重庆市国际科技合作与交流新摸式研究

本文在对重庆市国际科技合作与交流工作进行深入调研的基础上，发现重庆市国际科技合作与交流中出现平台建设滞后、机制不畅、引智工作不足等问题，通过可行性论证，提出了加强信息及公共服务平台建设、建立健全各种机制以及完善组织结构等对策建议，以构建重庆市国际科技合作与交流的新模式。     

随机时序模型在某电信业务预算分析中的应用研究

在电信业务中应用预算分析能起到积极作用,通过模型识别、参数估计、模型诊断和预测使用ARIMA模型进行拟合和预测。实践表明,拟合效果很好,在理论上和实际中应用切实可行。     

国家科技图书文献中心"网上科技信息资源指南"评述 --一种基于网站的学科网络信息资源组织模式

网络信息资源的选择、评价、组织管理及检索利用一直是近年来图书情报领域的研究热点和重点。解决网络信息资源的评价、组织管理和查询问题,使其成为便于准确获取和利用的“可用资源”,是图书情报领域信息专家的重要职责。本文介绍了由国家科技图书文献中心牵头实施的“网上科技信息资源指南”项目,总结其经验,并分析和讨论这种基于网站的学科网络信息资源组织模式及其相关问题。     

Validation of a Tennis Rating Score to evaluate the technical level of children tennis players

The purpose of this study was to create a valid and reliable assessment scale for the evaluation of three basic tennis strokes (forehand, backhand, serve) for 6–12-year-old tennis players, named the Tennis Rating Score for Children (TRSC). Altogether 60 players (21: forehand, 22: backhand, 17: serve) were video recorded (30 frames per second) while performing three main tennis strokes and later evaluated using the TRSC by five tennis trainers at Day 1 and Day 7. Agreement between days and raters was examined using the intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). A Pearson’s correlation was calculated to determine convergent validity (score related to participant’s level of experience). The reliability between raters was very high for all three main strokes (ICC_FOREHAND = 0.874; ICC_BACKHAND = 0.877; ICC_SERVE = 0.877). The intra-rater test-retests ICCs were also very high (ICC_FOREHAND = 0.885; ICC_BACKHAND = 0.891; ICC_SERVE = 0.887). A large (r_FOREHAND = 0.660) and very large (r_BACKHAND = 0.730; r_SERVE = 0.772) Pearson’s correlations were found between all the ratings and the level of experience. The TRSC is shown to be highly reliable and valid when assessing technical skills in novice players, when compared to actual assessment from coaching experts; this tool may be helpful for tennis coaches to make a more objective diagnostic of the technical level of young tennis players.     

Yugoslavia: other modernities,other histories

The Non-Aligned Movement was a transnational political project, a coalition of small and middle-sized states, mostly former colonies and developing countries, from the global south or the Third World. It was formed in 1961 in Yugoslavia at the Belgrade summit. The NAM represented the first major disruption in the Cold World map, a quest for alternative political alliances, for “alternative mundialization.” Culture was accorded particular importance in the NAM, despite the fact that it never took center-stage at summits and conferences. However, NAM’s cultural politics strongly condemned cultural imperialism and epistemic colonialism. Western (European) cultural heritage was to be understood in terms of “juxtaposition”; this heritage would be interwoven with and into the living culture of the colonized, and would not simply be repeated under new (political) circumstances. Consequently art and culture in the NAM were largely about politics and history, or to put it differently, they were a way of staking a claim to history. It seems the movement was somehow aware of the fact that this was the only way it could enter the world’s (cultural) space on an equal footing. There existed a heterogeneous artistic production, a variety of cultural politics and extensive cultural networks which enriched the cultural landscape of the NAM and enabled discussions about the meaning of art outside the Western canon.     

Associations of total sedentary time,screen time and non-screen sedentary time with adiposity and physical fitness in youth: the mediating effect of physical activity

The aims of the present study were: i) to examine the associations of total accelerometer-based sedentary time (ST) and specific-domain self-reported ST (i.e., screen-based, educational-based, social-based, and other-based ST) with adiposity and physical fitness in youth; and ii) to analyse the mediation effect of physical activity (PA) on associations.

This study was conducted with 415 children (9.1 ± 0.4 years) and 853 adolescents (13.6 ± 1.6 years) in Spain during 2011–2012. Total ST and PA were assessed by accelerometry. Leisure-time spent in twelve sedentary behaviours was self-reported. Adiposity and physical fitness was measured following the ALPHA battery for youth.

Total accelerometer-based ST was positively associated with global adiposity score in children, and negatively associated with global physical fitness score in children and adolescents; but relationships were not independent of PA. PA mediated all associations of accelerometer-based and self-reported ST with adiposity or physical fitness in children. Conversely, screen-, educational-, social-, and other-based ST were negatively related to physical fitness in adolescents, independently of PA.

These findings give an impetus to developing effective strategies for specifically promoting PA in children and for increasing PA while reducing ST in adolescents in order to produce improvements on adiposity and physical fitness.

大学课程决策权力的层级分布及其后果——以X大学的课程决策为例

大学课程决策权力的分布状态造就了不同份量的决策主体,也在一定程度上决定了课程决策的过程与结果。X大学的课程决策权力呈现出从核心层列参与层再到影响层的渐次递减的层级分布,课程决策主体总是操纵大学课程的"少数人"。横向上,决策权力偏向行政权力,学术权力、学生权力不足;纵向上,决策权力集中在上层,普通教师和管理人员权力缺乏。因此,应该均衡大学内部的权力配置,坚持课程决策的民主化、科学化和制度化价值取向,加强课程决策评价的研究和应用。
