国内人文社会科学视野下大数据研究力量布局与研究前沿识别

大数据时代为人文社会科学研究及其自身的变革迎来了新的发展机遇,人文社会科学领域对大数据相关问题的研究正处于快速上升期。以中文社会科学引文索引数据库为数据来源,从期刊、作者、研究机构、学科属性4个层面对国内人文社会科学视野下大数据的主要研究力量进行了分析。通过信息计量与可视化识别出国内人文社会科学视野下大数据研究的六大研究前沿：面向大数据的企业竞争情报研究、大数据时代社会治理与公共服务创新、基于网络大数据的企业生态系统建模、大数据时代公共图书馆的服务创新与发展、数据新闻、教育大数据及其应用。     

基于论证探究式教学模型的生物学实验教学案例

在高中生物学实验教学中开展探究论证式教学,有利于培养学生的科学思维和科学探究能力.以"检测生物组织中糖类、脂质和蛋白质"实验为载体进行教学尝试,探讨论证教学模式和实施过程.结果显示,通过这样的方法,学生可以学到更多的解决问题的思路和方法,学科核心素养得到很好的落实.     

习近平科技创新论述视角下行业特色高校的科技创新体系发展

在新形势下,习近平关于新时代科技创新系列重要论述为深度推进我国行业特色高校科技创新事业的发展改革确立了全方位的战略导向。通过词云分析等方法,研究把握习近平关于新时代科技创新系列重要论述的要义,以其为指导方向,针对我国行业特色高校科技创新发展存在的优势学科单一、基础学科缺乏,办学经费及各类资源有限,以及专业技术职务职称评定体系简单等问题,从以服务行业发展为宗旨、完善体制机制改革与创新生态环境建设、创新人才培养体系建设以及加强交叉学科建设和对外交流等方面,提出行业特色高校科技创新体系构建的路径建议。     

The Role of Nonformal Education in Combating the HIV Epidemic in the Philippines and Taiwan

The Philippines is experiencing a low but slowly growing prevalence of HIV, with a UN estimate of 6,000–11,000 cases out of a population of 91 million, and a 150% increase in new cases in 2008 compared to previous years. Earlier education programmes employed non-formal educational training techniques in the southern Philippines to target high-risk groups such as female sex workers and their establishment managers; the effort was expanded to target males in the community. In comparison, as of 2009, Taiwan has an estimated 40,000 cases of HIV/AIDS in a population of 23 million. It experienced a major increase in HIV infection among injecting drug users, from 77 newly reported cases in 2003 to 2,381 such cases in 2007. This article compares and contrasts the response to the epidemic in each country, describing non-formal educational programmes targeted and tailored to specific high-risk populations.     

官员调整、政绩竞赛与技术创新

以长三角地区26个城市为样本,选取地方官员调整这一独特视角,利用2007-2016年间各城市市长数据,结合各城市三种类型专利申请受理数,构建动态面板数据模型,系统地考察了官员调整对辖区内技术创新活动的影响。研究结果表明,官员调整有助于地方的技术创新,能够使辖区内的专利申请数增加0.231个百分点,且这种影响具有超前效应。当新任市长第一学历为全日制本科或为非本地籍贯时,官员调整对技术创新的促进作用更显著;当新任市长未临近退休时,官员调整对技术创新的促进作用更大;当离任市长为长期任职时,官员调整对技术创新的促进作用更显著。进一步研究发现：官员调整对技术创新的促进作用主要来自于集中换届期;进入经济结构性减速时期之后,官员调整对技术创新的促进作用更加明显。此外,官员调整对技术创新的影响还表现出地域差异,即这种促进作用在普通地级市中表现得较弱。本文对于从地方官员调整视角和微观层面理解技术创新及地方政府落实创新驱动发展战略具有一定的参考价值。     

信息化条件下雷达原理与系统课程教学内容革新研究

针对雷达原理与系统课程教学中实践环节少,手段单一,体系不全且部分章节内容较旧的问题,提出了革新教学内容,增删部分章节,并增设上机操作、教学实验的设想。分析了目前该课程的教学现状,列出了教学革新的具体内容和实验课开设的初步设想,给出了具体的实施措施。     

体育助力精准扶贫:农村体育治理现代化推进研究

农村体育的"贫困"客观存在,体育在精准扶贫工作中具有重要战略价值,应当以体育助力精准扶贫加强对农村体育贫困领域的支持。体育作为扶贫杠杆,对于满足村民对美好生活的需要具有不可替代的功能聚合与辐射作用。但农村体育治理过程中由于碎片化治理导致治理效果不明显,代替式治理导致治理内卷化现象,粗放型治理导致治理精准度欠缺,阻碍了农村体育治理现代化的推进。体育精准扶贫与农村体育治理现代化两者相互促进、互为补充。未来要坚持以习近平精准扶贫思想引领农村体育治理,以体制机制协同促进农村体育多元治理,以互联网科学技术激发农村体育智慧治理,以"体育+"模式推动农村体育的全面治理,以软硬兼施并进保障农村体育精准治理。     

科技期刊编辑部识别及应对学术不端行为探讨

学术造假事件近年来频频见诸报端,编造基金、编造数据,企图蒙混过关的现象时有发生。由于数据库等技术的发展,学术不端行为出现了新的特点,变得更加隐蔽,不容易被发现。学术期刊编辑部应更加细致、耐心、专业地对文章真实性进行识别,建立内控机制。同时,维护学术诚信是全社会的共同责任,科研管理部门、数据库技术部门、立法执法等部门应协同合作,防范惩戒学术不端行为,促进科研诚信的实现。     

Transport of Asian surface pollutants to the global stratosphere from the Tibetan Plateau region during the Asian summer monsoon

Due to its surrounding strong and deep Asian summer monsoon (ASM) circulation and active surface pollutant emissions, surface pollutants are transported to the stratosphere from the Tibetan Plateau region, which may have critical impacts on global climate through chemical, microphysical and radiative processes. This article reviews major recent advances in research regarding troposphere–stratosphere transport from the region of the Tibetan Plateau. Since the discovery of the total ozone valley over the Tibetan Plateau in summer from satellite observations in the early 1990s, new satellite-borne instruments have become operational and have provided significant new information on atmospheric composition. In addition, in situ measurements and model simulations are used to investigate deep convection and the ASM anticyclone, surface sources and pathways, atmospheric chemical transformations and the impact on global climate. Also challenges are discussed for further understanding critical questions on microphysics and microchemistry in clouds during the pathway to the global stratosphere over the Tibetan Plateau.     

A cost-effective wireless network migration planning method supporting high-security enabled railway data communication systems

As a typical railway Cyber-physical System (CPS), radio-based train control systems have been playing an increasingly important role in rail transit. The engaged network, Global System for Mobile Communications for Railway (GSM-R), which is an out-dated wireless communication technology, will be decommissioned due to diminishing support from industry, and a new generation successor, e.g. Long-Term Evolution (LTE), is urgently required to replace the current network. The radio-based train control systems must be safety critical, which relies on a high-security Data Communication System (DCS). In this paper, a novel wireless network migration methodology in DCS is proposed. By using this methodology, the high-security required DCS performance in radio-based train control systems is maintained and the network migration cost, e.g. the used number of base station (BS), is reduced when updating the GSM-R to LTE.
