网络课程的内容进化机制设计与技术实现

当前我国网络课程建设与应用普遍存在以下问题:课程内容结构封闭和更新迟缓,教学形式具有单向传递性;课程内容与学习活动在应用上的分离,影响学生主体地位的发挥;不同教学学期衔接或课程内容在不同教师间共享时,教学过程中的生成性资源存在丢失的现象。因此,探讨如何根据网络课程内容进化理念,提供相应的环境与机制,从而促进学习内容、教师及学生三者在网络教学过程中的交互,并通过积聚大众智慧来促进课程内容的动态发展,对于提高网络课程教学质量具有重要意义。     

Enabling Mg metal anodes rechargeable in conventional electrolytes by fast ionic transport interphase

Rechargeable magnesium batteries have received extensive attention as the Mg anodes possess twice the volumetric capacity of their lithium counterparts and are dendrite-free. However, Mg anodes suffer from surface passivation film in most glyme-based conventional electrolytes, leading to irreversible plating/stripping behavior of Mg. Here we report a facile and safe method to obtain a modified Mg metal anode with a Sn-based artificial layer via ion-exchange and alloying reactions. In the artificial coating layer, Mg₂Sn alloy composites offer a channel for fast ion transport and insulating MgCl₂/SnCl₂ bestows the necessary potential gradient to prevent deposition on the surface. Significant improved ion conductivity of the solid electrolyte interfaces and decreased overpotential of Mg symmetric cells in Mg(TFSI)₂/DME electrolyte are obtained. The coated Mg anodes can sustain a stable plating/stripping process over 4000 cycles at a high current density of 6 mA cm⁻². This finding provides an avenue to facilitate fast ion diffusion kinetics of Mg metal anodes in conventional electrolytes.

社会支持对运动员投入的影响：心理坚韧性与应对方式的序列中介作用

摘要：目的：考察社会支持对运动员投入的影响以及心理坚韧性和应对方式在其中的序列中介作用。方法：采用运动领域领悟支持问卷、运动心理坚韧性问卷、竞技运动领域应对问卷、运动员投入问卷对483名现役运动员进行调查。结果：1）社会支持对运动员投入有显著的正向预测作用;2）心理坚韧性与应对方式在社会支持与运动员投入之间起中介作用。结论：社会支持不仅能直接促进运动员投入,还可以通过心理坚韧性与应对方式的中介对其产生间接促进作用,具体包括4条中介路径：通过心理坚韧性的中介路径;通过任务导向应对的中介路径;通过心理坚韧性与任务导向应对的序列中介路径;通过心理坚韧性与脱离导向应对的序列中介路径。本研究构建的中介效应模型在一定程度上揭示了社会支持影响运动员投入的内在机制。研究提示,通过提供社会支持,将能增强运动员的心理坚韧性,促使其更多地采用任务导向应对,更少地采用脱离导向应对,进而促进运动员投入。     

Injectable hybrid inorganic nanoscaffold as rapid stem cell assembly template for cartilage repair

Cartilage injuries are often devastating and most cannot be cured because of the intrinsically low regenerative capacity of cartilage tissues. Although stem-cell therapy has shown enormous potential for cartilage repair, the therapeutic outcome has been restricted by low survival rates and poor chondrocyte differentiation in vivo. Here, we report an injectable hybrid inorganic (IHI) nanoscaffold that facilitates fast assembly, enhances survival and regulates chondrogenic differentiation of stem cells. IHI nanoscaffolds that strongly bind to extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins assemble stem cells through synergistic 3D cell–cell and cell–matrix interactions, creating a favorable physical microenvironment for stem-cell survival and differentiation in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, chondrogenic factors can be loaded into nanoscaffolds with a high capacity, which allows deep, homogenous drug delivery into assembled 3D stem-cell-derived tissues for effective control over the soluble microenvironment of stem cells. The developed IHI nanoscaffolds that assemble with stem cells are injectable. They also scavenge reactive oxygen species and timely biodegrade for proper integration into injured cartilage tissues. Implantation of stem-cell-assembled IHI nanoscaffolds into injured cartilage results in accelerated tissue regeneration and functional recovery. By establishing our IHI nanoscaffold-templated 3D stem-cell assembly method, we provide a promising approach to better overcoming the inhibitory microenvironment associated with cartilage injuries and to advance current stem-cell-based tissue engineering.     

任务型学习在英语泛读的应用

根据Ellis的“输入与互动假设”理论,倡导在英语泛读教学过程中开展“对话性互动”和“变化性互动”,应用“任务型学习”,并结合课堂实践,设计了教学实例,这一实践实现了“以学生为主体,教师为主导”的新教学模式,具有多元性、人文性、合作性和反馈性的特点。

采用逆向思维方法,详细分析了一次性快餐盒盖的成型工艺,并对其结构进行改进设计。为那些以实物为制造基础的产品的设计提供了借鉴,在缩短产品开发周期,提高经济效益方面,起着重要作用。     

太极拳桩功对改善骨盆前倾的作用

在现代信息化生活中,网络已全面侵入我们的日常生活,儿童少年乃至老年人都在使用手机、电脑。由于长期不良的久坐姿势会造成人体形态的改变。其中在青年人中骨盆前倾尤为常见。本文主要运用文献法、问卷调查法从造成骨盆前倾的原因及对人体的危害上进行阐述,引起人们重视,继而提出卷腹运动、太极拳桩功对骨盆前倾的改善方法。     

变革型领导行为、战略柔性与企业绩效

领导行为与企业绩效关系的研究一直倍受学术界关注。本研究将战略柔性(资源柔性和能力柔性)作为中介变量,研究动态环境下变革型领导行为对企业绩效的影响并提出研究假设,通过对北京、上海、广东等地区208家上市企业高管的问卷调查及相对应的企业年报获取研究数据并进行数据检验,验证研究假设。研究结果发现,资源柔性和能力柔性在变革型领导行为与企业绩效的关系中具有完全中介作用;环境动态性显著调节变革型领导行为与资源柔性和能力柔性的关系,但对战略柔性与企业绩效的关系无调节作用。本研究的结果说明,动态环境下变革型领导在推动企业变革的过程,要重视战略柔性的作用,引导企业通过转型来适应动态环境,提升企业绩效。
