工业生产是碳排放的主要来源。减少能源浪费、达成生产节能对实现我国“双碳”目标至关重要。随着数字化技术进步,数字化能源管理系统可通过将不可见的能源可视化,促进企业节能。文章分析了英国、美国、德国、日本和瑞典应用能源管理系统的现状,总结了其特点与应用条件,与我国在此方面的发展进行了对比,并探讨了我国在部署能源管理系统过程中所面临的挑战。文章还提出从“工厂、产线和设备”到“产品”角度分析能耗,构建“基于生产步骤的单位产品能耗标签”的方法论框架。探讨了政府、企业等利益相关者在该方法论中的角色,并提出了政府支持发展数字化能源管理系统的对策,包括推动系统建设、支持合作、确定能耗基准和引导企业对标行业最优实践。

A QUANTITATIVE METHOD FOR MEASURING SEX “BIAS” IN STANDARDIZED TESTS1

The item content of eight standardized tests was examined for sex imbalance as well as for stereotyped representations of women. A quantitative method for classifying tests with respect to sex imbalance was devised which depended upon the frequency counts of male and female nouns and pronouns. Applications of this method revealed that all eight of the standardized tests exhibited considerable sex imbalance and, further, that this sex imbalance was not due to the language restrictions of English. For 19 of the 27 batteries analyzed, males are referred to more than twice as often as females. For only one battery, females were referred to more often than males. Test constructors, editors, and publishers are invited to make use of the index to measure sex imbalance in new, as well as already published testing materials. In this way, the undesirable reinforcement of discriminating sex-role stereotyping can be curtailed, and the preponderance of male noun and pronoun references can be eliminated.     

Multicultural Counselor Training: Students' Perceptions of Helpful and Hindering Events

Counselor trainees perceptions during a multicultural counseling course highlighted the importance of experiential activities and ethnically diverse speakers to the development of awareness and knowledge.     

PREDICTING MULTIPLE CRITERIA OF CREATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS WITH MODERATOR VARIABLES1

A moderated regression technique was applied to two samples, one of males and one of females, each of which had multiple predictor, moderator, and criterion information. One moderator was found that consistently identified a group of predictable individuals regardless of both sex and the three creative achievement criteria. This moderator was a modification of the Drews sociability scale and it indicated that those individuals who had little or no inclination towards social functions tended to be considerably more predictable than the remainder of the sample or when the group was taken as a whole. Within the low social groups, girls appeared to be somewhat more predictable than boys on two of the three creative achievement criteria, however the greatest discrepancy appeared in the writing criterion where the girls were substantially more predictable. Finally, the low sociability groups were characterized by greater predictive accuracy regardless of whether subgroup or overall prediction equations were used.     

Environmental Education Researchers as Environmental Activists

This article is a reflective account of a researcher's journey whilst embarking on a study which was political in its intentions and participatory in its orientation. Learning from feminist writings, where researchers have shared stories and explored notions of insider/outside, academic/activist, the central argument of the article is the development of an activist approach to environmental education research. The article draws on a doctoral research study which was a critical ethnography of a school and community engaged in a socially critical approach to environmental education.     

Enhancing Research Training for Counseling Students: Interuniversity Collaborative Research Teams

This article presents the development of an interuniversity research team that addressed factors related to research productivity as well as a preliminary evaluation of this innovative method of enhancing research training.
