Microstructure and hardness of Cu-12% Fe composite at different drawing strains简

Cu-12% Fe （in weight） composite was prepared by casting, pretreating, and cold drawing. The microstructure was observed and Vickers hardness was measured for the composite at various drawing strains. Cu and Fe grains could evolve into aligned filaments during the drawing process. X-ray diffraction （XRD） was used to analyze the orientation evolution during the drawing process. The axial direction of the filamentary structure has different preferred orientations from the radial directions. The strain of Fe grains linearly increases with an increase in the drawing strain up to 6.0, and deviates from the linear relation when the drawing strain is higher than 6.0. With an increase in the drawing strain, the microstructure scales of Fe filaments exponentially decrease. The density of the interface between Cu and Fe phases exponentially increases with an increase in the aspect ratio of Fe filaments. There is a similar Hall-Perch relationship between the hardness and Fe filament spacing. The refined microstructure from drawing deformation at drawing strains lower than 3.0 can induce a more significant hardening effect than that at drawing strains higher than 3.0.

福建省、河北省调查数据显示,农村居民养老保险意愿表现为"少缴多领",且在显著性为95%(99%)的水平下,通过了显著性检验。基于农村居民养老意愿的新农保政策完善建议主要有:(1)根据农村居民经济收入以及经济承担能力等具体情况,设置恰当的个人缴费档次;(2)继续加大政府财政补贴力度,使政府财政补贴达到省级财政总收入的一定比例,并根据财政收入的年增长速度适时进行动态调整;(3)将参保对象的养老金待遇与养老金替代率的高低以及农村居民最低生活保障水平综合起来进行动态考虑;(4)将参保对象缴纳的养老保险费转为一定时期的定期存款,增加参保人的养老金待遇收入。     

中国古代防腐反贪中的上书与举报

中国古代王朝尽管建立了用于反腐惩贪的监察制度和立法,但仅仅依靠制度和立法反腐惩贪,还难以得到最佳效果。调动官员和臣民参与防腐反贪的积极性,揭露和举报官吏的贪腐行为,有时会收到很好的效果。于是就有了鼓励官员和臣民上书举报贪腐官吏的各种措施甚至制度。但百姓作为弱势群体,很难发现官吏的贪腐行为,即使举报也很难到达最高层,因此百姓反腐惩贪的作用只能被边缘化。     

Robust Adaptive Control Design for Rotorcraft Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Based on Sliding Mode Approach

This paper presents a nonlinear robust control design method for a generic rotorcraft unmanned aerial vehicle（RUAV）. The control objective is to let the RUAV track some pre-defined time-varying position and headingtrajectories. The proposed controller employs feedback linearization process to realize the dynamic decoupling controland applies adaptive sliding mode control to compensate for the parametric uncertainties and external disturbances.The global asymptotical stability is proved via stability analysis. Compared with the cascaded controller, the proposedcontroller demonstrates a superior tracking performance and robustness through numerical simulation in the presenceof parametric uncertainties and unknown disturbances.     

Experimental study on dispersion coefficient of dredger fill in reclamation region

In order to satisfy the demand of land use, reclamation engineering has been undertaken in coastal cities for a long time. To study the contaminant transport in the reclamation districts, robust and accurate estimation of dispersion coefficient is essential. In this study, the continuous sodium chloride （NaC1） solution with constant concentration was introduced into the column filled with the dredger fill to get the breakthrough curves （BTCs）. Inverse error function method （IEFM） and CXTFIT program were used for estimating dispersion coefficient. Results showed that the difference between the dispersion coefficients estimated by IEFM and CXTFIT program was slight. The main reason was that the BTC was not strictly linear. IEFM performed poorly in the nonlinear area, while the CXTFIT performed well over the entire BTCs. Moreover, the dispersion coefficient of dredger fill was small. The dispersion property of dredger fill would result in the slow migration of contaminants in the dredger fill.
