当前我国高校教学的病理性症状至少可分为教学失衡、教学滞后和教学阻隔三类。其产生的基本原因主要涉及到教学系统对致病因素的感受性、教学系统的性质与类别、教学系统的资源因素、教学规范的困境与教学制度等。

乘积季节模型在能源生产量预测中的应用

本文使用乘积季节模型,对1999年到2005年全国能源生产总量进行分析,给出乘积季节模型的一般建模程序。根据Box-Jenkins的建模思想,从各种指标最终确定模型(0,1,1)×(0,1,1)12,该模型显示了非常好的拟合及预测效果。     

校本课程开发的研究与实践

校本课程是国家课程的必要补充，是满足学生个性发展需要，形成特色学校的重要途径。我们广西容县校本课程开发组结合实际，以心理健康教育课程开发为重点，积极进行校本课程开发的研究与实践，使一批学校、教师在校本课程开发中做出了一定的成绩。一、转变观念，加强领导，做好校本课程开发的前期准备随着课改的不断深入开展，我们充分认识到现行的课程体系已经不能满足学生个性发展的需要，不利于学生全面主动的发展。为此，我们把校本课程的开发作为转变教师角色，发挥学生、教师、学校的主动性，构建科学的、生动活泼的课程体系的重要途…     

Scaling and Sustaining Effective Early Childhood Programs Through School–Family–University Collaboration

We describe the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive preschool to third grade prevention program for the goals of sustaining services at a large scale. The Midwest Child–Parent Center (CPC) Expansion is a multilevel collaborative school reform model designed to improve school achievement and parental involvement from ages 3 to 9. By increasing the dosage, coordination, and comprehensiveness of services, the program is expected to enhance the transition to school and promote more enduring effects on well‐being in multiple domains. We review and evaluate evidence from two longitudinal studies (Midwest CPC, 2012 to present; Chicago Longitudinal Study, 1983 to present) and four implementation examples of how the guiding principles of shared ownership, committed resources, and progress monitoring for improvement can promote effectiveness. The implementation system of partners and further expansion using “Pay for Success” financing shows the feasibility of scaling the program while continuing to improve effectiveness.

Onset of channeling during DNA electrophoresis in a sparse ordered post array

The “channeling hypothesis” of DNA electrophoresis in sparse, ordered arrays of posts predicts that the DNA will move through the array relatively unhindered if (i) the spacing between the posts is larger than the DNA coil and (ii) the electric field lines are straight. We tested this hypothesis by studying the electrophoretic separation of a small plasmid DNA (pUC19, 2686 base pairs) and a large, linear DNA (λ-DNA, 48 500 base pairs) in a hexagonal array of 1 μm diameter posts with a pitch of 7 μm. At low electric field strengths, these DNAs are separated due to the long-lived, rope-over-pulley collisions of λ-DNA with the posts. The resolution is lost as the electric field increases due to the onset of channeling by the λ-DNA. Using a diffusive model, we show that channeling arises at low electric fields due to the finite size of the array. This channeling is not intrinsic to the system and is attenuated by increasing the size of the array. Higher electric fields lead to intrinsic channeling, which is attributed to the disparate time scales for a rope-over-pulley collision and transverse diffusion between collisions. The onset of channeling is a gradual process, in agreement with extant Brownian dynamics simulation data. Even at weak electric fields, the electrophoretic mobility of λ-DNA in the array is considerably higher than would be expected if the DNA frequently collided with the posts.
