Deutsches Museum,München‐‐Science,Technology and History as an Educational Challenge

Difficulties in reading comprehension of physics texts by college students were investigated. A strategy was developed to improve students’ reading comprehension. Students were taught the skill of formulating clear questions on textual material. The strategy stimulated students’ awareness of their difficulties in reading comprehension and could be used by students as a self‐monitoring technique to improve their reading comprehension.     

基于国际大规模学生评估的中国高中毕业生质量研究

在过去的二十年间,国际大规模学生评估主要对教育研究、学校体系和教育政策产生影响.本文着重介绍这些项目的主要结果,并在此基础上,于2003年在中国四个省份展开数学胜任力测试.作为过去几十年国际大规模学生评估的非参与国,中国无疑提供一个特殊视角.因而,本文所报告的中国学生成绩国际比较是一项独特工作.

Follow‐up of a Cohort of Risk Children from Birth into Adolescence‐‐The Rostock Longitudinal Study

THE ROSTOCK Longitudinal Study commenced in 1970 and has prospectively monitored the development of children identified in the perinatal period as “at risk”. The aims of the study are to identify some of the factors contributing to inter‐individual differences in their development and to evaluate the prognostic significance of these factors. The results reported in the present paper underscore the limited prognostic value of single risk factors, the diminishing impact of organic perinatal risk factors over time, and the increasing importance of the psychosocial context in influencing developmental outcomes in childhood and adolescence.

重振德国大学的全球地位:从“卓越计划”到“卓越战略”北大核心CSSCI

德意志大学曾是现代大学的典范,但如今似乎失去了昔日的辉煌。为了重振德国大学的科研地位与国际声誉,2017年德国政府在2006年“卓越计划”的基础上推出了新的世界一流大学建设计划“卓越战略”,57个卓越集群、10所卓越大学和1个卓越联盟从竞争中脱颖而出。从“卓越计划”到“卓越战略”,其主要动因在于重振德国大学的全球领先地位;其最大的变化在于调整了资助层面、遴选标准和遴选机制;其战略意义在于推动大学分化与提升大学治理能力;其实现路径在于引入国际评审、实施流动与反馈机制以及整合区域科研资源,力争促进德国大学早日重返世界科学研究中心的舞台。
