对黑龙江省野生辽东木资源的分布、经济价值、利用现状进行了评述 ,分析了浅山区辽东木资源濒危的直接原因和我国野生植物资源保护所存在的深层次问题 ,提出了野生植物资源的主动保护思想 ,勾画出地方重点保护野生植物的框架 ,并提出建立野生辽东木资源的保护管理费制度、资源调查监测系统和研究其合理利用与保护方法等对策     

The Ecosystemic Approach to Personality

There has been considerable interest recently in the ecosystemic approach, particularly with regard to interpersonal relations and groups (Cooper & Upton, 1990a, 1990b; Upton & Cooper, 1990; Tyler, 1992). This paper shows how the personality theories of George Kelly and Carl Rogers embody many of the principles of ecosystemics. By considering the work of these two important figures in this way, further light is thrown on the nature of the ecosystemic approach itself and its connection with humanistic psychology.     

A Descriptive Analysis of Elite-Level Racquetball

In this study, we used social cognitive career theory (Lent, Brown, &; Hackett, 1994) to examine the development of female athletes' career interest in coaching and, specifically, the impact of contextual factors (female coaching role models, working hours, and perceived discrimination) on coaching self-efficacy and outcome expectations. Participants were 205 predominantly White, heterosexual female student athletes. A path analysis indicated that role models and working hours predicted coaching self-efficacy, which predicted coaching outcome expectations. Additionally, coaching self-efficacy, coaching outcome expectations, and contextual factors predicted coaching interest. Practical implications are discussed as well as suggestions for further research in this relatively unexplored area.     

The exercise intensity at maximal oxygen uptake (i⩒O2max): Methodological issues and repeatability

The minimum exercise intensity that elicits ?O_2max (i?O_2max) is an important variable associated with endurance exercise performance. i?O_2max is usually determined during a maximal incremental exercise test; however, the magnitude and duration of the increments used influence the i?O_2max value produced by a given test. The aims of this study were twofold. The first was to investigate whether the i?O_2max value produced by a single cycle ergometer test (i?O_2max(S)) was repeatable. The second was to determine if i?O_2max(S) represents the minimum intensity at which ?O_2max is elicited when compared to a refined i?O_2max value (i?O_2max(R)) derived from repeated tests. Seventeen male cyclists (age 33.9?±?7.7 years, body mass 80.9?±?10.2?kg, height 1.82?±?0.05?m; VO_2max 4.27?±?0.62 L?min^?1) performed four maximal incremental tests for the determination of i?O_2max(S) and i?O_2max(R) (3 min stages; 20?W increments). Trials 1 and 2 were identical and used for assessing the repeatability of i?O_2max(S), trials 3 and 4 began at different intensities and were used to determine i?O_2max(R). i?O_2max(S) showed good test–retest repeatability for i?O_2max (CV?=?4.1%; ICC?=?0.93), VO_2max (CV?=?6.3%; ICC?=?0.88) and test duration (CV?=?6.7%; ICC?=?0.89). There was no significant difference between i?O_2max(S) and i?O_2max(R) (303?±?40?W vs. 301?±?42?W) (P?2max determined directly during a maximal incremental test is repeatable and provides a very good estimate of the minimum exercise intensity that elicits ?O_2max.
