规律的运动不仅可预防心血管疾病的发生,还可降低心血管疾病的死亡率.规律运动对心血管疾病的作用,与运动改善高密度脂蛋白代谢有关.高密度脂蛋白是参与胆固醇逆向转运的主要物质.规律运动可通过增加胆固醇的流出、高密度脂蛋白的成熟、增加胆固醇的清除等作用改善脂代谢.     

健身运动处方锻炼对小学生身体形态、机能的影响研究

本文以小学生为实验对象，研究健身运动处方对小学生身体形态机能的影响。结果提示本实验制定的健身运动处方能不同程度地改善实验对象的心血管及肺功能，但不同处方对不同机能指标的影响不同，同一处方对同一年龄段男生与女生的影响也不同，从本实验结果看，各年龄段女生对本运动处方训练的敏感性更强。

Conclusion Computer-based career systems should be the focal point of popular, and effective career development initiatives which are of tremendous benefit to individuals. Such initiatives also have the potential to significantly reduce public expenditures and enhance the nation's competitive position internationally. The key lies in helping people understand that we can no longer afford to neglect the career development needs of Americans.I am most grateful for this opportunity to share my thoughts with you. I encourage you to promote the use of computer-based career systems by defining their benefits in economic terms.
