由优秀教师成长考量师德建设

如何搞好学校教师的职业道德建设,是目前需要认真思考和不断探索的一个重要课题,培养符合教师职业的道德,关系着教育的成败及国家的未来。争创和谐向上的人文环境,尊师重道,是师德建设必不可少的前提条件;培养良好的师生情感是建立良好师德的基础;教师对从教事业的追求,是促进师德建设的动力;如何协助教师树立正确的人生价值观,是确保师德建设的重要内容,而深沉真切的师德很难从书本和别人的言语中得来,最佳的办法是激发教师爱的本能,然后,在此基础上升华为神圣的师德。     

学生社团视角下的大学生职业生涯教育问题研究

目前,高校职业生涯规划教育主要通过职业生涯规划课程的开设进行.师资的紧张、教学方式的单一以及各种原因,使得学生在职业生涯教育中的实践不足,效果有限.本文从专业学生社团的角度出发,思考充分利用学生团体资源来运作职业生涯教育的实践活动,从多角度、多层次、多种方式让学生主动进行生涯规划,让生涯规划教育在高校开展的效果变得更好、更切合实际、更丰富多彩.     

《数字电子技术》课程教学改革的研究

对高校《数字电子技术》课程进行了一定的改革。引入EDA技术和FPGA理念,针对理论课程、实验课程、课程设计方面,提出了相应的教改方案;并且,对不同的专业提出了不同的教学方法,使学生能够将基础课理论知识和实际设计紧密联系起来,提高专业基础课的教学效果。     

基于结构健康监测系统的悬索桥运行模态识别(英文)

介绍了联合应用峰值法和互谱法的模态参数识别方法,并提出了一种新的主梁振型优化方法.将上述方法应用于润扬大桥悬索桥的运行模态识别系统中,利用结构健康监测系统采集的振动响应数据获取结构的模态参数.作为应用实例,对台风麦莎作用下的主梁、主缆和桥塔振动响应数据进行了模态参数识别.结果表明:主梁部分振型的模态频率不仅能从主梁的振动响应识别出来,而且能够从主缆和桥塔振动响应中识别,主粱、主缆和桥塔之间存在较强的耦合振动.此外,将运行模态的识别结果和成桥之初的现场测试结果进行了对比,二者识别结果整体上吻合较好,但运行模态系统识别的部分振型模态频率,如L1和L2,发生了较明显的下降.     

生命科学实验教学示范中心建设的探索与实践

介绍了内蒙古大学生命科学学院创建国家级生命科学实验教学示范中心的实践体会.阐述了该中心的建设思路与建设规划,总结了该中心在建设过程中的实践与探索.     

Primal-dual stochastic distributed algorithm for constrained convex optimization

This paper investigates distributed convex optimization problems over an undirected and connected network, where each node’s variable lies in a private constrained convex set, and overall nodes aim at collectively minimizing the sum of all local objective functions. Motivated by a variety of applications in machine learning problems with large-scale training sets distributed to multiple autonomous nodes, each local objective function is further designed as the average of moderate number of local instantaneous functions. Each local objective function and constrained set cannot be shared with others. A primal-dual stochastic algorithm is presented to address the distributed convex optimization problems, where each node updates its state by resorting to unbiased stochastic averaging gradients and projects on its private constrained set. At each iteration, for each node the gradient of one local instantaneous function selected randomly is evaluated and the average of the most recent stochastic gradients is used to approximate the true local gradient. In the constrained case, we show that with strong-convexity of the local instantaneous function and Lipschitz continuity of its gradient, the algorithm converges to the global optimization solution almost surely. In the unconstrained case, an explicit linear convergence rate of the algorithm is provided. Numerical experiments are presented to demonstrate correctness of the theoretical results.     

供需错配下能源替代路径优化

中国的产业结构升级需求和能源消费现状之间的矛盾愈发凸显,能源供给结构和需求变化的不平衡制约了能源产业对国民经济发展的支持,因此,形成一套从底层引导供给端价格形成和产能更替机制的政策工具势在必行。本文在系统视角下,基于能源间需求的价格替代机制及各能源内部的产能更替机制建立动力学模型,模拟了2017—2050年中国能源替代趋势并作为基准情景,在此基础上从供给端设定了价格、市场、成本、补贴、碳交易等情景。结果表明,基准情景下煤炭依旧是主要消费能源,且结构调整和减排压力较大,而在补贴策略和碳交易策略下,清洁能源利用水平得以显著提升。因此,必须提振天然气激励水平保障平稳过渡并降低新能源获取成本,增进能源定价机制改革,拓宽碳交易价格变化空间,以便有效达成供需协同的能源替代路径。     

Event-triggered sliding mode control of uncertain switched systems under denial-of-service attacks

This study is concerned with the event-triggered sliding mode control problem for a class of cyber-physical switched systems, in which the Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks may randomly occur according to the Bernoulli distribution. A key issue is how to design the output feedback sliding mode control (SMC) law for guaranteeing the dynamical performance of the closed-loop system under DoS attacks. To this end, an event-triggered mechanism is firstly introduced to reduce the communication load, under which the measurement signal is transmitted only when a certain triggering condition is satisfied. An usable output signal for the controller is constructed to compensate the effect of unmeasured states and DoS attacks. And then, a dynamic output feedback sliding mode controller is designed by means of the attack probability and the compensated output signals. Both the reachability and the mean-square exponential stability of sliding mode dynamics are investigated and the corresponding sufficient conditions are obtained. Finally, some numerical simulation results are provided.     

Liberal Arts Core Curriculum Quality Assurance Based on Teaching Evaluation by Students: A Case Study of Fudan University

Abstract

After more than 20 years of exploring liberal arts education in Chinese universities, its curriculum development has been institutionalized. Efforts to build localized curricula that fit the realities at each institution have shifted from focusing on quantity and structure to emphasizing curriculum quality assurance based on teaching evaluation by students. An empirical analysis using Fudan University’s teaching evaluation data shows that some liberal arts core courses offered by technical and engineering departments are too specialized, while some offered by social sciences and humanities and languages departments lack rigor. Student evaluations of such courses therefore tend to be low. Improving the quality of liberal arts courses can begin by examining both teaching evaluations by students and course grading, starting with the less rigorous courses for non-majors. Improving the quality of liberal arts courses can begin with the courses that are too specialized or lacking rigor based on both teaching evaluations by students and grade distribution.     

开放数据政策协同对图书开放获取政策的启示

[目的/意义]开放数据政策协同推动和保障了数据资源的开放获取,政策协同视角下开放数据政策研究的经验和成果,可以为图书开放获取政策协同的理论和实践研究提供借鉴。[方法/过程]在分析开放数据内涵和开放数据政策分类的基础上,阐述了开放数据政策协同的具体措施,并对图书开放获取及图书开放获取政策进行了分析。[结果/结论]结合政策协同理念与图书开放获取的实际情况,从管理政策协同、利益分配政策协同和技术政策协同三方面提出了图书开放获取政策构建中的政策协同措施。
