在供应链管理环境下"走出去"企业的汇率风险决策分析

"走出去"企业的经营面临越来越多的风险,汇率风险就是其中之一。在"走出去"企业的供应链管理中,实施怎样的供应链风险管理策略以降低供应链风险对企业整个供应链的影响,是我国众多"走出去"的企业亟待解决的一个重要问题。将汇率风险纳入企业供应链的决策模型中加以考虑,提高企业供应链的稳定性和运作效率是"走出去"企业供应链管理的关键。本文建立了基于汇率风险的企业供应链决策模型,并进行实证,为"走出去"企业的供应链管理决策提供参考。     

Information Economy and Changing Occupational Structure in Singapore

Using population census data since 1921, this article traces changes in employment and occupational structure in Singapore in the past 80 years. This is a follow-up to an earlier paper by Kuo and Chen (1987) that reported the nascent formation of the information society in Singapore till the 1980s. It also makes an assessment of the role of proactive government policies in directing industrial restructuring and occupational changes in this city-state. It is found that the long-term growing trend in information-related occupations has been in tandem and supportive of industrial changes in Singapore. One more wave of growth of information producers (and certainly, innovators) and information distributors is expected in the next couple of decades. The momentum has started, and competition from regional countries similarly aspiring to be information and knowledge economies will quicken the pace. The government has initiated fundamental changes in the educational system to meet the challenges of the knowledge-based economy. The small city-state has also long adopted an adaptive philosophy to be responsive to the ever-changing environment, either in technology or in regional politics. Based on the trend analysis, it is expected that the emergent information society will graduate into full status when Singapore attains a developed country status in the forthcoming decades.     

蜻蜓拍翼前飞中模型翼动态柔性变形的气动效应研究

根据蜻蜓拍翼前飞激发的流场具有St>>1/Re的特点，在理论模化框架下，本文采用势流假设，用二维变形体前、后缘脱涡的面元法研究了前飞模型蜻蜓翼在周期性拍动中动态柔性变形引起的气动力响应。通过比较柔性模型翼和刚性模型翼气动力随时间的变化，发现在下拍行程中动态柔性变形显著地提高了升力和推力；值得注意的是，蜻蜓前飞时，翼的实际柔性变形幅值恰处于一个最佳范围内，它大幅地提高了升力，同时使消耗的气动功率趋近于最低，有利于蜻蜓维持前飞状态。     

Innovators and imitators: Organizational reference groups and adoption of organizational routines

Firms vary greatly in their rates of creating and adopting technological and organizational innovations, in part because of their choice of reference group. We argue that the selection of a reference group is a crucial and neglected source of firm heterogeneity. Comparisons to the average of other firms in a population cause most firms to adopt innovations once they are widely accepted. A distinctive feature of the minority of innovating firms that create innovations or adopt them early is that they compare themselves with, compete with, and try to differ from other innovating firms, whereas the majority of firms compare themselves with, and conform to, a broader group of firms. We elaborate this argument based on the behavioral theory of the firm and institutional theory, and test it on a two-period survey on adoptions of innovative organizational forms in Europe and the US. The analysis shows the predicted differences in the adoption patterns of innovating and imitating firms.

基于系统动力学的企业技术创新网络形成机理研究

合作创新是企业提升技术创新能力的重要途径之一,技术创新网络能够有效推动企业参与合作创新,突破阻碍企业创新的瓶颈因素。文章从创新主体所从事的创新活动入手,在构建以企业为中心的技术创新网络路径框架的基础上,建立了驱动技术创新网络发展的系统动力学模型。同时,采用北京统计年鉴公布的中关村国家自主创新示范区企业数据,对模型进行模拟仿真,实验结果表明:仿真结果与现实数据相吻合,理论模型得到有效验证,并进一步运用VENSIM软件进行系统分析,得出企业技术创新网络形成机理。
