关于抽象代数中两个结论的证明——关于自由Abel群及高斯整数环的注记

对抽象代数中如下两个结论：（1）存在自由Abel群;（2）高斯整数环是欧氏环。在文献[1]、[2]、[3]中都给出了传统理论意义上的证明。此文分别给出一种不同于已有文献的证明方法。     

跨语言信息检索的偏最小二乘方法研究

基于辞典的模式和机器系统翻译的技术一度成为人们进行跨语言信息检索的热点研究技术.基于辞典的模式就是采用机读辞典来做翻译,这里主要的问题是词汇的歧义性,另一个问题是辞典本身的覆盖度不够,翻译往往不够确切.为解决上述问题,本文提出了一种基于偏最小二乘理论的中间语义的跨语言信息检索方法.

"杯具",这一中国网络当红语录,它与"悲剧"一词同音且同义,但它却更生动形象的体现着当下中国人的心理.随着它的广泛流行,已被中国人渐渐的接受,因此,作为一种独特的文化而沉淀下来.文章结合文化的本体论特性及其传播,来研究"杯具"的翻译,并借此进一步探讨文化专有名词的音译与传播.     

大学生不同性格类型对闲暇体育方式取向的研究

以湖南省高校在校大学生为研究对象.采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法进行分析和研究.结果表明:发展闲暇体育,在高校中具有深远意义;对不同性格类型的大学生采取不同的闲暇体育方式,可以促进其全面发展;增加硬件设施、健康教育最终要引导高校大学生养成有益于健康的行为.     

对思想政治教育困境的政治性归因分析

在对思想政治教育困境的成因探索中,“泛政治化”是一种似是而非的观点。政治性是思想政治教育的本质属性,无论是从社会价值、个人价值还是内容体系来看,充分体现政治性要求都是思想政治教育最重要的内涵。我国思想政治教育的实践经验显示,思想政治教育出现的失误恰恰是思想政治教育政治性弱化的结果。思想政治教育要走出困境,创新发展,必须吸取改革开放30多年来的经验教训,把政治性放在首要的地位,才能避免思想政治教育走向误区,提高思想政治的实效性。     

公共艺术教育在普通高校素质教育中的作用及实现途径

公共艺术教育是高等院校素质教育的一项重要内容,在提高大学生综合素质,促进大学生身心和谐健康发展,培养创新思维等方面具有重要作用。针对目前公共艺术教育实施过程中所存在的问题,各高校应从课程设置、管理机构、师资队伍、教学设施、教学环境、教育评估等方面,加强公共艺术教育的建设,保障公共艺术教育的顺利开展和健康运行,充分发挥公共艺术教育在促进大学生全面发展方面的重要作用。     

中学语文阅读教学的三个层次

在中学语文教学中必须实行有层次的阅读教学。阅读教学要引导学生重视语言的分析和品味,把握分析比较的方法,在尊重文本、尊重历史的基础上,积极主动思考,大胆创新。     

Congenital atresia of the left main coronary artery in an infant

Congenital atresia of the left main coronary artery is a rare occurrence, and surgical revascularizationbypass graft is required. We here report a rare case of congenital coronary anomaly in an infant. A 10-month-old male infant was admitted to the hospital with heart failure symptoms. Echocardiographic examinations revealed mitral valve regurgitation and ischemic changes of the anterolateral papillary muscle and chordae. Coronary angiography showed atresia of the left main coronary artery with a severe hypoplastic left anterior descending artery and a circumflex coronary artery. Unfortunately, sudden cardiac arrest occurred after catheterization and the infant did not recover despite of immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Further studies are needed to find a newer diagnostic method to detect coronary anomaly in an infant, and coronary angiography, if necessary, has to be performed very carefully.     

Clodronate-containing liposomes attenuate lung injury in rats with severe acute pancreatitis

Objectives:Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) can lead to acute lung injury(ALI) .The purpose of this paper is to investigate the protective effect of clodronate-containing liposomes on ALI in rats with SAP.Methods:The thin film method was used to prepare liposomes.Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups.After the SAP model was established by injecting 5%(w/v) sodium taurocholate(2 ml/kg body weight) into the subcapsular space of the pancreata,normal saline was administered to the control(C) group,phosphate buffer solution(PBS) -containing liposome to the Pgroup,and clodronate-containing liposome to the Tgroup through tail veins.Blood samples were obtained from the superior mesenteric vein at 2 and 6 h to measure the levels of amylase,interleukin-6(IL-6) ,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) .Morphological changes in the pancreata and lung were observed using hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining,while cell apoptosis was detected using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling(TUNEL) .In addition,the macrophage marker cluster of differentiation 68(CD68) in lung tissue was detected with immunohistochemistry.Results:Blood levels of amylase,IL-6,and TNF-αwere significantly increased in the Pgroup compared to those in the Tgroup(P0.05) .In the Tgroup,large numbers of TUNEL-positive cells were observed,but no or few in the C and Pgroups.Gross inspection and HE staining of pancreata and lung showed dramatic tissue damage,including inflammation and necrosis in the Pgroup.Less remarkable changes were noted in the Tgroup,and the C group exhibited normal histology.The histological scores according to Kaiser's criteria were consistent with HE findings.The number of CD68-positive macrophages decreased in the Tgroup.Conclusions:Clodronate-containing liposomes have a protective effect against ALI in rats with SAP.Blockade of macrophages may represent a novel therapeutic strategy in SAP.     

Sevoflurane postconditioning reduces myocardial reperfusion injury in rat isolated hearts via activation of PI3K/Akt signaling and modulation of Bcl-2 family proteins

Sevoflurane postconditioning reduces myocardial infarct size.The objective of this study was to examine the role of the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/Akt pathway in anesthetic postconditioning and to determine whether PI3K/Akt signaling modulates the expression of pro-and antiapoptotic proteins in sevoflurane postconditioning.Isolated and perfused rat hearts were prepared first,and then randomly assigned to the following groups:Sham-operation(Sham),ischemia/reperfusion(Con),sevoflurane postconditioning(SPC),Sham plus 100 nmol/L wortmannin(Sham+Wort),Con+Wort,SPC+Wort,and Con+dimethylsulphoxide(DMSO).Sevoflurane postconditioning was induced by administration of sevoflurane(2.5%,v/v) for 10 min from the onset of reperfusion.Left ventricular developed pressure(LVDP),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP),maximum increase in rate of LVDP(+dP/dt),maximum decrease in rate of LVDP(?dP/dt),heart rate(HR),and coronary flow(CF) were measured at baseline,R30 min(30 min of reperfusion),R60 min,R90 min,and R120 min.Creatine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were measured after 5 min and 10 min reperfusion.Infarct size was determined by triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining at the end of reperfusion.Total Akt and phosphorylated Akt(phospho-Akt),Bax,Bcl-2,Bad,and phospho-Bad were determined by Western blot analysis.Analysis of variance(ANOVA) and Student-Newman-Keuls' test were used to investigate the significance of differences between groups.The LVDP,±dP/dt,and CF were higher and LVEDP was lower in the SPC group than in the Con group at all points of reperfusion(P0.05).The SPC group had significantly reduced CK and LDH release and decreased infarct size compared with the Con group [(22.9±8)% vs.(42.4±9.4)%,respectively;P0.05].The SPC group also had increased the expression of phospho-Akt,Bcl-2,and phospho-Bad,and decreased the expression of Bax.Wortmannin abolished the cardioprotection of sevoflurane postconditioning.Sevoflurane postconditioning may protect the isolated rat heart.Activation of PI3K and modulation of the expression of pro-and antiapoptotic proteins may play an important role in sevoflurane-induced myocardial protection.
