基于ELK构建图书馆多数据源日志管理分析平台

论文针对图书馆日志多数据源且格式多样化导致的日志处理效率低下的问题,提出了基于ELK的日志综合解决方案。该方案首先探讨了日志采集、数据清洗、日志解析的规则和技巧以及基于TF-IDF、SVM算法设计的日志异常检测模型;其次基于提出方案的整体架构,详细地分析了日志采集、存储、可视化、异常检测的整个流程;最后,将该方案应用于中国矿业大学OPAC系统,对读者用户的检索行为、不良用户的攻击行为进行可视化分析。实验结果表明,论文提出的日志管理解决方案,在集群模式下检索性能极其高效,有效地提高了图书馆日志的处理能力。

礼仪之争,是指在华西洋传教士之间发生的关于如何对待中国礼仪习俗的争论.按照天主教的教义来衡量,对于中国几千年传留下来的"祭祖"、"祀孔"等传统仪式,以及民间流行的风俗习惯,无论是教会方面还是传教士本人,是否认为"异端",可否加以容忍的问题上,在传教士内部长期争论不休,甚至上诉到罗马教廷,交由"异教徒裁判所"进行裁决.对这件事本身而言,本是传教士与传教士、教派与教派之间的争执,教派与罗马教廷之间如何协调一致的问题,是天主教的内部事情.     

电子资源访问管理与控制系统的设计及应用

为了保证合法用户对电子资源的正当使用,清华大学图书馆与信息网络工程研究中心合作建立电子资源访问管理与控制系统。介绍电子资源访问管理和控制系统的设计理念与体系结构,系统实现方法及功能模块以及系统实现过程中出现的主要技术问题和解决方法;提出本系统的应用状况与需要改进的工作。

Service quality,satisfaction, and behavioral intention in a triathlon event: the different experiences between local and non-local participants

ABSTRACT

Understanding the different experiences between local and non-local participants may help event organizers implement diverse marketing strategies for each segment, which could efficiently improve participants’ experiences of the event. However, little research has compared the experiences between local and non-local participants in sport event settings. This study compares the differences between local and non-local participants in their perceived service quality of a triathlon event, examines the relationships among service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intention, and explores the role of participants’ residence status in these relationships. Data were collected from participants (N?=?289) in a triathlon event held in Japan. The results indicate that local participants evaluated all service quality dimensions more positively than non-local participants. The course, ambience, achievement, and escape had positive effects on satisfaction, satisfaction had an extensively positive effect on behavioral intention, and the effect of escape on satisfaction differed between local and non-local participants. Our findings identify how local and non-local participants evaluate their event experiences differently and provide practical implications for event organizers.     

基于序列到序列模型的抽象式中文文本摘要研究

[目的/意义]为更好地处理文本摘要任务中的未登录词（out of vocabulary，OOV），同时避免摘要重复，提高文本摘要的质量，本文以解决OOV问题和摘要自我重复问题为研究任务，进行抽象式中文文本摘要研究。[方法/过程]在序列到序列（sequence to sequence，seq2seq）模型的基础上增加指向生成机制和覆盖处理机制，通过指向生成将未登录词拷贝到摘要中以解决未登录词问题，通过覆盖处理避免注意力机制（attention mechanism）反复关注同一位置，以解决重复问题。将本文方法应用到LCSTS中文摘要数据集上进行实验，检验模型效果。[结果/结论]实验结果显示，该模型生成摘要的ROUGE （recall-oriented understudy for gisting evaluation）分数高于传统的seq2seq模型以及抽取式文本摘要模型，表明指向生成和覆盖机制能够有效解决未登录词问题和摘要重复问题，从而显著提升文本摘要质量。     

大数据治理体系构建方法论框架研究

[目的/意义] 弥补大数据治理体系构建方法论研究的不足，提出更具通用性的大数据治理体系构建方法论框架。[方法/过程] 从方法论概念入手，对ISO国际标准化组织关于方法论的定义和现有的方法论研究成果进行系统梳理，识别出方法论要素及类别，并构建方法论框架；基于给定的方法论框架，从理论、概念模型、原则和规则、过程和程序、方法和评估标准等方法论要素对现有大数据治理研究成果进行映射分析；在综合集成大数据治理体系构建方法论要素的基础上，结合戴明环（PDCA）的理论基础对当前大数据治理体系构建方法论进行修正和补充。[结果/结论] 明晰了当前大数据治理体系构建方法论的要素及其关系，并从综合集成视角提出大数据治理体系构建方法论框架构想。     

Emerging research topics detection with multiple machine learning models

Emerging research topic detection can benefit the research foundations and policy-makers. With the long-term and recent interest in detecting emerging research topics, various approaches are proposed in the literature. Though, there is still a lack of well-established linkages between the clear conceptual definition of emerging research topics and the proposed indicators for operationalization. This work follows the definition by Wang (2018), and several machine learning models are together used to detect and foresight the emerging research topics. Finally, experimental results on gene editing dataset discover three emerging research topics, which make clear that it is feasible to identify emerging research topics with our framework.     

This way please! Improving school leadership: the OECD way

In August 2008, the OECD published Improving School Leadership Volume 1: Policy and Practice and Improving School Leadership Volume 2: Case Studies on System Leadership. The main objectives of these reports were to compare school leadership policy between participating countries and to identify innovative practices and options for policy development. As part of the preparation for the final report, a background report on school leadership in the Republic of Ireland was prepared by the Department of Education and Science in 2007. This report will be analysed in this paper in order to identify the degree to which the background report achieved the objective of capturing the current and emerging issues facing school leaders in Ireland. A critique of the ‘one size fits all’ approach to policy in the area of school leadership detailed in Volume 1 of the OECD report follows. This critique contests that some of the policy recommendations contained in the report are based on a narrow and selective range of supporting evidence. A number of these are a cause of some concern particularly when considered in the context of specific features of the schools in the Republic of Ireland.
