教育券保障民办中小学生平等受教育权——兼论"两免一补"政策及其改进

2006年春季中国开始对西部农村义务教育阶段中小学生实行“两免一补”政策。而这项政策没有把西部民办中小学校的农村学生纳入补贴范围。笔者提出给2006年上学期末仍在西部民办中小学校上学的农村学生发放相当于西部公办中小学校农村学生所享受的“两免一补”补贴面值的教育券。保证这些民办中小学校的农村学生同等的受教育权,保证这部分学生家长不“双重付费”,并保证这部分学生与家长的特殊需求。     

职业院校学生就业技能训练及社会适应能力的现状与分析

对职业院校学生就业技能训练及社会适应能力的调查表明:学生的社会适应能力与社会需求尚存在一定差距;学生就业技能训练内容与社会需求不相适应;学生就业技能训练目标不明确,训练内容陈旧,教学设施匮乏.分析其原因,主要在于职业院校对人才培养目标定位不准、实施不力,教学内容的理论难度不符合学生的认知规律、心理规律,教学资料与生产实际脱节,教学投入不足,无法给学生提供现场练兵的环境.     

广义经典力学中Lagrange方程的积分方法

将Hamilton－Jacobi方法、求积分法及梯度法推广应用于广义经典力学中Lagrange方程的积分，最后举例说明新方法的应用．     

Warm elaborated feedback. Exploring its benefits on post-feedback behaviour

Abstract

This study provides evidence on the impact of including warm messages in elaborated feedback. These messages are aimed at the motivational process that can be mobilised by feedback and that which can condition its reception and the way students face the task (post-feedback behaviour). In a task where secondary school students had to learn a new strategy for improving their reading skills in a computer-based environment, we compared the use of elaborated feedback with the use of elaborated feedback enhanced with motivational messages (warm elaborated feedback) and a control condition (without feedback). The results showed that students receiving warm elaborated feedback revisited the text more often than those receiving only the elaborated feedback, and that both groups revisited the text more than the control group. This finding suggests that controlling the motivational aspects in feedback messages may increase the effectiveness of elaborated feedback.     

Phase-Selective Gelators Based on p-Alkoxybenzoyl for Oil Spill Recovery and Dye Removal

Oil spills result in tremendous damage to the environment and ecosystem.In this study,several p-alkoxybenzoyl-based gelators (1,2a,2b,2c,3) synthesized from commercially available materials were designed for recovering oil from an oil-water mixture.Gels with remarkable gelation ability in various oils were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction to study the driving forces of self-assembly.Notably,these gelators could achieve the goal of recycling oil from the oil-water mixture at room temperature.In addition,gelator 2b could be used to remove toxic dyes from aqueous solutions with high efficiency.Therefore,these compounds were considered promising materials for oil spill recovery and dye removal due to their practicality and high efficiency.

建设社会主义新农村是我国当前和以后一项长期战略决策.发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务,发展现代农业首要必须着眼增强农业科技自主创新能力依法保护农产品注册商标、地理标忐和知名品牌,加强农业领域知识产权保护.发展现代农业的要求和我国农业知识产权保护现状需要我们从多途径加强农业知识产权的保护.     

纳米二氧化钛光催化性能研究

Nano-TiO2 powders with pure anatase sturcture were prepared by the method of precipitation-solution-gelation,using H2TiO3,hydrogen peroxide and ammonia as reactants.Active red X-3B dye solution was selected as a model pollutant for the photocatalysis degradation experiments,The effects of grain sizes,dosage and microostructure of nano-TiO2 on itsphotocatalysis properties were studied.The results show that photo-activity of the nano-TiO2 is enhanced with the grain sizes reducing or dosages increasing of nano-TiO2,Howerver,excess increase in nano-TiO2 concentration is not advantageous to the enhancement of the photo-activity.Anatase TiO2 demonstrated a higher photo-activity than rutile TiO2,The dye solution hardly degraded without nano-TiO2 powders being added into it or under sunlight irradiation.
