当下国产类型电影创作的结构性发展特征及其前景

上世纪80年代“类型电影”概念引进,到电影产业化改革走到十年拐点,国产电影面临中美“新协定”带来的机遇与挑战。文章主要考察了近年中国的主要电影类型及类型经验,归纳了类型融合及新类型探索趋势,并指出未来中国类型电影发展的蓝图应从三方面入手,即决策系统内清醒地看待创作机制转变、明星及品牌策略,加强内部合作;技术系统内要重视人才培养,并从宏观着眼,规避高技术、高投入带来的高风险;叙事系统内要在具有中国特色的电影类型化、工业化体系下认真研究电影和观众的关系,创造性地发展具有本土性、传统性、当下性、传承性的国产电影。     

Completion or Abandonment of Mergers and Acquisitions: Evidence from the Newspaper Industry, 1981–2000

Regulatory and technological changes have resulted in a surge in merger and acquisition (M&A) activity in the newspaper industry since the 1980s. This study investigates the “success” of these activities focusing on a particular facet of acquisition performance. We study the completion likelihood of an announced transaction, using a sample of M&A announcements from the newspaper industry (1981–2000). Results show that although firm-level characteristics are relevant, transaction-specific and regulatory factors are even more important. Not surprisingly, the attitude of the transaction—whether hostile or friendly—is a key factor, as are the method of payment and the percentage of control sought by the acquirer. The latter in particular reaffirms the prevailing view on the importance of regulatory influences on media M&As.     

Adapting property path for polynomial-time evaluation and reasoning on semantic web

Property path is the latest navigational extension of the standard query language SPARQL 1.1 for the Semantic Web.However,in the existing SPARQL query systems which support property path,the query efficiency is very low and does not support reasoning.This paper proposes a new existential semantics which has polynomial-time evaluation complexity and an equivalent relationship with the current semantics,and transforms the property path expressions to the extended nested regular expressions based on the existential semantics and proves the semantic equivalence after the transformation considering the RDFS semantics.The property path query engine is achieved by implementing the nested regular expressions algorithm and the transformation rules from the property path expressions to the nested regular expressions,which maintains the syntax simplicity of property path and the goal-oriented polynomial-time reasoning to avoid computing the RDF graph closure.The experiment results not only show the characteristics of query engine based on the existential semantics in efficiency and reasoning,but also further validate the equivalence between the results based on current semantics and those based on the existential semantics for property path after the removal of duplicate values.     

矿物加工与综合利用实验中心建设与教学实践

中央与地方共建高校优势特色学科实验室项目——矿物加工与综合利用实验中心依照项目要求进行了建设实施。项目工作组通过周密规划、认真实施,于2008年1月至2010年1月分两期顺利完成了实验中心的全面建设。实验中心建筑面积640m2,分7个实验室,包括破碎机在内的各类设备200余台(套),年开实验项目56项,年人学时数8 400学时。实验中心重视人力建设,制定了严格的运行保障机制,不断改进实践教学内容与方法,教学效果评价良好。     

现代索纳塔电喷汽车油量与油压和脉宽关系的研究

本文以现代索纳塔燃油压力、喷油量和脉宽的三维脉谱图的研究作为课题。搭建试验测试系统台,对喷油量与压力、喷油量与脉宽的试验,以燃油压力调节器为主要实验研究对象,对比分析喷油量与压力对脉宽的影响,并绘制有关曲线图。研究表明:发动机在不同的喷油量、不同的燃油压力的条件下其产生的喷油脉宽也不同,但之间却存在一定的关系,并且可以用一张三维脉谱图表达,最终将其输入ECU中。     

Parameters for Software Piracy Research

Advances in Internet and other digital technologies have opened up new channels and methods for online business. They have also led to a situation where the same channels can be abused and misused. One of these forms of technology abuse, which is becoming increasingly prevalent these days, is the piracy of digital content. This article introduces a relatively comprehensive and unified theoretical framework for studying and understanding a major aspect of digital piracy: namely, software piracy. Based on Routine Activities Theory, Rational Choice Theory, and guardianship concepts, the framework identifies key parameters that can affect the incidence of software piracy. We apply the framework in conducting a systematic examination of 75 articles dealing with software piracy. The examination reveals that a considerable number of parameters have received little or no attention from software-piracy researchers. In addition to suggesting research opportunities, the framework furnishes a systematic approach for structuring the design of future research studies in the realm of software piracy. The insights furnished by this article contribute to future investigations of the software-piracy phenomenon that are needed to avert the economic and social damage caused by software piracy.

国际化背景下中国传统文化对奥林匹克文化的价值研究

西方文化强调征服自然的个性张扬,这种文化与奥林匹克文化中竞争、超越的精神有某种程度上的契合点,从而极大地推动了奥林匹克运动的发展。但由于西方文化体系自身存在的缺陷和不足,使奥林匹克运动发展的过程中也出现了许多违背《奥林匹克宣章》的现实问题。具有五千年文化积淀的中国传统文化如何改变这种状况,发挥其应有的价值和作用成为中国学者日益关注的问题。本文从奥林匹克国际化与奥林匹克全球化的差异性入手,积极倡导以交流、融合、吸收为特征的国际化的体育文化观念,并在此基础上探讨中国传统文化对奥林匹克文化现实价值方面可产生的影响。
