科技厅系统开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动动员讲话

中央决定，从今年元月开始，用一年半左右的时间，在全党开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动。为全面贯彻落实中央的决定，区党委对我区的保持共产党员先进性教育活动作了认真细致的安排部署。今天，我们召开厅机关、厅属事业单位党员、入党积极分子和部分群众代表大会，就是对我厅开展先进性教育活动进行全面的动员部署，确保科技厅系统先进性教育活动取得实效。     

Authentic arts‐based learning in teacher education: a musical theatre experience

There is increasing concern over disengagement of teacher candidates during on‐campus periods of pre‐service programs due to the perceived disconnect between educational theory and practice. In response, teacher education has been called to engage candidates in praxis through authentic learning. In this paper, we bring together the fields of teacher education, authentic learning, and arts‐based learning to articulate a means of enhancing pre‐service programs. Specifically, this paper documents and analyzes the process of engaging teacher candidates in an authentic learning experience of a musical theatre production. Data collected from 30 teacher candidates through rehearsal observations, a post‐production questionnaire, and focus group interviews indicated that participation created a sense of community and belonging, as well as developed skills necessary to carry forward art‐based learning activities into their teaching careers.     

The experiences of learning,friendship and bullying of boys with autism in mainstream and special settings: a qualitative study

This study aimed to explore experiences of learning, friendships and bullying of boys with autism attending specialist and mainstream schools, and those of their parents. Semi‐structured interviews were conducted with 11 boys with autism, aged 11 to 17 years, and nine of their mothers. Thematic analysis identified four key themes relating to experiences of friendships and bullying, risk factors, protective factors and outcomes. Overall, the findings indicated that five of the 11 participants had been subjected to bullying, particularly those in mainstream schools (four out of six). Further, if risk factors relating to autism or the school culture were not mediated by protective factors such as self‐esteem or supportive friends, various negative outcomes were identified as more likely, including mental health issues and effects on learning and relationships. Therefore, although not inevitable, mainstream settings may increase the likelihood of negative experiences, as they have fewer resources to protect children against the risk of bullying.     

The Validity of Teacher Ratings of Adolescents' Social Skills

The validity of teacher ratings of adolescents' social skills was examined in a follow-up study of a cohort sample of 395 students from seventh to ninth grade. The internal consistency of the teacher ratings on Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) was examined at two points in time, and the multidimensionality of the SSRS was confirmed through factor analyses. The findings indicated multi-informant consistency in ratings: teacher ratings consistently covaried with teacher ratings of problem behaviour in the classroom and academic competence, sociometric nominations by peer students, and grade point average in selected school subjects. Teacher ratings also produced construct-relevant group differences, with students referred to psychosocial and educational helping services receiving significantly lower ratings than their nonreferred peers.     

双排螺旋CT对高原脑结核肉芽肿诊断分析

目的探讨双排螺旋CT对高原颅内结核肉芽肿诊断分析及价值,进一步提高对高原地区脑结核肉芽肿CT影像诊断及认识。方法回顾分析几例经手术、病理及临床证实的脑内结核肉芽肿患者的CT影像特点及临床资料。我院采用PROSPEEDAII1.5秒双排螺旋CT机配合NEMOTO高压注射器及非离子型低渗造影剂对患者头颅进行以层厚为4～10mm;层距为4～10mm;采用仰卧轴位进行平扫+增强扫描;必要时需薄层靶扫描。结果脑内多数病例病灶大多位于皮层及皮层下,均出现明显强化呈环状或实性强化。均出现明显水肿现象。结论西藏高原地区为结核多发地区,颅内结核属特异性炎性肉芽肿病变因此在CT影像表现上具有一定特殊性特点了解此病的影像特点有助于本病的鉴别诊断。     

Friendship motivations,challenges and the role of masking for girls with autism in contrasting school settings

To date little is known about the experiences of girls with autism, or how they live with and manage their autism. This qualitative study explored experiences of learning, friendships and bullying of girls with autism. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 girls with autism, aged 11–17 years, and one parent of each girl. Thematic analysis identified key themes relating to motivation to have friends, challenges for girls with autism and the notion that many girls tend to mask their autism, which had both positive and negative consequences. Overall, the girls were motivated to have friends, but often encountered social difficulties and were sometimes targeted for bullying. Findings pointed to the need for interventions such as staff training and programmes to support the social interaction of girls with autism based on their specific perceptions of friendship.     

Multisensory programs in the public schools: A brighter future for LD children

A longitudinal study followed the progress of a group of elementary SLD students as they were instructed using the Alphabetic Phonics (AP) curriculum. After a three year period, the AP curriculum produced positive results in reading comprehension for most SLD students, particularly those who began the program in first and second grade. Students in resource and self-contained settings made significant gains in reading comprehension, although the two types of students exhibited different patterns of progress. Students of different ability levels responded differently to the AP curriculum. Average and above average students made significant progress in reading comprehension, but below average students did not advance substantially in relation to their ability level. At the end of three years, classroom teachers had a significantly more positive view of students’ word attack, oral reading, and silent reading comprehension skills.
