束－气反应Ba＋ClC_2H_2Br、Ba＋C_3H_5Br、Ba＋n－C_3H

在分子束－气条件下，研究了反应Ｂａ＋ＣｌＣ２Ｈ２Ｂｒ、Ｂａ＋Ｃ３Ｈ５Ｂｒ、Ｂａ＋ｎ－Ｃ３Ｈ７Ｂｒ，得到了这些反应的产物ＢａＢｒ的ＬＩＦ光谱。考察了烯烃中双键对反应的影响。结果表明：溴丙烯中双键的存在使产物ＢａＢｒ的振动激发和反应截面增大，溴氯乙烯中双键的存在使产物的振动激发和反应截面减小，而氯原子的存在对产物的振动激发有促进作用。     

The effects of American Sign Language as an assessment accommodation for students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Students who are deaf or hard of hearing (SDHH) often need accommodations to participate in large-scale standardized assessments. One way to bridge the gap between the language of the test (English) and a student's linguistic background (often including American Sign Language [ASL]) is to present test items in ASL. The specific aim of this project was to measure the effects of an ASL accommodation on standardized test scores for SDHH in reading and mathematics. A total of 64 fifth- to eighth-grade (ages 10-15) SDHH from schools for the deaf in the United States participated in this study. There were no overall differences in the mean percent of items students scored correctly in the standard vs. ASL-accommodated conditions for reading or mathematics. We then conducted hierarchical linear regression analyses to analyze whether measures of exposure to ASL (home and classroom) and student proficiency in the subject area predicted student performance in ASL-accommodated assessments. The models explained up to half of the variance in the scores, with subject area proficiency (mathematics or reading) as the strongest predictor. ASL exposure was not significant with the exception of ASL classroom instruction as a predictor of mathematics scores.

《文心雕龙》“奇正”思想的批评方法

刘勰＂奇正＂思想的批评方法主要从两个方面展开：一是独立地使用＂奇＂与＂正＂来批评文学要素,二是运用＂奇正＂的辩证关系来进行批评。作者认为在文学批评过程中＂奇＂与＂正＂相互对立,又相互统一,应该在文学创作领域或批评领域随时注意＂奇＂与＂正＂的相互转化,并灵活地以此来分析问题。     

Clinical Teacher Preparation: A Retrospective

In this article, we explore how teacher preparation programs have developed from the mid-1800s to present day, emphasizing changes in the clinical component. Drawing from the history of teacher education from the normal schools of the 19th century to present-day interest in clinically based preparation, we first review the migration of teacher preparation from normal schools into higher education. Next we discuss how accreditation has shaped programs. We then turn our attention to major initiatives in the 1980s that explicitly focused on linking school improvement with teacher education reform—partnerships that emphasized clinical aspects of teacher preparation. Finally, we discuss efforts to enhance clinical learning, highlighting instructional strategies and issues regarding design, settings, and outcomes for programs as they work to meet challenging new accreditation standards.     

旅游管理专业酒店实习中三方利益诉求差异方差分析及融合

在地方本科院校旅游管理专业与酒店企业的教学实践合作过程中,尽管涉及的三方(地方本科院校、酒店企业和实习生)关系已经多年磨合而改善,但是,三方仍表现出较显著的差异性利益诉求。本文试图通过探索三方利益诉求差异的内容、差异形成的原因以及融合三方利益诉求差异的途径,为地方本科院校实现培养目标、酒店企业实现人才储备、实习大学生得到实践锻炼,从而最终实现三方诉求有效融合提供参考借鉴。

运用文献分析法和专家咨询法提炼出用户档案信息获取内容的影响因素,将用户档案信息获取内容视作一个复杂系统,借助解释结构模型方法构建用户档案信息获取内容影响因素的多级递阶有向图模型,分析用户档案信息获取内容影响因素之间的作用关系.对用户档案信息获取内容影响因素的层级关系的揭示,可以从整体上把握各因素对用户档案信息获取内容的影响机理和各因素之间的相互作用机制,社会环境因素及用户的年龄和阅历是深层因素也是根本因素,用户的个体因素和档案馆建筑环境配置作为中层因素对用户档案信息获取内容产生较为直接的影响,表层因素直接影响用户档案信息获取内容.
