关于将礼仪教育列入文明社区建设的几个问题

在机关、企业、学校的礼仪教育中忽视了一个重要环节，就是文明社区建设中的礼仪教育和规范。社区成员的言行规范直接反映着该社区乃至该城市的文明程度高低。走向世界的中国人应有哪些涵养，应掌握哪些礼仪规范，应引起各级组织和各界人士的高度重视。礼仪与文明都属于文化现象，这是构成社会主义精神文明的基本要素，它可以从社会的角度陶冶社会成员的心灵，规范社区居民的行为，培养高尚的审美情趣。用礼仪教育来营造良好的社会秩序和社会风气，用礼仪文化促进文明社区的发展，是提升文明社区形象的一大举措。     

高校辅导员在自媒体中的自我形象管理——基于新浪微博的调查

高校辅导员在新媒体微博形象中的形象管理重视程度差异较大、"职业形象"不够清晰、"专家形象"数量极少、"个人形象"缺乏鲜明特征等问题。高校辅导员可以从形象管理意识的觉醒、运用好形象管理中的理想化技术、做好微博内容管理和信息整合,成为"主题信息源"、加强和学生、辅导员同行以及专业人士的互动等四方面加以改善。     

Moving beyond the anthropos and reclaiming the geo in intercultural communication: The transculturation of the martial art practice of Aikido

This ethnographic study examines the practice of Aikido, a martial art style originating from Japan, by a community of non-Japanese practitioners in the southwestern region of the United States. This paper recounts the second nature-making of the art's skillful responsiveness as a thing to be explained from the ground, rather than leaving its cultural dynamics and their appropriative relations unchallenged as a relatively homogenous process of globalization and increased contact. In the case of Shining Energy (a pseudonym), the “taking” of another's cultural elements and “making” it a fully habituated and naturalized way of moving and being (second nature) are predicated on geo-making, the production of ontologizing resources (first nature) that enable culturally sanctioned modes of somatic engagements with the world. The process of appropriating Aikido entails an inversion between the figure and ground that foregrounds the geo-making of the ground/field for activity itself.     

Reexamining Fear Appeal Models from Cognitive Appraisal Theory and Functional Emotion Theory Perspectives

Recognizing inconsistencies between the extant fear appeal theories and emotion literature, this research integrated cognitive appraisal theory and functional emotion theory into a fear appeal literature and proposed a model that describes a process through which both fear and anxiety can contribute to adaptive responses. Findings from an experiment (N = 927) supported the predictions. Fear and anxiety emerged as distinct constructs. Perceived susceptibility was a stronger predictor of anxiety than fear, while perceived severity was a stronger predictor of fear than anxiety. In addition, greater fear and anxiety led to greater response efficacy through increased motivation to obtain protection-related information and heightened attention to such information, thus mediating the threat and coping appraisal processes. The SEM model testing the predictions showed that perceived susceptibility had the strongest total effects on protection intention, followed by anxiety, perceived severity, and fear.     

智慧城市信息安全风险评估模型构建与实证研究

[目的/意义] 面对智慧城市日益突出的信息安全问题,提出一个科学的风险评估模型,以快速对智慧城市进行风险分类并分析风险因素。[方法/过程] 从智慧城市信息安全的5个层次和风险评估的4个主要因素出发,构建智慧城市信息安全风险指标框架,对智慧城市实例进行ward系统聚类形成分类属性,选择C4.5算法的决策树方法建立风险评估模型,并验证模型的科学性。[结果/结论] 结果发现:安全管理制度、数据泄露与损坏威胁、安全意识薄弱性和设备安全漏洞是智慧城市之间差距最显著的风险因素,根据评估结果提出保障智慧城市信息安全的建议。     

基于AGIL模型的德国足球青训系统功能分析

社会学大师帕森斯创造性地提出"AGIL模型",用来分析社会具体系统之结构与相应功能。AGIL模型指出任何一个系统都具备四种功能:适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能与维模功能,这四种功能是任何社会系统及其子系统存在并实现稳定发展所不可缺少的要素。德国足球青训系统近些年成就斐然,基于AGIL模型,主要运用文献资料分析法,以系统四功能为分析重点,从社会学角度剖析其成功的深层次原因,以期为我国打造足球青训系统提供初步思路。     

Predictive value of ventilatory inflection points determined under field conditions

The aim of this study was to evaluate the predictive potential provided by two ventilatory inflection points (VIP₁ and VIP₂) examined in field without using gas analysis systems and uncomfortable facemasks. A calibrated respiratory inductance plethysmograph (RIP) and a computerised routine were utilised, respectively, to derive ventilation and to detect VIP₁ and VIP₂ during a standardised field ramp test on a 400 m running track on 81 participants. In addition, average running speed of a competitive 1000 m run (S_1k) was observed as criterion. The predictive value of running speed at VIP₁ (S_VIP1) and the speed range between VIP₁ and VIP₂ in relation to VIP₂ (VIP_SPAN) was analysed via regression analysis. VIP_SPAN rather than running speed at VIP₂ (S_VIP2) was operationalised as a predictor to consider the covariance between S_VIP1 and S_VIP2. S_VIP1 and VIP_SPAN, respectively, provided 58.9% and 22.9% of explained variance in regard to S_1k. Considering covariance, the timing of two ventilatory inflection points provides predictive value in regard to a competitive 1000 m run. This is the first study to apply computerised detection of ventilatory inflection points in a field setting independent on measurements of the respiratory gas exchange and without using any facemasks.
