高职软件测试特色专业建设的研究

加强特色专业建设是提升高职院校核心竞争力的关键,本文以软件测试专业为例,介绍了特色专业的涵义和软件测试专业建设背景,从改革人才培养模式、教育教学模式、教师评价制度、改进人才培养质量评价、实践教学条件建设五个方面介绍了软件测试特色专业建设的做法。     

论“发愤著书”说的源起及发展

“发愤著书”是中国古代文论史上一个由来已久的重要命题,它揭示了文学创作的动力。尽管正统的儒家文艺思想强调“发乎情,止乎礼仪”,但更多身处逆境的文学家们依然走向了一条叛逆之路,提出了“发愤著书”之说。从春秋时期孔子到明代的李贽,他们结合各自所处的时代、个人的遭遇、创作体会,对“发愤著书”理论进行补充、发展,为我们总结了古典文学创作中的“发愤”史,从中也体现了中华民族“穷且益坚”的民族精神。

牌记,是我国古籍收藏、整理中必不可少的古籍组成要素之一,对于古籍的版本、刊刻者和校勘者的研究都起着重要的作用。文章从牌记的概况和作用两个角度出发,试图对相当于今天之版权页的古籍牌记做一个较为系统的整理,力求呈现其全貌。     

我国文化产业政府监管的现状、问题与完善对策

我国文化产业现有的“健康型”政府监管模式,是以文化产业“健康”为监管理念,以克服“不能满足公共利益”的市场失灵为监管目标,以多部门为监管主体,全过程的行政监管,以政府为动力机制,行政监管为实施机制,以行政制度为保障机制.存在监管理念和模式定位偏差,政府监管结构不科学、不合理,机制不畅通等不足.因此,应当分业监管,确立文化产业的“健康发展型”监管模式:建构科学、合理的监督结构,建构政府主导的政府与非政府组织结合动力机制和法律监管机制,强化法律制度保障机制,从而克服“不能满足公共利益”和“无效率”的市场失灵.     

Fun with balls and coins

Even elementary probability has a lot of interesting things to offer to the students to get excited and think about. Unfortunately our curricula are generally designed in such a way that interesting things are carefully left out. Even if the material is touched upon briefly, the discussion is reduced to simple calculation of ratios devoid of any meaning. In this article we discuss two interesting models in probability. We just throw balls into boxes as dictated by tossing coins, nothing more than that.

A Curve for all reasons

The cause-effect relationship for a wide variety of biological processes from molecular to ecosystem levels can be described by a curvilinear function called the rectangular hyperbola. Although a simple algebraic equation adequately describes this curve, biological models have generated different equations incorporating biologically meaningful parameters. The Michelis-Menten equation describing enzyme kinetics, and the Type II functional response of predators to changing prey densities are two such examples.

Studies on the antiperoxide and antihaemolytic action of polyamines using human erythrocytes

Blood RBC's were used to study the role of polyamines, putrescine, spermidine and spermine individually as antioxidants against the peroxidative action of H₂O₂ which leads to haemolysis of erythrocytes. Results indicated that putrescine did not act as antioxidant at all concentrations used in our studies. However, spermidine and spermine suppressed peroxidative changes in RBC's due to the action of H₂O₂ and this suppression was greater with higher concentration of these individual polyamines used, separately. Further, all the three polyamines decreased haemolysis of erythrocytes at all concentrations studied. The action of putrescine to suppress haemolysis of RBC's without showing antioxidant property hypothetically suggests that these properties of respective polyamines may have independent mechanism of action.
