电动叉车驱动机构的设计改进

对2吨位电动叉车的驱动装置进行了结构设计改进,取消了独立的减速装置而将其功能分配到齿轮传动系统中,改进后的设计具有结构紧凑、传动效率高等特点．通过COSMOSWorks有限元分析实例解析,证明驱动机构的结构强度和刚性满足设计要求．     

Superconductivity in chromium nitrides Pr3Cr10-xN11 with strong electron correlations

Exploration of superconductivity in Cr-based compounds has attracted considerable interest because only a few Cr-based superconductors (CrAs, A₂Cr₃As₃ and ACr₃As₃ (A = K, Rb, Cs, Na)) have been discovered so far and they show an unconventional pairing mechanism. We report the discovery of bulk superconductivity at 5.25 K in chromium nitride in Pr₃Cr_10-xN₁₁ with a cubic lattice structure. A relatively large upper critical field of H_c2(0) ∼ 12.6 T is determined, which is larger than the estimated Pauli-paramagnetic pair-breaking magnetic field. The material has a large electronic specific-heat coefficient of 170 mJ K⁻² mol⁻¹—about 10 times larger than that estimated by the electronic structure calculation, which suggests that correlations between 3d electrons are very strong in Pr₃Cr_10-xN₁₁, and thus quantum fluctuations might be involved. Electronic structure calculations show that the density of states at the Fermi energy are contributed predominantly by Cr 3d electrons, implying that the superconductivity results mainly from the condensation of Cr 3d electrons. Pr₃Cr_10-xN₁₁ represents a rare example of possible unconventional superconductivity emerging in a 3D system with strong electron correlations. Nevertheless, clarification of the specific pairing symmetry needs more investigation.     

心脏Nmnat过表达联合耐力运动对果蝇高脂膳食诱发脂毒性心肌症的影响

利用UAS/hand-gal4系统构建果蝇心脏Nmnat基因特异性过表达,研究心脏Nmnat基因过表达联合耐力运动对高脂膳食诱发脂毒性心肌症的影响,并分析其分子机制。方法:雄性w^1118和NmnatUAS系果蝇分别与雌性hand-Gal4杂交,收集F1代心脏Nmnat正常表达(hand>w^1118)和过表达(hand>Nmnat)处女蝇,饲养至15 d后开始进行耐力运动(E)和高脂膳食(HFD),并分为hand>w^1118、hand>w^1118+E、hand>w^1118+HFD、hand>w^1118+HFD+E、hand>Nmnat、hand>Nmnat+E、hand>Nmnat+HFD、hand>Nmnat+HFD+E共8组,每组410只。ELISA检测心脏TAG、NAD+、SIR2蛋白去乙酰化、SOD活力和MDA水平,qRT-PCR检测心脏相关基因mRNA表达,M-mode检测心脏功能情况。结果:hand>w^1118+HFD+E果蝇心脏的Nmnat、dFoxo、bmm表达、NAD+水平、SIR2去乙酰化、SOD活力、缩短分数高于hand>w^1118+HFD(P<0.05或P<0.01),且d FAS和Col4al表达、TAG和MDA水平、心率和纤维性振颤低于hand>w^1118+HFD(P<0.05或P<0.01);hand>Nmnat果蝇心脏各指标与hand>Nmnat+HFD相比较未见显著差异(P>0.05);hand>Nmnat+HFD+E果蝇心脏的Nmnat、dFoxo、bmm表达、心脏NAD+水平、SIR2去乙酰化、SOD活力、心脏缩短分数高于hand>Nmnat+HFD(P<0.05或P<0.01),且dFAS和Col4al表达\TAG和MDA水平、心率和纤维性振颤低于hand>Nmnat+HFD(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心脏Nmnat过表达和耐力运动均能抵抗果蝇高脂膳食诱发的心脏脂质过度堆积、氧化损伤、减弱心脏收缩能力和增加纤维性振颤,其分子机制与心脏Nmnat/NAD+/SIR2/dFoxo通路活性增强有关。心脏Nmnat基因过表达联合耐力运动能更好地降低脂毒性心肌症的发生概率,其机制与二者联合对心脏Nmnat/NAD+/SIR2/dFoxo通路活性上调的叠加作用有关。     

Leg amputation side determines performance in curve sprinting: a case study on a Paralympic medalist

The lower limb kinetics of curve sprinting in amputees are not well described in the literature, particularly with respect to the effect of the side of amputation. This is an issue due to the importance of the knowledge for prosthetic design and classification of athletes. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the influence of side of amputation on curve sprinting performance in athletes with a unilateral leg amputation. A three-dimensional motion analysis system (Vicon), four force plates (Kistler) and a modified mathematical human model (ALASKA) were used to compare clockwise and counter clockwise curve sprinting lower limb kinematics and kinetics of a Paralympic medalist with a left-sided knee exarticular amputation. Results reveal that vertical ground reaction force application and total vertical impulse were lower when the affected limb was at the inside of the curve. The unaffected limb showed joint mechanics different to those established for non-amputee athletes and might contribute better to propulsion when being the inside limb. Curve sprinting biomechanics and the ability to attain high radial velocities are directly dependent on the side of amputation relative to the curve direction in a unilateral amputee athlete of highest performance level.     

香果树种子贮藏寿命的研究

对黄山地区香果树种子贮藏及发芽能力等进行了研究,设置常温、5℃、-5℃三种温度进行贮藏,在不同时期、不同条件下,分别对其进行发芽试验,结果表明5℃是香果树种子贮藏的最佳温度.

文章对等离子体诊断的常用方法及适用范围作了介绍，并认为对任何能反映等离子体性质的物理量的测量方法，都可以作为等离子体诊断的方法。     

基于结构异地协同控制试验网络平台的开发与研究

结合我国国情建立远程结构试验网络系统，解决结构工程动力学科大型结构多节点试验资源不足的问题，分析了结构远程试验系统的组成以及网络远程协同控制的结构试验，初步实现把分布在各地的多个实验室连接在一起，利用各自不同的设备，完成复杂的试验和测试，同时让其他用户来实时观察所进行的试验，或参与试验过程，研究分析试验结果。     

用十二烷基硫酸钠消除枯草芽孢杆菌中的质粒

为获得宿主菌 ,研究了十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)对枯草芽孢杆菌中质粒的消除 .将过夜培养的枯草芽孢杆菌2 4/pMX45接种于含SDS( 0— 0 .0 0 8% )的LB培养基中 ,当SDS浓度 (w /v)大于或等于 0 .0 0 6 %时 ,菌体不能生长 .SDS的亚致死浓度为 0 .0 0 5 % ,其致死率达 99% .菌液稀释后涂LB平板 ,再随机挑选单菌落至抗性平板 ,检测由质粒编码的红霉素抗性是否丢失 .氯化铯 溴化乙锭梯度离心及质粒DNA的电泳图像证实了 2 4/pMX45的衍生菌株A7中的质粒已完全被消除 .A7延迟期较短 ,并且细胞浓度高于 2 4/pMX45 .用SDS处理 8h后 ,2 4/pMX45的遗传标记开始丢失 ,消除率持续增高至 2 2h ,随之消除质粒的菌体量保持恒定 .在未经SDS处理的对照实验中 ,相同条件下培养 2 4h及 48h后 ,没有发现质粒自然丢失的现象 ,因此SDS能消除枯草芽孢杆菌中的质粒
