体育产业军民融合发展问题研究

在全民健身和军民融合两大国家战略交汇点上,同根同源而生的体育与军事理应深度融合、协同发展。本研究通过文献资料费、专家访谈法和实践调查法,梳理在体育管理获得、体育竞赛表演活动和体育教育培训等体育产业的军民融合发展情况,梳理在武器装备科研生产、军队人才培养和军队社会化保障等军民融合重点领域的体育产业发展情况,梳理国外体育产业与军民融合发展情况,总结提出我国当前体育产业的军民融合发展水平整体不高,但是存在很大上升空间,发展前景广阔、潜力巨大,我国体育产业军民融合发展急需顶层设计、中层协调、基层落实。     

Equal Treatment and Cultural Difference in Multi‐ethnic Schools: a critique of the teacher ethnocentrism theory

ABSTRACT

This paper considers claims that students from minority ethnic backgrounds are treated less favourably than their white peers in schools because their teachers make negative, ethnocentric judgements of their behaviour. The paper challenges the empirical basis of these claims and the implicit model of good practice on which they are based. It goes on to examine some of the implications for teacher practice of this discussion. The aim is to try to clarify the meaning of equality of treatment in schools, a right we expect all citizens to enjoy, and to examine the way this principle should be operationalised by teachers in multi‐ethnic schools.     

Sport and Friendship

My aim in this paper is to make the case for encouraging friendship in sport. First, I argue that sport is especially conducive to friendship. Second, I argue that since friendship is life‐enhancing then to participate in sport and not to have made friends is to have failed to take a life‐enhancing opportunity. Third, I argue that there are sporting benefits to be had from sporting friendships. Finally, I say something about the role of friendship in sport achieving its broad political aim of helping ‘to build a better and more peaceful world’.

知识经济时代的组织是一个具有无尺度网络结构的复杂系统。知识管理是知识经济时代的必然要求。组织学习作为组织获取核心竞争力和可持续发展能力的重要手段，是一个动态的过程。本文在系统回顾相关研究成果的基础上，从复杂系统的视角对知识经济时代复杂环境下的组织学习动态复杂过程进行了系统的模型整合和创新，并对构建学习型组织可能遇到的障碍进行了一系列对策分析。
