interlocutors in urban and rural settings. The findings show that even as information and communication technologies (ICTs) potentially put the world at our fingertips, the mobile phone is an instrument of a more limited geographical and social sphere. Approximately two-thirds of our calls/texts go to strong ties that are within a 25-km radius.     

中学生社交恐怖症的分析及对策

社交恐怖症的发病年龄大多为青少年时期。为了加强中学生对社交恐怖症的了解,预防及自我治疗,对四川某中学637名学生采用社交恐怖症自我测试和CCMD-3进行社交恐怖症的调查。72.5%的学生说自己曾经有过社交恐惧,经常有这种情况的占12.5%,其中女生比男生多,高中生比初中生多。有1.8%的被初步诊断为社交恐怖症。     

排球教学中运用游戏法的实验研究

针对高校排球课教学内容多、学生入学基础差的情况,在高校排球课教学中采用专项化活动性游戏和组合技术作为主要教学内容和练习手段,把培养兴趣、掌握方法、锻炼身心、终身体育作为课程的总目标进行初步改革尝试,通过教学实验证明其效果及在教学实践中的可行性。     

论加强城市社区建设的重要性

随着城市管理体制的改革,社区的地位和作用越来越重要.加强社区建设是提高城市现代化管理水平的重要举措;是新形势下巩固城市党的基层政权,解决转型时期的社会矛盾,维护社会稳定的必然要求;是解决再就业、满足群众需求的有效途径;是加强社会主义精神文明建设的必然要求.     

西部民族地区体育旅游的外部性内化研究

运用外部性理论,分析了西部民族地区体育旅游在社会、环境、文化等方面的外部经济与不经济性表现,指出西部民族地区体育旅游外部不经济的根源在于利益主体的自利性、参与者的有限理性、制度安排及制度规范的有限性、西部地区的普遍贫困和西部体育旅游资源的极度脆弱性,并从社会舆论、行政措施、经济措施、法律措施、自主协商等角度提出了内化外部性的解决方案。
