竞技运动体育教学手段化注意问题研究

研究后奥运时代的竞技运动体育手段化,我们首先要搞清楚什么是体育、什么是体育手段、什么是竞技、什么是竞技运动以及什么是竞技运动体育手段化。通过这些问题的解决,运用竞技运动体育手段化的科学体育理论去指导我国群众体育和学校体育的健康发展。     

略论人事档案管理信用化改革

针对当前人事档案管理的困境,文章提出人事档案管理信用化改革这一思路,并对信用化改革的内涵与可行性进行分析.最后提出推行信用化改革的可行措施,以求有益于当前的人事档案管理改革.     

朱光潜“审美经验论”的建构与整合

朱光潜的前期美学建构既要面对现代美学"启蒙"的价值诉求,又要面对西方美学由"艺术哲学"转向非理性艺术本体追问的同样复杂的理论转型,其中产生了美学原理和艺术批评之间的矛盾冲突。克罗齐认为美学是艺术家心灵的独创:艺术即直觉、直觉即表现,以此高扬美学和艺术的独立性。朱光潜接受了直觉、形式等在美学中的独立作用,并结合中国古典诗学和文艺心理学的理论,将哲学层面的美学原理转化成为主体性特征的审美经验。这不仅是中西理论矛盾的调和,更为中国现代美学的发展提供了一条新的学科范式与研究方向。     

基于MFC的《离散数学》实验演示系统的设计与实现

针对离散数学的特点,以MFC和面向对象技术为设计环境,建立了一个可视化的离散数学实验演示系统。该系统实现了抽象概念可视化、界面操作可视化、处理结果可视化的要求。通过演示主合取范式、二部图匹配、群的判定、等价关系、等价类和Krushal算法求最小生成树五个子功能模块,展示了该实验演示系统的功能。     

Challenges to Institutionalizing Participatory Extension: The Case of Farmer Livestock Schools in Vietnam

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this article is to analyze the introduction of participatory extension approaches (PEA) in the predominantly supply-driven, hierarchical Vietnamese extension system. Drawing on the case of the so-called Farmer Livestock School (FLS) concept, the authors investigate the potential and challenges of scaling up and out the FLS/PEA principles of participatory training methods, encompassing intensive and interactive training sessions, group-based sharing of experience, practical learning, and learning-by-doing processes.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The article is based on data collected and synthesized from 36 pilot communes from 2000 to 2007 and draws on the extensive insider experience of two of its authors during their work for a DANIDA-funded livestock project.

Findings: At the micro-scale and with external support, FLS has been a successful experiment of using participatory extension approaches in farmer training and extension in the livestock sector. Yet, possibilities of scaling up and institutionalizing FLS remain a challenge given the capacity and resource limitations and the resistance at various levels within the Vietnamese extension system.

Practical Implications: The starting point for successfully institutionalizing participatory extension approaches should be to assess the existing system's root problems and capacities and then gradually and systematically introduce institutional innovations rather than aiming at a complete overhaul of a system that may result in the creation of a parallel universe.

Originality/Value: The FLS project provided a unique opportunity to study the enabling and constraining factors of institutionalizing participatory extension approaches in a traditionally top-down oriented extension system beyond the immediate duration of an externally orchestrated project.     

任务驱动式教育游戏设计

针对国内高职院校教育游戏开发匮乏的现状,提出了以RPG为载体的任务驱动式教育游戏系统——《计算机信息技术基础》教育游戏的设计方案。系统从课程教学的内容和目标出发,实现在虚拟现实环境中对不同基础的学生进行有针对性的优化学习。     

温州市公民社会发展与县级政府建设

县级政府作为最贴近群众、贴近公民社会的政府机构,与公民社会有着密切关系。公民社会与县级政府的关系主要体现在精神纽带、民主参与和经济发展方面。温州市公民社会作为发展较为成熟的地区,具有经济、政治、社会等特点,在县级政府建设实践中有创新并积累了经验。温州市县级政府建设与转型应抓住公民社会起步早的良好契机,加快政府职能转型,加强与公民社会有效互劝,提高行政效率。     

Spelling,Reading Abilities and Speech Perception in Deaf Children with a Cochlear Implant

ABSTRACT

This study aims to compare word spelling outcomes for French-speaking deaf children with a cochlear implant (CI) with hearing children who matched for age, level of education and gender. A picture written naming task controlling for word frequency, word length, and phoneme-to-grapheme predictability was designed to analyze spelling productions. A generalized linear mixed model on the percentage of correct spelling revealed an effect of participant’s reading abilities, but no effect of hearing status. Word frequency and word length, but not phoneme-to-grapheme predictability, contributed to explaining the spelling variance. Deaf children with a CI made significantly less phonologically plausible errors and more phonologically unacceptable errors when compared to their hearing peers. Age at implantation and speech perception scores were related to deaf children’s errors. A good word spelling level can be achieved by deaf children with a CI, who nonetheless use less efficiently the phoneme-to-grapheme strategy than do hearing children.     

浅谈案例法在经济法教学中的应用

在高职高专院校财经类专业中,经济法是一门重要的专业基础课程。但是在教学实践中,教学效果并不明显。文章在对江西省有关院校经济法教学进行调查的基础上,分析了案例教学在经济法当中的应用,提出了以案例教学带动经济法课堂教学的一种思路。
