A high-performance current and voltage measurement system has been developed in power system.The system is composed of two parts:one current measurement element and one voltage measurement element.A Rogowski coil and a capacitive voltage divider are used respectively for the line current and voltage measurements.Active electronic components are used to modulate signal,and power supply for these components is drawn from power line via an auxiliary current transformer,Measurement signal is transmitted y optical fibers,which is resistant to electromagnetic induction and noise,With careful design and the use of digital signal processing technology,the whole system can meet 0.5% accuracy for metering and provides large dynamic range coupled with good accuracy for protective relaying use.     

Effects of yeast products on the intestinal morphology,barrier function,cytokine expression,and antioxidant system of weaned piglets

The goal of this study was to evaluate the effects of a mixture of yeast culture, cell wall hydrolysates, and yeast extracts (collectively “yeast products,” YP) on the performance, intestinal physiology, and health of weaned piglets. A total of 90 piglets weaned at 21 d of age were blocked by body weight, sex, and litter and randomly assigned to one of three treatments for a 14-d feeding experiment, including (1) a basal diet (control), (2) 1.2 g/kg of YP, and (3) 20 mg/kg of colistin sulfate (CSE). No statistically significant differences were observed in average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain, or gain-to-feed ratio among CSE, YP, and control piglets. Increased prevalence of diarrhea was observed among piglets fed the YP diet, whereas diarrhea was less prevalent among those fed CSE. Duodenal and jejunal villus height and duodenal crypt depth were greater in the control group than they were in the YP or CSE groups. Intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the duodenal and jejunal villi were enhanced by YP, whereas IEL in the ileal villi were reduced in weaned piglets fed YP. Secretion of jejunal and ileal interleukin-10 (IL-10) was higher and intestinal and serum antioxidant indexes were affected by YP and CSE. In YP- and CSE-supplemented animals, serum D-lactate concentration and diamine oxidase (DAO) activity were both increased, and intestinal mRNA expressions of occludin and ZO-1 were reduced as compared to the control animals. In conclusion, YP supplementation in the diets of weaned piglets appears to increase the incidence of diarrhea and has adverse effects on intestinal morphology and barrier function.

时至今日,音乐毫无疑问地越来越大众化了。这种音乐的大众化不仅对音乐的创作与表现产生一种巨大的冲击,而且还给人们的音乐审美观念、审美方式乃至人们的生活观念和方式带来巨大的变化,具有耐人寻味的深意。令人遗憾的是,面对音乐的日益大众化,音乐理论家或音乐评论家却很少给以理论的分析和评论,使其内含的深意无法清晰地显现出来。正因如此,文章将从音乐社会学的角度来论述音乐大众化的问题,使人们能够透过这一被忽视的音乐现象的表面触摸它的实质。     

让学生在"问""探""究"中发展数学思维

海南岛东北部红树林盐土的化学性质

研究结果表明,海南岛红树林盐土呈强酸性和酸性。其酸度与红树富硫有密切关系。土壤阳离子交换量随剖面深度而减少。土壤水溶性Cl~-与Na~+含量,SO_4~(2-)含量与 Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)合量紧密相关。土壤中磷在表层明显积累,钙、铁、锰在表层有所淋溶,钛、钾在剖面分布较均匀,硅、铝上下层多少不定。     

中职学生身份认同及其对心理健康的影响

为了探讨中职学生身份认同与心理健康、自尊的关系,采用了中学生心理健康量表、自尊量表、学生身份认同量表对600名中职学生进行调查。结果显示:心理健康与自尊呈负相关,心理健康与身份认同呈正相关,身份认同与自尊呈正相关。结构方程模型显示,自尊对心理健康和身份认同的中介假设模型的拟合指数良好,中介效应占总效应的比例为65.08%。因此,自尊在身份认同对心理健康的预测中起到完全中介的作用、身份认同正向预测自尊、自尊正向预测心理健康。性别因素在身份认同到自尊,以及自尊到心理健康这两条路径上起到了调节作用。     

Understanding how local actors implement teacher rotation policy in a Chinese context: a sensemaking perspective

ABSTRACT

The Teacher Rotation Policy (TRP) is a recent teacher policy developed in the context of China. TRP seeks to close China’s teacher quality disparities through rotating ‘high-quality’ urban schoolteachers to teach in hard-to-staff rural schools for a period of time. This qualitative case study examined how five policy actors carried out TRP in one rural county from 2012 to 2015. Guided by a sensemaking perspective, the study generated interview and observational data over three months of ethnographic fieldwork in 2016. The analysis of the data revealed high administrative expenses as well as unintended consequences of rotating teachers across schools. Three sensemaking strategies, namely using argumentation techniques, tailoring policy incentives, and leveraging cultural logics have emerged from the participants’ efforts at enacting this policy. These research findings suggest implications for the efficacy and effects of teacher rotation for equalising teacher workforce in China and internationally.

高校辅导员队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的组织保证,是高校培养“四有”人才、促进学校改革发展和维护学校与社会稳定的重要力量。加强辅导员队伍建设,努力建立一“支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正”的高水平的辅导员队伍,具有十分重要的意义。笔者认为,要建立一支高水平的辅导员队伍,关键是要建立完善的辅导员队伍选聘机制、管理机制、培养机制、发展机制和工作机制。
