阿尔·法拉比的经院主义哲学思想

法拉比试图运用理性思辨的方法来论证伊斯兰教及其理论。他通过吸收柏拉图和亚里士多德的思想,形成了＂哲学统一＂的观点;创造性地提出＂流溢说＂,认为万事万物都是真主流溢的过程;充分肯定理性认识的重要作用,并提出建立一个高度理想化的社会——道德城,且把它看作是人类社会的必然产物。     

试论我国仲裁司法监督的完善

仲裁的司法性和本身的特点客观上需要对其进行监督。实践中,我国已经初步确立了以《仲裁法》为中心的监督体系,并呈现多元化的特点。司法监督虽然是辅助的一环但必不可少,我国现在的司法监督存在着一些需要完善的方面：国内仲裁和涉外仲裁的司法监督范围不一致;法院对仲裁裁决的司法监督的一审终局制;司法审查的参与者不完整;当事人申请撤销裁决的期限过长等等。     

言内语境及言外语境对英汉翻译的影响

语境是翻译学研究中的一个非常重要的概念,因此研究如何做好英汉翻译就离不开对语境的研究。该文以在我院进行的英汉翻译教学研究为基础,讨论了语境对英汉翻译的影响,分析了语境分为言内语境和言外语境两类,进而提出了在英汉翻译过程中应注重原语所依赖的言内语境及言外语境带来的影响。     

猪瘟与蓝耳病混合感染的诊断与治疗方法

通过流行病学调查、临床表现、病理剖检对新乡市长垣县赵堤镇某猪场发生的一起以体温升高、不食、腹泻、耳部发绀、鼻部、腹下、臀部、四肢末端发紫为特征的疾病,做出初步诊断为猪瘟与蓝耳病混合感染,然后采取10份病料经处理后用正向间接血凝试验检测CSF,酶联免疫吸附试验检测PRRS,结果表明CSF的阳性率为80%,PRRS的阳性率为60%,从而确诊该病为CSF与PRRS混合感染,通过采取自家苗、抗猪瘟血清、接种疫苗三种方法作比较,同时肌肉注射杂症一针,菌毒急救,拌料饲喂防蓝灵,金方案Ⅱ型,饮水中添加口服补液盐,电解多维等综合防治措施,结果显示自家苗治疗效果最好,病情得到控制,治愈率达70%,为目前规模化猪场混合感染的快速检测和治疗提供了可参考性的建议.     

伊本·路西德的认识论和社会伦理观

伊本·路西德是阿拉伯中世纪最伟大的哲学家,他认为真理具有可知性,人的认识是从个别到一般,从感性到理性;他继承先哲,完整系统地论述了双重真理论,力图在调和哲学和宗教的同时,提升哲学的地位,强调理性的作用;他的理想社会理论虽然带有若干空想的成分,但有些思想在今天仍有其理论意义和现实价值。     

论清政府与铜官山矿案交涉

发生在一个世纪以前的安徽铜官山矿案曹引起了多方关注,其中清政府更是采取了多种措施,以促使旷案的尽旱结束．在矿案的交涉中扮演了重要的角色。     

Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Education Division Competition 2010 Winner: The Organic Price Tag

Abstract: One of the core competencies in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Education standards is for students to achieve competency in communication skills (that is, oral and written communication, listening, interviewing, and so on). According to the IFT guidelines, by the time students graduate, they should not only be able to search for and condense information, but also be able to “communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience.” The Education Division of IFT sponsors a writing competition for undergraduate students to bring attention to and promote the development of communication skills. It has been shown that employees/entry‐level scientists who can communicate technical and nontechnical concepts succinctly will be in a better position to achieve management status after entering the work force. Monetary prizes are awarded to the authors of the top three papers. A revised version of the winning entry is published in the Journal of Food Science Education for dissemination to a world‐wide audience.
