国内外1975～1991年间关于中小企业信息管理的研究成果统计分析及建议

对 1975～ 1991年间国内外有关中小企业研究的文章从关键词分布、主题分布、国家分布等方面进行了统计 ,具体分析了文章主题的内容 ,进而指出我国在这些方面亟待解决与完善的问题 ,对我国支撑中小企业的信息管理提出参考性建议。表 4 ,参考文献 8。

通过调查访问、理论分析、预备实验,制定了体育系女生体操普修课6项教学能力的考试方法、评分标准及相应的考试形式,并通过教育实验检验了其可靠性,有效性和客观性。     

Mediating the Economic Pulses: The International Connection in Portuguese Higher Education

Portugal, as a small and increasingly integrated European economy, has been influenced by some of the major trends that defined the agenda of higher education policy in recent decades. Its backwardness – notably in terms of skills, education, and training – has frequently prompted a focus of attention on its international counterparts, particularly those in Europe, in search of affinities, solutions and errors to avoid. The search for guidance has also created an opportunity for the intervention of international organisations. Until Portugal joined the European Union (EU) in 1986, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the World Bank were the main agencies playing this role. Henceforth, those institutions lost some influence, and the European dimension gained increasing prominence. This article discusses the role of those international organisations in the definition of priorities for Portuguese higher education policy in recent decades, and provides a general overview of the outside perceptions of the Portuguese situation as understood by these international organisations. In particular, the article focuses on those interventions that promoted the influence of market mechanisms in the Portuguese higher education system by emphasising the need for higher education institutions (HEIs) to strive for increased economic responsiveness.

运用文献资料研究法、对比法、评分法和数理统计法,对广西成年农民的台阶指数进行研究。研究表明,广西成年农民台阶指数的平均值总体上较理想,广西成年农民女子的台阶指数平均值的水平优于男子,广西成年农民台阶指数呈现高年龄比低年龄要好的状态。     

茅盾的新性道德观及其当代意义

The formulations "All for the readers" and "Readers, the Supreme" highly summarize the meaning of serving the readers whole-heartly. To take the initiative to serve the readers is to bring into full play the librarians subjective initiative to find out of his own accord the readers opinions and demands and in all earnestness combined with a matter-of-fact and scientific analytical attitude to create unceasingly the way to serve readers and an administrative mechanism, both of which accord with the objective law.     

学科服务3.0模式研究与实践

［目的/意义］研究提出学科服务3.0模式,为科学大数据环境下学科馆员团队创新发展提供可借鉴的理论模型和实践参考。［方法/过程］面向科学大数据环境下科学研究新范式新形势,分析学科馆员代际演进趋势,从"创新组织方式" "提高能力素质" "转变工作方式" "拓展服务内容" "提升服务层次" "完善目标追求" 6个维度设计新型组织服务模式,建立"矩阵式+网状式"学科服务团队"双协同"协作体系,创新组织方式,按照"能力专业化""工作精准化"提高能力素质,根据"团队协同化" "过程嵌入化" "合作有温度""品牌高价值"转变工作方式,围绕"四重对象"、沿着科技创新产业链拓展服务内容、提升服务层次,支撑科技管理与决策。在此基础上,以中国科学院某研究所为例开展实证研究。［结果/结论］本研究所构建的学科服务3.0模式在当前科学大数据环境发展下,能有效提升学科服务建设效果,为学科用户提供更好的研究服务与决策支撑。     

农业科技期刊编辑参与科研活动现状及思考

为了了解我国农业科技期刊编辑参与科研活动的现状,本研究在“农业期刊编辑在线”微信群中进行了集中调研,最终回收了215份有效问卷。调查数据显示,农业科技期刊编辑整体学历水平较高,副高级以上职称者占比较高;超7成的编辑认同参与科研活动对期刊发展与个人成长的促进作用。但近5年未发表编辑出版类论文(以第一作者身份)及未参与课题研究的编辑比例偏高,主要原因是业务工作繁重、未掌握论文撰写技巧、研究动力不足等;而参与各类课题研究的编辑发表论文情况相对较好。针对这些阻碍因素,提出了相应的解决措施,如期刊多途径解决人力资源问题,为编辑参与科研活动留出时间;编辑多渠道积累学习资源,掌握论文写作技巧;无研究动力的编辑可借助各种形式的科研活动,激发自身的研究兴趣;希冀能为建设高水平的行业期刊编辑队伍提供借鉴。
