王治郅出国前后征战CBA数据分析及建议

通过运用查阅文献资料法对王治郅出国前与回国后参加CBA的技术统计分别进行比较,并把他与当今国内优秀中锋作对比.研究发现:王治郅在得分、抢篮板球和助攻等统计数据上都有很大提高,属于技术全面型球员.但在与国内优秀中锋的对比中:抢篮板球、防守盖帽等还需要进一步提高.

Collagen-based brain microvasculature model in vitro using three-dimensional printed template

We present an engineered three-dimensional (3D) in vitro brain microvasculature system embedded within the bulk of a collagen matrix. To create a hydrogel template for the functional brain microvascular structure, we fabricated an array of microchannels made of collagen I using microneedles and a 3D printed frame. By culturing mouse brain endothelial cells (bEnd.3) on the luminal surface of cylindrical collagen microchannels, we reconstructed an array of brain microvasculature in vitro with circular cross-sections. We characterized the barrier function of our brain microvasculature by measuring transendothelial permeability of 40 kDa fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran (Stoke''s radius of ∼4.5 nm), based on an analytical model. The transendothelial permeability decreased significantly over 3 weeks of culture. We also present the disruption of the barrier function with a hyperosmotic mannitol as well as a subsequent recovery over 4 days. Our brain microvasculature model in vitro, consisting of system-in-hydrogel combined with the widely emerging 3D printing technique, can serve as a useful tool not only for fundamental studies associated with blood-brain barrier in physiological and pathological settings but also for pharmaceutical applications.

"soi"是法语重读人称代词中的一个特殊存在。它既属于泛指代词,但是又能指代到群体中的个体。对于学过英语的法语初学者来说,这个单词既在英语里找不到完全相同的单词,又和英语的个别代词的个例对应,使得学生在学习这个词语的具体使用情况时感到陌生和难以掌握。针对在教学中学生对其理解的障碍,探讨如何根据认知语言学的理论指引,在课堂上既避免学生英法混淆,又能清楚记住"soi"的特点。     

中外高校非学历留学生汉语课程研究

文章针对国内外高校的非学历留学生的汉语课程进行了全面调查分析,对各院校在开班类型、课程类型、课程内容、课程性质、课程模式以及课程设置等方面的进行了系统归纳、统计、比较,为国内其它高校的非学历留学生汉语教学提供借鉴、参考,并提出可行性建议。     

Culturally Responsive Counseling for Asian Americans: Clinician Perspectives

Research has consistently found acute mental health treatment disparities among Asian Americans. One proposed reason for the underutilization of mental health services by Asian Americans is that available services are not culturally competent. This exploratory study presents qualitative data gathered from interviews with professional counselors who serve Asian American clients. Findings revealed significant barriers to counseling due to cultural stigma and shame, suppression of emotions, and communication gaps between clients and counselors. In response, clinicians frequently made adjustments to therapeutic approaches to accommodate the cultural beliefs and practices of clients and families. Implications for practice and research are discussed.     

Study for optical manipulation of a surfactant-covered droplet using lattice Boltzmann method

In this study, we simulated deformation and surfactant distribution on the interface of a surfactant-covered droplet using optical tweezers as an external source. Two optical forces attracted a single droplet from the center to both sides. This resulted in an elliptical shape deformation. The droplet deformation was characterized as the change of the magnitudes of surface tension and optical force. In this process, a non-linear relationship among deformation, surface tension, and optical forces was observed. The change in the local surfactant concentration resulting from the application of optical forces was also analyzed and compared with the concentration of surfactants subjected to an extensional flow. Under the optical force influence, the surfactant molecules were concentrated at the droplet equator, which is totally opposite to the surfactants behavior under extensional flow, where the molecules were concentrated at the poles. Lastly, the quasi-equilibrium surfactant distribution was obtained by combining the effects of the optical forces with the extensional flow. All simulations were executed by the lattice Boltzmann method which is a powerful tool for solving micro-scale problems.
