对高校图书馆人本管理的思考

本文分析了＂人本管理＂在高校图书馆管理中的重要性,分别从高校图书馆新时期发展的内在要求、文化氛围、馆员素质及服务读者等方面,阐述了更好地实行＂人本管理＂的几项措施。     

高校生涯规划团队辅导研究

＂大一憧憬,大二堕落,大三盲动,大四被动＂这在很多高校都存在,这说明我们的学生对自己的生涯没有明确的规划,存在着生涯发展问题。如何在现有的国情下,在形式逼急却又师生比失衡的情况下,尽快澄清有关生涯辅导的几个误区,对学生进行生涯规划的团队辅导可能是解决问题的首选。     

高校仪器设备验收存在的问题及对策

以浙江师范大学为例,总结了高校仪器设备验收工作在采购合同、验收管理制度及验收方法方面存在的问题.提出了规范采购合同、健全验收管理制度、选择合理有效的验收方法的对策建议.     

中外合作办学宿舍文化潜在课程及学生感受的实证分析——以广东某高校为个案

以广东省某中外合作办学高校为研究个案,对宿生发放了526份问卷,并对该校相关管理部门的负责人以及个别宿生进行了访谈,力求了解中外合作高校校方设计/引导的宿舍文化蕴含的潜在课程（含宿舍的物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面）及学生对其的感受。研究结果表明：学生对中外合作办学宿舍文化潜在课程的整体评价大多数是正面而积极的,只有13.5%的学生表示不喜欢小镇的生活。大多数学生认同小镇生活,认为其让他们获得了独立的生活能力并学会了人际交往技巧,学生对于三个层面潜在课程功效的认同度由高到低分别为物质、制度、精神。     

独立学院学生常见心理挫折及对策研究

挫折是生活中的一部分。论文探讨了独立学院学生常见的心理挫折,如学习上的挫折、人际交往上的挫折、就业挫折、经济挫折和人格完善挫折等。针对以上挫折提出了相应的挫折应对策略,具体包括帮助学生树立正确挫折观、加强心理健康教育、大力开展社会实践活动、引导学生调整自身抱负水平、引导学生运用适当的宣泄方法以及建立一支高素质的辅导员队伍等。期望通过这些策略能使大学生耐挫力获得提高,使其心理品质得到优化。     

青少年网络成瘾、父母监控与其社会适应的关系

以全国2139名中学生为被试,采用问卷法考查了青少年网络使用现状,并探讨了父母监控在网络成瘾与社会适应之间的作用.结果:(1)25.5%的父母经常指导孩子上网,结交新网友是报告最多的网络潜在危险行为.(2)网络成瘾存在显著的性别、年级差异.(3)在社会适应的积极维度,网络成瘾者得分显著低于非成瘾者;消极维度则与之相反.(4)父母监控在网络成瘾与社会适应的关系中起调节作用.

Experimental investigation on the effects of process parameters of GMAW and transient thermal analysis of AISI321 steel

Gas metal arc welding （GMAW） develops an arc by controlling the metal from the wire rod and the input pro- cess parameters. The deposited metal forms a weld bead and the mechanical properties depend upon the quality of the weld bead. Proper control of the process parameters which affect the bead geometry, the microstructures of the weldments and the mechanical properties like hardness, is necessary. This experimental study aims at developing mathematical models for bead height （HB）, bead width （WB） and bead penetration （PB） and investigating the effects of four process parameters viz： welding voltage, welding speed, wire feed rate and gas flow rate on bead geometry, hardness and microstructure of AISI321 steel with 10 mm thickness. The transient thermal analysis shows temperature and residual stress distributions at different conduction and convection conditions.     

Transforming Indian farmers to reach the next level of the green revolution through communication of strategic knowledge and increased use of ICTs

Agriculture is an important sector of the economy in India as it provides employment to a large number of people and is concerned with the food and nutritional security of a huge population. Indian agriculture is facing several challenges ranging from farmers' debt, climatic changes, technological up-gradation, development of communication infrastructures for more effective extension activities and most importantly, bridging the knowledge gaps existing within India. This article examines the hurdles the Indian agricultural sector face and the potential of ICTs to aid and enhance agricultural development.
