从艺术体操新规则的实施剖析中外优秀集体队成套动作的编排——兼析十运会艺术体操集体项目比赛

以文献资料法、图像解析法、问卷调查法为主要研究方法，在对2005年艺术体操3次国内外大赛实施新版规则研究的基础上。针对我国集体项目成套编排中存在的问题进行了较深入的探讨。结果表明，我国集体项目在器械交换、协作配合方面不能停留在量化的指标上，而应注重编排深层的艺术性、多元化和创新性。

教探讨补充Rg3对游泳运动员有氧能力相关指标的影响。实验对象为上海游泳队的12名游泳运动员。每人日服用4粒Rg3胶囊。持续3周服用Rg3后,血乳酸水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。安静状态的平均红细胞体积(MCV)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW-SD)明显降低(P<0.05);安静状态平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,服用人参皂苷Rg3可以提高游泳运动员的有氧能力。
