文化与人格关系研究的若干问题

以文化学的视角审视,人格是个体在特定文化状态下的生存样态,其实质是一种文化人格,即个体在接受特定文化熏陶时,通过对特定文化的内化及个体社会化所形成的稳定的心理结构和行为方式。文化与人格的研究产生于20世纪初叶,90年代后,文化与人格研究领域呈现出多层面、跨学科的研究态势,跨文化层面、文化间层面和文化内层面上的人格研究同时进行,并均有突破性进展。文化与人性的关系、人格结构的普遍性、文化与人格相互作用的机制、跨文化的普遍性人格特质、文化间的差异与典型人格的关系等问题成为这一研究的重点和热点。     

大学体育课程教学模式设计与动作探讨

本丈参照2002年教育部新颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》，针对目前高校体育发展的现状，围绕“生活体育、体育生活”这一思路，就体育如何真正走入大学生生活及高校体育与社会体育接轨等问题提出新的操作思路，设计了“一年级选项课 二年级课外教学俱乐部 高年级选修课 全方位体育俱乐部”这一模式。旨在为全国大多数尚未启动或即将启动的高校体育课程教学改革提供借鉴和参考。     

The exact-display approach for online catalog subject searching

When public catalog users enter queries that exactly match the catalog's controlled vocabulary, online systems should respond with browsing lists of alphabetically arranged subject headings, because such displays guide users to retrievals based on the assignment of the matched subject headings to bibliographic records. Unfortunately, studies of online catalog searching demonstrate that alphabetical displays are no longer capable of managing large numbers of subdivided forms of subject headings, because searchers exhibit low levels of perseverance when faced with large numbers of retrievals. This paper introduces a new approach to displaying retrieved subject headings in subject searching—the exact-display approach—designed to encourage users to browse bibliographic information. The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of the exact-display approach by showing how many user queries would be candidates for this approach, demonstrate an implementation of the exact-display approach in an experimental online catalog, and feature end-user experiences with this approach as implemented in the experimental catalog. End-user experiences gave the authors the opportunity to make several recommendations for enhancing the original design of the exact-display approach so that future implementations of this approach in operational online catalogs are responsive to the needs of online catalog users.     

基于指数法的陕西省耕地和粮食时空变化分析

本文尝试性地提出了相对粮食承载指数并结合李晓文等人提出的耕地变化强度指数，计算了陕西省101个县（区）2000年～2004年的耕地变化强度指数和相对粮食承载指数，分析了陕西省近年耕地和粮食生产时空差异：①陕西省近年人口增加，耕地减少，而粮食总产量和人均粮食占有量波动较大；②全省耕地变化空间差异显著，大部分县（区）耕地减少，少部分县（区）耕地有所增加或保持数量平衡；③以小康水平粮食标准400kg/人·年为参照，全省整体处于不足状态，101个研究县（区）中，有66个县（区）处于不足状态，1个县（区）处于临界状态，34个县（区）处于富余状态。针对陕西省耕地和粮食生产现状，应充分考虑区域差异，通过保护和合理利用现有的耕地、加强农业基础设施建设、改良品种、加强利用先进农业生产技术的应用、调整大农业结构等措施来提高粮食承载能力。     

Rapid production of protein-loaded biodegradable microparticles using surface acoustic waves

We present a straightforward and rapid surface acoustic wave (SAW) atomization-based technique for encapsulating proteins into 10 μm order particles composed of a biodegradable polymeric excipient, using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as an exemplar. Scans obtained from confocal microscopy provide qualitative proof of encapsulation and show the fluorescent conjugated protein to be distributed in a relatively uniform manner within the polymer shell. An ELISA assay of the collected particles demonstrates that the BSA survives the atomization, particle formation, and collection process with a yield of approximately 55%. The SAW atomization universally gave particles with a textured morphology, and increasing the frequency and polymer concentration generally gave smaller particles (to 3 μm average) with reduced porosity.

信息素养领域演进路径、研究热点与前沿的可视化分析

为梳理30年来信息素养领域研究的演进路径,揭示研究热点与研究前沿。将1983—2009年SCI,SSCI,CPCI-S,CPCI-SSH数据库中收录的主题为"信息素养"的全部论文数据作为研究对象,应用CiteSpace知识可视化软件绘制文献共被引网络图谱,析出信息素养演进过程中的关键节点文献;并应用关键词聚类和膨胀词探测功能分析了研究热点与研究前沿。发现6篇关键节点文献很好地展示了信息素养领域研究的演进路径,2个明显的聚类以及5个突现词表征了研究热点与研究前沿。因此得出结论:因特网信息素养和健康素养是目前信息素养的两个主流研究领域,定性研究与定量研究相结合是该领域的学科研究范式。老年人、公共卫生、循证决策和乳腺癌等对象或领域是信息素养的研究前沿与发展趋势。     

奥运文化在学校体育中教育价值的实证与对策

以雅典奥运会中国与国外运动员部分夺冠场景为实验信源(剪辑),采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,探究奥运文化在学校中传播的意义,与学生体育学习动机和行为关系,以及爱国主义教育关系等,以此来证明奥运人文要素的教育价值。

本文给出了情报存贮与检索软件、面向文本的数据库管理软件和文本情报管理系统软件的评价与选择标准。这些准则包括情报输入、标引、情报检索、情报输出以及定题服务、安全保密性、兼容性、汉字处理,供应商选择等方面。
