论高等院校在职教师信息化能力的培育

伴随着信息时代的飞速发展,对高等院校教师在专业水平、学历层次、知识面等方面提出了更深一层的要求,高等院校的教师迫切需要进一步提升自身水平。本文作者总结并阐述了教师信息化能力培养的四种模式。

MAGIS: mobile augmented-reality games for instructional support

ABSTRACT

We present Mobile Augmented-Reality Games for Instructional Support (MAGIS), a framework for the development of mobile augmented-reality (AR) games for education. The framework supports off-the-shelf, state-of-the-art technologies that enable AR tracking and rendering on consumer-level mobile devices, and integrates these technologies with content-generation tools that simplify the development of educational AR games, especially those that extensively use narrative-based game design and player-location tracking such as location-based historical or museum adventure games. We use Igpaw: Intramuros, a proof-of-concept game developed using MAGIS, to help describe the current state of the framework and to show its efficacy for implementing outdoor location-based educational games, and we briefly outline future development plans to improve MAGIS’ AR support (especially those involving indoor scenarios) as well as to improve the instructional design and authoring phases of AR applications written using this framework.     

BP神经网络在列车异物检测中的应用

通过惯性校正方法和重新构造响应函数法来克服BP神经网络学习算法上存在收敛速度慢,容易陷入局部极小的问题,对BP网络学习算法进行了改进.利用小波多尺度边缘检测对列车异物图像进行分割和特征提取,并利用矩不变量特征和改进BP神经网络对列车异物自动识别和分类,实验结果表明使用这种方法使得系统具有更好的稳定性和更快的响应速度.     

高职混合能力班级英语教学策略研究

混合能力教学关注学生的个体差异,根据学生差异设计不同教学环节和任务的方式帮助他们在原有的学习能力基础上有所进步,同时使学生在学习中获得乐趣。混合能力教学对教师教学能力的要求很高,教师不但需要了解混合能力教学的概念,还要具备根据学生实际情况设计教学环节和任务的能力。因此,要想使混合能力教学达到预期的效果,教师实践教学能力的提高至关重要。     

屈原生卒年考证

关于屈原生卒年,目前盛行"生于公元前340年,卒于公元前278年,享年62岁"的郭沫若说,笔者认为有误。笔者从屈原作品中重新推算,得出的结论为:生年为楚宣王二十七年,公元前343年,为戊寅年,卒年为顷襄王二十二年,享年六十六岁。     

Rethinking the World Bank Agenda for Chinese Higher Education Reform

This article explores the way in which the World Bank has worked effectively with China in higher education. It investigates whether or not the cooperation between the two has changed in line with their changing relationship. More specifically, it discusses whether the World Bank’s China agenda reflects the reform package of socio-institutional neoliberalism which the World Bank has tended to promote worldwide in the era of the Post-Washington Consensus, and how China’s higher education reform has been influenced by the agenda. The article argues that as China is transferring its role from that of a recipient country to that of a donor country, it is increasingly important to position itself as a global player. Other than mastering the game rules of the international community, China should also expand its influence within and through these major international organizations.     

在开放教育导学过程中认识和实施素质教育

培养人才是大学的基本职能。21世纪人才培养模式的改革，要求高等学校将知识传播、能力培养与全面素质教育结合起来；作为从事远程教育的广播电视大学，更需要进一步转变教育教学思想，深化教育教学改革；针对电视大学的教育教学特点，在基层电大的导学过程中改革课程导学体系，制定符合电大学员特点的导学计划，不断改进导学方法，努力实施知识、能力和素质教育。     

Associations of Parenting Styles and Dimensions with Academic Achievement in Children and Adolescents: A Meta-analysis

Parents and researchers alike are interested in how to promote children’s academic competence. The present meta-analysis integrates the results of 308 empirical studies on associations of general parenting dimensions and styles with academic achievement of children and adolescents assessed via grade point average or academic achievement tests. Parental responsiveness (warmth), behavioral control, autonomy granting, and an authoritative parenting style were associated with better academic performance both concurrently and in longitudinal studies, although these associations were small in a statistical sense. Parental harsh control, and psychological control, as well as neglectful, authoritarian, and permissive parenting styles were related to lower achievement with small to very small effect sizes. With three exceptions, parenting dimensions and styles also predicted change in academic achievement over time. Moderating effects of child age, ethnicity, reporter on parenting and academic achievement, quality of the parenting and achievement measure, and publication status were identified. It is concluded that associations of academic achievement with general parenting dimensions/styles tend to be smaller than associations of school-specific parental involvement which have been addressed in previous meta-analyses.
