设立中国体育投资基金的必要性与可行性分析

体育基金自成立以来,在我国体育事业中起了多方面的作用,为社会体育的改善与发展提供资金支持。近年来,我国通货膨胀压力不断加大,体育基金的保值增值问题日益突出,如何使体育基金存储期间在保值的基础上实现稳定增值的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,通过对体育基金的背景和现状的分析,吸取国内外养老基金营运经验,在建议部分长期闲置储存于银行的体育基金成立中国体育投资基金,进入资本市场实现体育基金保值增值的目的的基础上,就设立该体育投资基金的必要性和可行性进行了重点分析,并对政府在规范和监管体育基金营运中发挥的作用进行了探讨,认为设立体育投资基金是切实可行的,可以实现体育基金在存储期间的保值增值的任务。     

北京张坊地区中上元古界中岩溶发育与构造作用

张坊岩溶地貌是中国北方岩溶类型的典型代表。分析张坊地区的地层展布与构造变形,探讨地层-构造演化与岩溶发育的关系。研究区主要出露近水平的中上元古界碳酸盐岩夹细碎屑岩和硅质岩,主要经历印支期（或更早期）伸展状态下的固态流变变形、燕山期的逆冲-褶皱变形和房山岩体期后的伸展变形等多期次构造演化,造就了研究区复杂的褶皱、断裂、构造裂隙和岩溶地貌特征。大型溶洞的发育主要与中上元古界的岩性-地层展布、中生代的逆冲断裂和新生代的伸展断裂等地质作用有关。在多阶段沉积-变形等地质作用控制下,发育了中元古代、古生代、中生代和新生代4期古岩溶,形成构造抬升侵蚀溶蚀、构造反转溶蚀冲蚀和多次抬升溶蚀侵蚀等3种主要溶洞发育类型。     

上海市一线运动员心理服务需求现状调研

目的:了解上海市一线运动员存在的心理困扰及应对方式、对运动队心理辅导内容和方式的期待,提出心理服务工作设想。方法:对562位运动员进行问卷调查。结果:上海市一线运动员对心理知识的了解程度低;在训练比赛中的心理困扰主要有担心失误、运动成绩长期没有进步、缺乏比赛信心等,在日常学习生活中主要困扰为未来的职业发展与人生规划、伤病问题、失眠、情绪控制不佳等;运动员对提高运动表现的心理技能训练、兴趣爱好培养、人际交往沟通等辅导内容感兴趣,偏向一对一心理咨询和集体辅导活动方式;不同年龄段、项目的运动员心理困扰、应对方式及其期待的心理辅导内容方式存在差异。结论:运动员心理服务中不能忽视心理健康教育,需以问题为导向设计辅导内容,注重普遍性和特殊性结合。

Genomic diversity and post-admixture adaptation in the Uyghurs

Population admixture results in genome-wide combinations of genetic variants derived from different ancestral populations of distinct ancestry, thus providing a unique opportunity for understanding the genetic determinants of phenotypic variation in humans. Here, we used whole-genome sequencing of 92 individuals with high coverage (30–60×) to systematically investigate genomic diversity in the Uyghurs living in Xinjiang, China (XJU), an admixed population of both European-like and East-Asian-like ancestry. The XJU population shows greater genetic diversity, especially a higher proportion of rare variants, compared with their ancestral source populations, corresponding to greater phenotypic diversity of XJU. Admixture-induced functional variants in EDAR were associated with the diversity of facial morphology in XJU. Interestingly, the interaction of functional variants between SLC24A5 and OCA2 likely influences the diversity of skin pigmentation. Notably, selection has seemingly been relaxed or canceled in several genes with significantly biased ancestry, such as HERC2–OCA2. Moreover, signatures of post-admixture adaptation in XJU were identified, including genes related to metabolism (e.g. CYP2D6), digestion (e.g. COL11A1), olfactory perception (e.g. ANO2) and immunity (e.g. HLA). Our results demonstrated population admixture as a driving force, locally or globally, in shaping human genetic and phenotypic diversity as well as in adaptive evolution.     

Wearable skin-like optoelectronic systems with suppression of motion artifacts for cuff-less continuous blood pressure monitor

According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, an estimated 17.9 million people die from cardiovascular diseases each year, representing 31% of all global deaths. Continuous non-invasive arterial pressure (CNAP) is essential for the management of cardiovascular diseases. However, it is difficult to achieve long-term CNAP monitoring with the daily use of current devices due to irritation of the skin as well as the lack of motion artifacts suppression. Here, we report a high-performance skin-like optoelectronic system integrated with ultra-thin flexible circuits to monitor CNAP. We introduce a theoretical model via the virtual work principle for predicting the precise blood pressure and suppressing motion artifacts, and propose optical difference in the frequency domain for stable optical measurements in terms of skin-like devices. We compare the results with the blood pressure acquired by invasive (intra-arterial) blood pressure monitoring for >1500 min in total on 44 subjects in an intensive care unit. The maximum absolute errors of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were ±7/±10 mm Hg, respectively, in immobilized, and ±10/±14 mm Hg, respectively, in walking scenarios. These strategies provide advanced blood pressure monitoring techniques, which would directly address an unmet clinical need or daily use for a highly vulnerable population.     

论中学武术教学中合作学习的方法和途径

随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,新的教学方法和教学理念已经渗入到教学的各个环节中。在此背景下,中学武术教学教法改革成为武术教育界关注的重要课题。文章以中学武术教育为研究对象,运用文献资料法、教学观察法等研究方法,对中学武术教学的现状进行研究,提出在中学武术教学中应运用合作学习法。研究结果表明：中学武术教学中运用合作学习法可以提高中学武术教学水平,体现新课程改革的理念,提高学生的积极性,培养学生创新能力和团队精神,有利于学生自我个性的形成和发展。     

专科体育毕业生就业期望的个案调查研究

以广西体育高等专科学校2007届毕业生为研究样本,对专科体育毕业生就业期望的工作单位类型、工作所在地、第一份工作月薪、影响自身就业竞争力的内在要素、解决就业难的主要途径等5个方面进行研究。结果表明,毕业生对就业形势仍缺乏清晰的了解、就业观念亟待改变、对就业竞争的估计不足等问题,并提出了改进专科体育毕业生就业工作的建议。     

论篮球运动员个人防守意识的形成与培养

文章采用文献综述等方法,对篮球运动员个人防守意识的形成与培养进行研究。研究表明,个人防守意识自始至终伴随着队员的防守行动,它的形成表现在队员在比赛中对时间和空间的判断,对规则的理解,队员之间的默契配合,运用时机的掌握和顽固的意志品质等方面,其培养与训练方法则包含在平时有形技术训练的整个过程中。
