商科专业双语教学的实践与思考

双语教学作为我国高等教育与国际接轨的重要途径,已在我国高等院校全面铺开,商科专业是优先开展双语教学的领域之一。本文从我国高校商科专业开展双语教学的必要性及其效应出发,分析了高校商科专业开展双语教学所面临的问题。在此基础之上,作者提出了相应的解决措施。     

发展特殊教育多媒体教学资源的实践经验

面对信息科技教育的挑战,特殊教育教师已广泛应用计算机教导残疾儿童.然而,适合残疾儿童使用或学习的计算机多媒体资源,极为匮乏.本文旨在阐释发展特殊教育多媒体资源的策略,包括成立教学资源小组、建立软件库、构建网页、制作学习软件及调适性配件.结论指出计划成果丰富,有助推动特殊教育教学.     

小学生学习拖延现状和原因探析

学习拖延是影响小学生学习成绩的重要因素.本研究采用自编问卷的方法编制了《小学生学习拖延现状问卷》和《小学生学习拖延原因问卷》,并对问卷的信度和效度进行检验.采用自编的两份问卷对南通市1369名小学生进行施测,对问卷调查结果进行分析,了解小学生学习拖延的现状,分析是否存在年级等方面是否存在差异,探讨小学生学习拖延的最主要原因.结果表明,自编的小学生学习拖延现状问卷和原因问卷具有良好的信度和效度;小学生存在学习拖延现象,属于轻度拖延;小学生的学习拖延存在年级、性别和班干部非班干部等方面的差异;小学生的学习拖延最主要原因是对学习有"厌恶感"、"低自我效能感"、"缺乏兴趣"、"任务难度大"和"学习动机低".     

The perspective of six Malaysian students on playing video games： Beneficial or detrimental？

This study provides a glimpse into understanding the potential benefits as well as harm of playing video games from the perspective of six Malaysian secondary school students, aged 16-17 years old. The rationale of the study is to enable parents, educators, administrators and policy makers to develop a sound understanding on the impact of playing video games before making any judgment on the contemporary youth culture. Thus, further decision on the acceptance of video games as a new innovation in school or at home could be considered. Although this study is not very extensive, the findings suggest that playing video games contributes to cognitive, social, motivational and emotional development. However, potential harms do exist. Parents play an important role in guiding their children either directly or indirectly, as indicated by the respective students. Caution is advised in the interpretation of the study＇s findings as it is solely based on the perspectives of the students, as the first person＇s views. Nevertheless, each student has their very own perspective on the impact of video games on them.     

幼儿园组织创新气氛的现状

良好的幼儿园组织创新气氛是促进幼儿园教师专业发展的重要前提。本研究以长春市5所公办幼儿园的148名教师为被试对幼儿园的组织创新气氛进行问卷调查,同时从中随机抽取10位教师进行深度访谈,结果表明:幼儿园组织创新气氛的总体水平较高;影响幼儿园组织创新气氛的因素包括个体、组织和群体三个层面的因素,其中组织层面的因素起了关键作用。     

论高等职业教育与县域经济的互动发展

近年来，在全面建设小康社会、加快推进农村城镇化进程的背景下，我国的县域经济正逐步由依靠传统农业向依靠现代农业、现代工业和现代服务业协调发展的方向转变。这一转变是社会经济发展的必然趋势，由此也对县域经济区内的教育，尤其是职业技术教育提出了更高的要求。高等职业教育与县域经济的互动发展势在必行。     

浅谈在小学美术教学中如何培养学生的想像力

新课标明确要求我们“在小学美术教学中，要注重学生的感受、体验和游戏性，让学生看、画、做、玩融为一体，充分激发和培养学生的想像力，让学生体验到美术活动的乐趣，产生对美术学习的持久兴趣”。笔者在多年的美术教学实践中体会到，在美术活动中充分发挥孩子的想像力，培养孩子的思维能力，提高其艺术修养，是一件意义重大的工作。笔者认为在小学美术教学中应从以下几个方面对学生进行想像力的培养。     

The roles of teacher efficacy in instructional innovation: its predictive relations to constructivist and didactic instruction

Constructivist instruction has been implemented in the current instructional innovation in Singapore. Large scale survey study was conducted to examine the roles of teacher efficacy in implementing the innovative constructivist instruction. The results showed that the positive correlation between teacher efficacy and constructivist instruction was stronger than the correlation between teacher efficacy and didactic instruction. The study suggests that policy makers and school leaders should try to improve teacher’s efficacy beliefs so that innovative instruction could be effectively implemented by school teachers.     

中国当代大学生就业难的原因和对策

大学生就业难是当代社会关注的焦点。大学生和毕业生人数的持续增长带来的就业压力也是持续增加的。就业难既造成人才的浪费,影响社会和谐,也影响大学生的身心发展。现行大学生就业政策的确能正确引导大学生就业,但仍有许多不足。应结合我国大学生就业特点及社会经济状况,进一步完善和优化大学生就业政策。
