试论"教育以人为本"

“教育以人为本”是指教育的核心本质是为人的本性发展服务的,教育的一切工作都是以人为中心、以人为根本、以人为对象、以人为动力、以人为目的、以人为标志的。教育以人为本不应简单地理解为以学生为本。实施以人为本的教育应遵循的原则有：主体性原则、个别性原则、创新性原则、成功性原则、发展性原则。     

“三个代表”与20世纪世界社会主义运动的历史经验

江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想,是在深入思考和总结中国共产党80年历史经验和20世纪社会主义运动历史经验的基础上做出的科学结论。20世纪世界社会主义运动经验教训证明：是否代表先进生产力的发展要求,是否代表先进化的前进方向,是否代表最广大人民的根本利益,决定着共产党的兴衰成败。     

连云港市大中专学生心理健康透析

本课题研究使用SCL-90量表,测试了连云港市6所大、中专院校部分学生.结果发现:大中专学校约有34%的学生,在不同方面存在着心理问题,专科生比例高于中专生,主要表现在人际关系敏感、忧郁、敌对、焦虑等方面,这足以说明,开展大学生心理健康教育是摆在我们面前一项十分紧迫的任务.     

信息化时代背景下人文地理与城乡规划专业教学改革的探讨

现阶段,国家机构大力改革。为了适应信息化时代的发展,人文地理与城乡规划专业面临较大的挑战,须大力推进专业教学改革,提升学生的专业知识水平和实践技术能力。文章以湖北大学人文地理与城乡规划专业为例,简述该专业的人才培养导向,分析现阶段专业教学中存在的问题,探索以在线网络课程、微课、微信公众平台和翻转课堂等“互联网+教育”线上线下混合课堂教学及“学校—基地—企业”等多方位合作的课外实践教学相结合的改革模式,提高教师的教学技能水平和学生专业技能学习的积极性,培养适应社会需求发展的高技能水平人才。     

The relations between the school and the commune in New China

There are close relationships between rural schools and communes. In fulltime primary and middle schools, emphasis is placed on the teaching and learning of scientific and cultural knowledge, but the principle of combining education with productive labour is also consistently followed and work-and-study programmes are actively carried out. The agricultural middle schools and agro-technical schools, basing their curricula on a work-and-study system, are directly governed by the communes and train agro-technical personnel for them. The communes provide various resources and facilities for schools. The present situation in the field of rural education is that secondary education is being structurally reformed and primary education popularized. After the overthrow of the gang of four, difficulties in education still exist, but the situation is promising and its future is bright.

Zusammenfassung Zwischen ländlichen Schulen und Kommunen bestehen sehr enge Beziehungen. Zwar liegt in ganztägigen Primar-und Mittelschulen das Schwergewicht auf dem Lehren und Lernen naturwissenschaftlicher und kultureller Kenntnisse, doch wird auch der Grundsatz konsequent befolgt, Bildung mit produktiver Arbeit zu koppeln, und werden Arbeits-und Studienprogramme aktiv durchgeführt. Die landwirtschaftlichen Mittelschulen und die agrar-technischen Schulen, deren Curricula auf einem Arbeits-und Studiensystem beruhen, unterstehen der direkten Leitung der Kommunen und bilden für diese das landwirtschaftlich-technische Personal aus. Die Kommunen beschaffen verschiedenartige Hilfsmittel und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten für Schulen. Zur Zeit sieht die Lage auf dem Gebiet ländlicher Erziehung so aus, daß die Sekundarschulerziehung strukturell reformiert und die Primarschulerziehung popularisiert wird. Nach Beseitigung der Vierer-Bande bestehen noch Schwierigkeiten im Bildungswesen, aber die Situation ist vielversprechend und die Zukunft hell.

Résumé Il existe d'étroites relations entre les écoles rurales et les communes. Dans les écoles primaires et celles d'enseignement moyen, l'accent est mis sur l'enseignement et l'acquisition des connaissances culturelles et scientifiques, mais le principe de la combinaison de l'enseignement avec le travail productif rémunéré est également pratiqué, et des programmes travail-étude sont activement appliqués. Les écoles moyennes d'agriculture et les écoles agronomiques-techniques, dont les curricula sont basés sur un système de travail rémunéré des étudiants, sont directement administrées par les communes et forment le personnel agro-technique dont elles ont besoin. Les communes fournissent diverses ressources et assurent des facilités aux écoles. Présentement, l'enseignement secondaire rural est en voie de réforme dans ses structures et l'enseignement primaire est généralisé. Après le renversement de la bande des quatre il subsiste encore des difficultés dans le domaine de l'enseignement, mais la situation est prometteuse et son avenir s'annonce brillant.

Genesio系统的混沌控制

主要应用反馈控制的方法研究了Genesio混沌系统的控制,将不稳定的平衡点或不稳定的极限环控制为稳定的平衡点或极限环。应用Routh-Hurwite标准研究了被控系统的稳定性,数值仿真证明了这种控制的有效性。     

2000—2004年间教育部直属高等学校科研效率及发展趋势研究——DEA方法的应用

本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对教育部直属高校在2000—2004年间的科研效率及其发展趋势进行了评价。研究发现,教育部直属高校的科研效率在5年间呈现波动状态,总体水平有待进一步提高。根据评价结果,本文提出了提高教育部直属高校科研效率的政策建议。
