LoLo、HiLo、LoHi和HiHiLo训练过程中血象指标变化规律的比较研究

采用实验法，将24名优秀女子赛艇运动员分为4组（每组6人），分别进行4周低住低练（LoLo）、高住低练（HiLo）、低住高练（LoHi）和高住高练低练（HiHiLo），旨在探讨不同模式低氧训练过程中运动员血象指标RBC、Hb、Hct和WBC动态变化的规律和特点。结论认为：不同模式低氧训练中RBC、Hb和Hct的变化幅度、特点与规律存在一定差异，与高原训练比较也有所不同；HiLo、LoHi和HiHiLo3种低氧训练模式均能明显提高运动员的RBC、Hb和Hct，但不同模式提高程度不同，RBC表现为HiLo〉HiHiLo〉LoHi〉LoLo，HB和Hct表现为HiHiLo〉HiLo〉LoHi〉LoLo，RBC与Hb和Hct的增加不完全同步；4周3种模式低氧训练效果至少可以保持2周，而HiHiLo组训练后保持Hb的能力要优于HiLo和LoHi组；不同低氧训练模式虽对WBC造成一定规律性的改变，但各组间无明显差异的结果表明，不同低氧训练模式对机体免疫机能虽有影响，但不明显。

Pre-service educators’ dispositions toward inclusive practices for students with emotional and behavioural difficulties

ABSTRACT

In response to challenging behaviour from students with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), teachers around the world often label students as challenging, defining them by their disability. Negative views of students with EBD are a barrier to their inclusion and a major challenge for policy in the United States and elsewhere associated with access to the education system for students with disabilities. Pre-service teacher education has been highlighted as an optimum time to instil in pre-service educators a more equitable disposition toward behaviour management and inclusive practices. Therefore, the purpose of the current mixed-methods study was to assess whether or not an undergraduate course focused on relationship-based approaches to positive behaviour support could impact pre-service educators’ dispositions toward inclusive classroom practices for students with EBD. Survey results from 41 pre-service educators indicated that participants made significant improvements in their knowledge and understanding of compassionate behaviour management, intentional relationship building, and establishment of a welcoming classroom environment. Analysis of participants’ written responses to open-ended questions revealed several themes regarding changes in dispositions toward students with EBD. Implications for pre-service educator preparation and inclusion of students with EBD are discussed.     

The battle for survival: Innovating firms' strategic signaling behaviors and their impacts on business success during the shakeout period after the standards war

The shakeout period after the emergence of a dominant design is very important to technology followers and niche market producers, who need adjust to significant changes in the competitive landscape. We posit that such innovating firms use strategic signals that address technical-, market-, and standards-uncertainty associated with their innovations to communicate with market participants to reduce participants' perceived uncertainties associated with the innovative products. Studying technology followers and niche market producers in the personal computer industry during its 1982–1989 shakeout period, we found that technology followers and niche market producers differ in their use of technical-, market-, and standards-related signals. Additionally, using event study methodology, we find that technology followers' strategic signals have significant positive impacts on both their own and other followers' stock prices. Meanwhile, niche market producers' strategic signals have significant positive impacts on their own stock prices, but not significant impacts on other niche market producers and technology followers' stock prices.     

Effects of implementing flipped classroom elements and dynamic in‐class discussion on student performance

In a Food Processing–Unit Operations course, students learn the basic equipment that comprises unit operations and techniques commonly used in the food industry to prepare, process, and preserve a variety of food products. Due to the complexity of these operations, students frequently struggle with applying food processing principles to predict how unit operations influence the physical, biochemical, sensory, and nutritional properties of foods. This study is designed to evaluate how pre‐class readings and in‐class group activities improve the students’ learning in a Food Processing course. The survey after the exams shows that 48 and 60% of students agree that reading assignments and in‐class group activities help them understand the course material better, respectively. The mean value of exam scores shows that the students in the intervention section (Spring 2018) had significantly higher scores (88.4%) than that of the two previous sections without intervention (77.6%, Spring 2016 and 82.8%, Spring 2017) (P < .05). It is concluded that using a flipped class element like providing reading assignments and quizzes before the lecture can be an effective preparation technique for students as well as providing the instructors with critical insight into the students’ level of understanding before the lecture. This allows the instructor to focus time spent in class on areas in which students struggle the most.

以一个边疆民族县的初三学生为研究样本,采用逻辑回归方法分析影响学生及其家长教育需求因素的结果表明,性别、考试成绩、父母亲的受教育程度、家庭宗教信仰等因素对边疆少数民族学生的教育需求有显著影响。

多用户检测技术是信号处理学界所关注的一个热点问题，本文主要介绍了盲多用户检测技术的数学原理、系统模型和求解问题的思路；对一些经典的基于二阶统计量和高阶统计量的算法进行数学理论分析，介绍了现在的研究进展，指出进一步的研究方向。
