窥探化学实验题之"考点"

化学实验题常因涵盖的知识面广、综合性强而最容易成为学生考分的“亏损点”,使得学生“望实验题而生畏”．其实,如果我们能综观各种实验题的“所问”,就不难发现不同试题的“所问”正是化学实验设计与操作的科学性、安全性、可行性、简约性所在,概括起来主要有以下方面：     

探析浸入式双语教学中语言分离法的运用

目前我国广泛开展的浸入式双语教学存在盲目抄袭,甚至一知半解的情况。浸入式并不排斥母语,但是反对语言混用,主张语言分离。在单语教学时段内,教师用自然的、真实的、流畅的、可预见的课堂语言教授学科知识,有利于学生掌握学科内容,同时提高语言水平。该文从加拿大浸入式双语教学的本质特点入手,揭示浸入式中分离法蕴含的学科优先原则、可理解性第二语言输入和语言分离领域等原则,探索适合我国国情的、可操作性强的浸入式双语教学模式。     

The effect of recommendation systems on Internet‐based learning for different learners: A data mining analysis

A general challenge facing Internet‐based learners is how to identify information objects which are helpful in expanding their understanding of important information in a domain. Recommendation systems may assist learners in identifying potentially helpful information objects. However, the recent literature mainly focuses on the technical performance, rather than on how recommendations support searching in educational contexts. This study thus investigates how recommendation systems may influence the searching behaviors and strategies of different learners, when they are used with a mind map. The results suggested two main different searching behavioral patterns, namely focused searchers and broad searchers. It is found that the recommendations may influence the searching behaviors of the two types of searchers in different ways. For the focused searchers, the recommendations may support these searchers to expand their keywords to explore the domain. Regarding the broad searchers, they did not rely on the computer recommendations. However, the mind map interface applied along with the recommendations may support them in monitoring their searching processes. Online Information Searching Strategies Inventory (OISSI) was applied to examine the participants' perceptions of how students applied information searching strategies. The results of OISSI support that both types of searchers perceived a higher level of searching strategies when they search with the recommendation system and mind maps.

近代宜昌码头文化的形成离不开孕育它的文化生态。文章试从文化生态学的视域对近代宜昌码头文化做一番解读,通过分析1876年宜昌开埠后所形成的“文化生态”,来了解近代宜昌码头文化发生的变迁,以及由此孕育的文化特性,从而进一步揭示近代宜昌码头文化的底蕴。     

单簧管的音区特点与运用

单簧管作为西洋簧片类的吹管乐器之一,具有音色委婉圆润、音域宽广的特点。其中各音区之间连接、过渡的处理环节,又关系到音质表现的美感和统一,也就直接影响到了音乐作品的音乐表现力。文章依据单簧管管身内部结构特征和音区音域的特点,以部分音乐作品片段为例,探讨音区音域过渡的连接运用和音乐表现。     

果蝇EF-1α蛋白的原核表达及多克隆抗体制备

为进一步研究延长因子-1（elongationfactor-1α,E-1α）在调控心脏发育和果蝇心脏功能中发挥的作用,制备延长因子-1的抗体．利用生物信息学选择果蝇EF-1α基因抗原亲水区,并设计出特异性引物,PCR扩增出的片段克隆到原核表达pET-28a载体中,转入E．coli中后通过IPTG诱导融合蛋白表达,将His—EF-1α融合蛋白免疫新西兰大白兔制备多克隆抗体,再用WesternBlot检测抗体的效价和特异性．研究结果表明,获得了EF-1α原核表达重组融合蛋白以及高效价的、特异性兔抗EF-1α多克隆抗体．EF-1α多克隆抗体的效价可以达到1比1500,并且有很强的特异性,为后续研究EF-1α基因在心脏发育和心脏功能中的作用奠定了基础．     

师范生弱势群体的个性弱点及其对策

在师范院校选取口齿不清,表达有障碍,性格内向和沉默寡言师范生共293名,采用卡特尔16种个性因素量表进行个性测评,结果显示：1．弱势群体师范生有孤独、冷漠、情感分裂等倾向,在学习和生活中缺乏信心;2．大一的新生适应性问题突出,大二师范生较为急躁,有较大的挫折感;3．弱势群体师范生较多为焦虑、内向、怯懦,情绪更趋于不稳定。因此,师范生弱势群体具有较多的个性弱点,需要给予更多的教育指导和帮助,让其更好的度过大学学习生活,成为个性健全的人。     

2 × 2 Achievement goals and achievement emotions: a cluster analysis of students' motivation

This study sought to better understand the adoption of multiple achievement goals at an intra-individual level, and its links to emotional well-being, learning, and academic achievement. Participants were 480 Secondary Two students (aged between 13 and 14 years) from two coeducational government schools. Hierarchical cluster analysis revealed the presence of five clusters of students with significantly different achievement goal profiles. MANOVAs and ANOVA, followed by post-hoc tests showed that these clusters also differed significantly in terms of their experience of achievement emotions, use of learning strategies, and mathematics performance. The cluster with high endorsement of mastery approach goal and low endorsement of mastery avoidance goal was noted to have the most adaptive profile. The presence of a cluster of lowly motivated students was highlighted. Findings emphasised the importance of investigating achievement emotions, and how the different achievement goals combine to influence achievement-related variables.
