Interaction between cells in dielectrophoresis and electrorotation experiments

Progress in microelectrode-based technologies has facilitated the development of sophisticated methods for manipulating and separating cells, bacteria, and other bioparticles. For many of these various applications, the theoretical modeling of the electrical response of compartmentalized particles to an external field is important. In this paper we address the analysis of the interaction between cells immersed in rf fields. We use an integral formulation of the problem derived from a consideration of the charge densities induced at the interfaces of the particle compartments. The numerical solution by a boundary element technique allows characterization of their dielectric properties. Experimental validation of this theoretical model is obtained by investigating two effects: (1) The influence that dipolar “pearl chaining” has on the dielectrophoretic behavior of human T lymphocytes and (2) the frequency variation of the spin and orbital torques of approaching insulinoma β-cells in a rotating field.     

浅谈县级文化广播电视事业的发展及改革——以湖北省洪湖市广电为例

县级广播电视事业是我国广电传媒产业的重要组成部分,在广播电视公共服务中起着非常大的作用。但近年来,由于种种因素的影响,我国县级广播电视台在发展中存在着诸多问题,严重制约我国广电事业的进一步提升。为厘清目前我国县级广电事业的真实状况及未来改革路径,以湖北省洪湖市广播电视台为研究案例,通过深入剖析该地区广电事业的现状、特色及存在的问题,对我国县级广播电视事业的发展作出自己的思考,希望从中探索出一条适合其发展的有一定针对性的改革路径。     

经济危机对企业研发回报率的影响——基于Perez巨浪模型的实证分析

现有文献主要关注经济危机对企业研发创新的负面影响,同时也指出了危机可带来社会技术范式的变革,从而迎来“黄金时代”。基于Perez巨浪模型,探究在全球范围内危机前后不同企业、行业和国家企业研发回报率的变化趋势。以1986～2014年间全球63个国家的52638个企业年度数据为调查对象,结果表明,经济危机后,不论对企业增长还是利润率而言,企业都获得更高的研发回报率;低市场份额企业的研发回报率提高程度大于高市场份额企业;低杠杆率企业的研发回报率提高程度大于高杠杆企业;服务型企业的研发回报率提高程度大于制造型企业;发展中国家与发达国家企业研发回报率差异不显著。研究结果为Perez的巨浪模型提供了实证支持,并为危机后企业研发提供了管理启示。     

CBA球场观众攻击行为现状、诱因和对策研究

采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对中国男子篮球职业联赛（CBA）球场观众攻击行为的现状、特点和产生诱因进行分析。结果表明：（1）以语言攻击、工具攻击为主要攻击方式和以场次后半段较易发生攻击行为的时间特征、分布区域广是观众产生攻击行为的现状;（2）造成观众攻击行为的主要诱因是观众个体心理因素、观看赛事的满意度和赛事管理不足。并提出引导观众正确的看球行为动机、加强赛事安保工作的人性化防御和加大违纪违体处罚等对策。     

新创企业创业导向战略的实施与企业绩效的关系——基于制度环境的差异化视角

以制度理论、创业导向与创业合法性理论为基础构建制度环境、创业导向各维度与新创企业绩效之间独立关系的理论框架,采用PLS-SEM与fsQCA模糊集定性比较方法完成新创企业"制度环境—创业导向—企业绩效"的关系路径和条件组态的分析与验证.研究发现:在高、低不同的制度环境下,新创企业创业导向中的先动性维度均是影响其创造高财务绩效的关键决定性因素,而制度环境与创业导向的其他维度均起到非核心的辅助作用;但在企业同样具备先动性特征的前提下,具备高制度环境、高创新性和高风险承担能力的前提条件,会有更多的样本企业成功获得高财务绩效,新创企业的成功概率会更高.由此得出两条重要的启示:第一,创业者必须清醒地认识到先动性战略的重要作用,并构建多维度共强的创业导向战略;第二,创业者应当首选具有高质量制度环境的市场进行创业和业务拓展.     

TBL教学模式在信息素质教育课程中的设计及研究

本文探讨以团队为基础的学习(Team-based learning,TBL)教学模式在信息检索课程教学中的设计与应用,包括教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、教学评价、团队建立等环节。认为TBL模式有助于提高学生学习的主动性和团队协作精神,以及综合运用知识分析和解决问题的能力。     

中部汽车产业集群案例分析

参照以上汽为主导的上海汽车产业群,此文对以神龙为主导的武汉汽车产业群、以奇瑞为主导的芜湖汽车产业群分别从集成式创新的三个层面进行了比较分析,指出中部地区汽车产业集群的发展优势及不足;最后针对发展轴轮式优势产业提出相应的政策建议.     

金融危机下中国投资境外知识产权研究

结合金融危机以及我国经济结构调整、产业升级,提出投资境外知识产权的观点,探讨投资境外知识产权必要性,分析了其中存在的风险,提出了一些具体应对措施。研究成果对于拓展我国创新模式、实施知识产权战略,建设创新型国家具有一定借鉴意义。     

Inaccuracy as a privacy-enhancing tool

The accuracy principle is one of the key standards of informational privacy. It epitomises the obligation for those processing personal data to keep their records accurate and up-to-date, with the aim of protecting individuals from unfair decisions. Currently, however, different practices being put in place in order to enhance the protection of individuals appear to deliberately rely on the use of ‘inaccurate’ personal information. This article explores such practices and tries to assess their potential for privacy protection, giving particular attention to their legal implications and to related ethical issues. Ultimately, it suggests that the use of ‘inaccurate’ data can potentially play a useful role to preserve the informational autonomy of the individual, and that any understandings of privacy or personal data protection that would tend to unduly limit such potential should be critically questioned.
